Magnifique condo de 3 chambres avec vue sur le golfe du Mexique avec accès direct à la plage avec un grand balcon donnant sur la plus grande piscine de Galveston. Le complexe dispose de nombreux équipements tels qu'une rivière paresseuse, une piscine extérieure, une piscine intérieure, des bains à remous, une salle de cinéma, une salle à vin, un bar, un spa, un gymnase ultramoderne, une salle de jeux, un centre d'affaires avec des ordinateurs Apple et une chambre pour enfants.
La suite est joliment décorée avec des meubles confortables et de belles œuvres d'art. La cuisine est bien équipée. Il y a 4 télévisions à écran plat. Les lits dans 2 chambres sont de taille queen, 2 lits jumeaux dans la troisième chambre. Le salon a un canapé-lit queen size. Le condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Il y a des frais supplémentaires de 30 $. 00 par personne, par nuit au-delà de 6 personnes.

Wonderful spot. After the hurricane we were amazed at the cleanliness of the property. The condo was awesome.

The HOA needs to be assertive with the management company. The elevator was broke, the ice machine was broke, most of the water amenities were not usable, there was no swim up bar, cascading waterfall or hot tubs.
The condo was nice, it does have a issue with hot water, a slow draining bathtub and the water dispenser in the frig.
It wasn't the resort setting I was expecting.

Communication from host was great. Property was very clean and well stocked. Location was great, just a short walk to the beach and property had lots of amenities. Very close to all the restaurants and activities on the island. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Our family was originally in a different unit within the same property. We had so many issues with the first unit we had to find another unit so we hopped onto to VRBO and found this one. We were able to compare, of course, and this unit far exceeded our expectations. The only feedback I would give if you are a future guest is to make sure you have beach towels and/or beach equipment because there is little of that type stuff provided. It does state that in the managers listing, but beach towels are not always easy to pack and bring as they are large and take a lot of space in luggage. Having a half dozen or so available in the unit would have made it much easier. Otherwise, super clean, super easy, well decorated. etc....

Stayed in mid April. Instructions said run all the faucets on hot for 4 minutes. Still no hot water. Its ok if its summer and washing sand and sunblock off, but it was chilly weather in April. Evan after following the instructions posted in the shower and check in instructions, no hot water and if it came on it was just for a very short time. Just get a new hot water heater element or a recirculating pump.
Other than the cold showers, it was the best!

We had a wonderful visit over Thanksgiving. Great location, smooth check-in, and excellent communication with host. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great property. Very clean, comfortable. Wish a few more toys for the kids. (would have brought a few) all though they wouldn't get out of the pool. Slide was closed, they were sad but quickly got over it.....

This was a very nice condo. The entire area is very clean, the staff were professional and helpful. Maddie was wonderful to work with, she sent us all the information we needed for check in a couple of days before our trip, which was nice. She was also quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had. We traveled with our 17 year old son and his 16 year old friend, the boys had plenty to keep them entertained. They were able to go workout while there, keeping up with their football routines. We all enjoyed the pools and it was a short stroll to the beach. Shopping, entertainment and dining was convenient and easy to get to. Definitely recommend going to the Naval Museum and taking the ferry to Crystal Beach and parasailing at Third Coast! Highly recommend this condo when coming to Galveston Island.

We had an amazing stay. The kitchen was well stocked and supplies were plenty. It was so nice to have plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. The view is amazing from this room. Only thing missing was larger storage containers for watermelon or other items. I would book this place again.

The pictures of the condo are on spot. Very nice, comfortable beds and plenty of room. The issues we had were - walked in and it was hot, commode in one of the bathrooms did not work, the refrigerator was not turned down low enough to keep items cold (had to adjust), no hot water in showers, only one elevator working for the entire complex and the lazy river was full of sand, leaves, trash. We arrived on Sunday and by Monday morning the lazy river evidently had been cleaned. That's where we spend most of our time. Have stayed at Diamond Beach many times but for the price we paid - wouldn't want this unit again.

