Easy to find and close to local eating establishments. The personnel at the front desk were helpful.

It seems like there is an issue with some double billing on the credit card

The hotel was very clean, the front desk attendants were friendly and kind, swimming pool area was very clean as well. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was great. It's everything you would want and need for a family day of fun away from home.

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. The bed was comfortable. While not located close to the center, the location was fair with easy access to the main roads of Dayton.

The included breakfast wasn't good. The room AC was very loud, and the room windows could not be opened. This caused the room to feel very stuffy following baths. The bathroom wasn't in the best condition.

Nice location to woodland cemetery where I go each time I’m in town. Comfortable beds.

I didn’t have hot water the 2 days I was there. I was told by the desk that maintenance should have fixed it on the 3rd of July but didn’t so they would be in at 7:30 am to fix it, that there was a water issue. I was also told the manager was aware by talking to the front desk clerk that evening & that other guests had issues too. When I called the desk on July 4, they said they wasn’t aware of a hot water issue. The GM said she could reset it which might have helped a bit but it still wasn’t hot & when I came down to tell the desk I still had no hot water, another guest said they had no hot water too. When I checked out, no one was at desk as usual, but I seen a list of no hot water rooms. I have a pic of that list. The manager said that wasn’t what the list was, it was rooms that had checked out. After the story I was told last night & how it was handled this morning, I think they were losing about the whole situation but didn’t want to admit they had an issue.

we never had our room cleaned. bathroom town same place where I left them my husband went down to tell Chris the manager on duty and told them about our room never been clean bed never made so he was supposed to give us points of 10,000 and after registering we never even received them price was a little high for the weekday though.

the housekeeping staff and the morning we left or day before the eggs we cold my husband said the morning they served omelets and cook Debra said if they quit messing with it wouldn't be she was very rude and not very attentive for the guests she stood in the doorway and watched never bother wiping down the counters or checking coffee.

We booked this hotel specifically to get breakfast in the morning. Websites showed breakfast started at 6:30 but staff told us it was 7:30 am. That was too late for us to enjoy breakfast before having to leave. Beds are also too high. I had trouble climbing into the bed.

Purchased room for my father who ended up in the emergency room. Told hotel and provided details but they gave me run around and wore me down until I gave up trying to get refund

Started out with room with a malfunctioning toilet [no flush handle]; got a second room: shower floor very slippery! clock alarm went off at 6am - didn't see any indication alarm was on

the bed is so comfortable. the room size is big! the window is big!

we had paid in booking.com but we were requested to pay on site again. the staff kept asking us to contact booking.com to contact them. it seems there is problem between booking.com and them. Also, the room key sometimes wouldn’t work so we need to go to counter to reset.
