Juste au-delà, vous trouverez la plage des surfeurs et les bars / restaurants en bord de mer extrêmement populaires pour les personnes âgées. Les logements comprennent une très grande cuisine bien équipée, un salon spacieux avec télévision à écran plat, une salle de soleil / matin, une aire de jeux pour les enfants, de grandes chambres et salles de bains, une buanderie sur place et une grande cour privée. De plus, le linge de lit, les couvertures et les oreillers sont fournis. Les attractions locales incluent Block Island, Charlestown, Newport, Point Judith, et pour ceux qui se sentent chanceux, le Casino est à une courte distance en voiture.

We rented this home for a week vacation with my husband and three young children. The weather wasn't great while we were there, so rather than spending all our time on the beach as we had intended, we spent a lot of time at the house. My husband worked from home in the primary bedroom and the house and property was spacious enough that I could entertain all three kids while he worked without any issues. The property is beautiful - we had family over for dinner and stayed outside on the patio and porch all evening. Most of the house had been renovated within the past decade (my guess) with the exception of the kitchen cabinets and counter, and everything felt clean and easy!

Delightful home base for a week at the beach. Within walking distance to South County town beach and a short drive to many others. The home has everything you could need, including an outdoor shower and a porch for morning coffee, which made the entire experience enjoyable.

This home is the perfect VRBO rental. The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and the location less than a mile from Matunuck beach is perfect! we thoroughly enjoyed the ocean breeze while sitting on the front porch. This one is a keeper!

Location of the house was very nice, close to the beach, small grocery store and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and well stocked. Two of the ladies were disappointed that the bikes that they thought would be there were not.

We were there for our grandson's graduation from Brown. It was about 40 minutes away, but we were out of the crowds of Providence. Very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and outdoor activities.

We just returned home from our daughter's graduation weekend. It was an easy drive to campus for the graduation ceremony.
The house had a great layout and was impeccably clean inside and out! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice outdoor space. Easy walk to the beach, ice cream, pizza, a small grocery store and a few other things in that area. We would love to come back for a longer stay in the summer!

House was great , good size . Problem with upstairs bathroom sink draining very slowly. Reached out to manager and heard absolutely nothing back. Communication very poor . Other than that, enjoyed our stay, kitchen well equipped and 2 out of the 3 beds we’re comfortable

This was our second year spending a week in this wonderful home! It is such a great size, so well stocked, and well located. We were a group of four adults and two toddlers and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together, but also have space. The yard was great for the kids and it's an easy walk to the beach. We hope to be back for a third year!

We had a wonderful time in Matunuck. The house was great and is close to the beach, the farm, the store, and ice cream! The outdoor shower and the front porch are great aspects of this house. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, it was everything we needed.

Beautiful house with large kitchen, nicely equipped. Lots of space with 1 master bedroom and bath down stairs and 2 large bedrooms and a bath upstairs. We were provided with an abundance of bath towels on both floors. Nice neighborhood among some corn fields and just a short walk to the local grocery store and ice cream shop. The only drawback was all the seaweed on the beach with the free pass and also seaweed n the water. We really couldn't swim so we ended up going to one of the state Park beaches, which were
15 minutes away and had a parking fee.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! We found it clean and comfortable and having everything we needed for our family vacation. Communications with the owner were friendly and very accommodating. The home is on a quiet street surrounded by trees, so you can enjoy a peaceful morning on the porch before heading to the activity of the beach or one of the restaurants in the main part of town. Our teens especially loved the basement hang-out with the pool table. We would definitely stay here again!

We were there for my niece's wedding. The location was great and easy to get to all the venues. The house was large enough that the each couple had their own floor. Would definitely recommend to others

Our adult children joined us for Memorial Day beach weekend and this property was perfect. Spacious, immaculate, cozy, well equipped and beautiful. Yard was lovely, too. Great location with pass to town beach and parking. Fantastic restaurants and shops easily accessible. Communication and check in were very easy and owner was kind and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing weekend at this house this past weekend for my daughter’s graduation from URI! The house is beautiful, has plenty of space, and a very well stocked kitchen. I only wish that we were there longer to enjoy the property even more. It is in the perfect location for restaurants, shops, and beaches. Thank you for hosting us and next time will be for a longer stay!

Very comfortable place and a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed having our Thanksgiving holiday in this home. We visited Matunuck Oyster Bar on Wednesday and bought a delicious pecan pie at the farm stand nearby. We took a leisurely walk in the neighborhood. We had great weather and loved walking the beach also. Short trip to Newport completed our activities for the weekend.

We had an incredible time in our relatively short stay in this gorgeous Matunuck beach cottage! Inside and out the property is comfortable, convenient and charming. We will definitely be back next time we’re in RI.

My family (all adults over 45) loved this property. We used the fire pit every evening and walked to the beach every morning. There was plenty of space for us all. We hosted some extended family and everyone raved about the property. You can't go wrong!

As other's have already shared, Aaron's property is truly a gem. It's a short walk from the beach (and delicious ice cream place!) in Matunuck. It's perfectly set up for a family vacation and the lovely yard on a quiet dead end street was a great bonus for our kids to play in. highly recommend!

Once again, we enjoyed our stay. The house is roomy and well stocked. We love how close it is to the beach and the grocery store, which is a little gem when you run out of groceries.

My family had an amazing time at this lovely, well-appointed beach house. It was spacious enough for 7 of us and my kids loved the large yard and pool table in the basement. We enjoyed morning coffee on the covered porch and short walks to Carpenter's Farm Stand. We would love to come back here again soon!

Great Matunuck Location-
The description and reviews of this property are accurate-it is clean with a well appointed kitchen and ample towels. The porch was a favorite spot for morning coffee. Thank goodness for those ceiling fans- it was very hot the week we were there! We love the walkable Matunuck community with nearby store, ice cream shop, vegetable stand and-for those interested- bars. The owner provided clear instructions with house rules and checking in and out was seamless. My 5 star review is given reluctantly only because others will see it and it will be harder to book! This is a great place in a wonderful beachside community.

Autumn at the beach
House was great, exceptionally clean, everything you needed. We enjoyed the porch for having our coffee in the morning. Great area close to Narragansett, Point Judith, Newport and the Block Island ferry. Close to the beach, which wasn't crowded during the week. Would book again.

Perfect! Awesome getaway
The property was everything it was advertised to be and more! The location was so close to the beach and easy to travel to and from. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our family had a wonderful time and really didn't want to leave!! Thank you!!