The entire place was clean. Everyone was helpful and friendly. There were a few things being worked on while we were there, but overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend!

We have stayed at multiple properties and by far this condo had the best equipped bathrooms and kitchen that we have ever encountered. Breathtaking views of the ocean. Comfortable and functionable balcony furniture.

The only negative thing I have To say about my stay was that it was 97-100 degrees the weekend I stayed and there was absolutely no AC. We tried cooking dinner and had to stop and buy box fans that was $75. My mother in law ended up driving back to Houston because she could not stand the heat. It was literally 83 degrees in the condo. My 13 year kept going in the hall to get some cool air. What made matters worse
Was that we had our 5 month old and she cried the whole time we were trying to get her to sleep. We did contact the owner at which he noted that he would have someone look at it the next day which of course didn’t help us any. The next day at checkout, we were all drenched in sweat. The 2 housekeepers informed us that they had told the owner about the AC the previous week. I did email the owner back and all he offered me and my family was $100 back on my original $1600 stay. I explained that to him that We literally bought 3 box fans that was $75. If you do stay here, I would suggest it in the winter to avoid what we went through

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Great view from balcony of pool, seawall, ocean and beach. Kids loved the pool and lazy river. It was relaxing and never very busy. Beach just a short walk from the back of the property. We did beach and pool time every day. Slide was not working and swim up bar was not open except Friday/Saturday until around 5pm, but that wasn't a big deal to us. Game room was fun and all games are free. Location is great. Short drive to everything downtown. I would definitely stay again. Great family memories made!

Third time to stay at Diamond Beach and it never disappoints. Our grandkids are 5 and 8 and they love it. All about the condo was just as presented and Maddie was a gracoand responsive host.

This was the second time we staid here at this property and it was amazing! I absolutely love coming here and the condo is really nice. There is plenty of space and everything you need is close by. The proper owner is very responsive and everything was clean and ready for us when we checked in. We will be back!

Maddie was gracious enough to allow early check in after our long drive from WI. The condo was creatively decorated and had a nice comfortable feel to it. Spacious enough for our family of 6, comfortable beds and all we needed in the kitchen for cooking. The condo amenities were a huge hit with the cooler spring temps. The game room, theater room and heated indoor pool were used daily. Finally, the sun appeared on the last day- we were able to enjoy the brisk outdoor pool and lazy river. The outdoor space will be wonderful when the weather is nicer.

Great condo with views of pool and ocean. Security / HOA is on top of things to make you and your family feel secure. nice pools, gym, theater and game room for kids. this condo building is about 5-6 miles from "the pier" getting you away from all of the spring break chaos, much more quiet and relaxing. HOA has lots of rules as this property has many retirees living in the building.

We loved our stay here! It was exactly as described and communication with Maddie was very clear. This was the perfect place for our family (2 parents, 1 grandparent, 2 kids) to stay to all have some space but have space together. For other travelers with toddlers/infants- we were able to fit a pack 'n play that we brought in between the twin beds. It's tight but totally doable even with others in the twin beds. We'd love to come back!

The amenities list is a bit misleading.. as far as the restaurant or spa go. Sounds like it was reworked through the HOA within the past few months or so? Nonetheless there was no spa or restaurant to utilize. The place was still great and the room was great and we still had a wonderful time nonetheless.

Perfect location for a dance competition at The convention center!
This was exactly what we needed! We were in town for a dance competition at the convention center and the location was ideal! A very short commute but just far enough away to have a sense of calm on our down hours. The kids loved the pool and the lazy river. The slide wasn’t open due to no lifeguard being on staff, but it didn’t hinder our fun.

Loved our stay at Diamond Beach
The condo was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. We loved morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the Gulf. We had so much fun at the beach, the pools and the lazy river. Our grandchildren are already discussing next year.
