I didn’t eat on the property

The only problem was the kitchen sink got clogged even though i hardly used it

The property was exceptional

The view is beautiful

It was a long wait room was not ready and property owner was rude and assistance was to. Room need to be update especially bathroom. Will never book from this owner again any room.

I loved the pool area and the cleanliness.

I didnt like that the beach closed at 4

Close to town center and other places of interest / entertainment .

men wandering in and out some sitting around the pool area smoking weed, not sure whether or not they’re guest.

The location was perfect. When we checked in Patricia escorted us to the apartment and gave us an overview of everything and also tips on what to be aware of in the area. A really nice touch was providing paper towels and dish washing liquid for the kitchen, the kitchen had all the utensils needed for cooking. It was a nice comfortable apartment that's close to everything without the noise. I would book again! Loved the rain shower and the artwork on the walls!

Hotel is an excellent location. Lively area. Easy access to all amenities. Complimentary access to the beach.. We had a lovely twin room with kitchenette and balcony overlooking the beach. The room decor was basic but good enough had everything you needed and clean. Every morning we purchased breakfast from the vendor who rode his bike shouting out his items along the stretch off beach/walkway outside our room. a wide range of food choices delicious and not expensive. Je arrives about 7amish. I don’t think you’d be aware of him if your room in the front so well worth checking with security at back so you don’t miss him. There is an on-site restaurant and we had a meal and drinks there - all very good food. I like the pool and loungers plus outside bar so you could relax and get drinks and snacks. The staff were always very helpful and friendly and always dealt promptly with any of our queries. The guests were also friendly. The hotel has a really welcoming laid back feel. I usually stay at Hilton or Rui but I tried this following recommendation. I will definitely be making this my hotel of choice as it provides all I want in a holiday.

The location is good .i would bisit another time.

The pillows was not comfortable for me. I could not sleep on them

The location is great. The back gate leads right out onto the beach. The front gate leads out onto main street, where there are many bars and restaurants.

Security is a real problem. In the 4 weeks that I was there, at least 3 break-in robberies occurred, including myself. This is a compound with gates and guards. For there to be that many robberies and no guard sees or does anything and nothing is ever done by the management indicates to me that there are people within the compound who are involved.

The room floors was dirty, it didn’t look like it was clean and I did point it out right away and I was there for five days before the room gets cleaned. There are roaches in the kitchen and the bathroom

The beach view was serene, the music was nice, the beach events were safe and fun, the cleanliness of the room was immaculate and Pat Weaver was very patient and welcoming !

Absolutely loved it at Sandcastles. Such a convenient location at a really reasonable price. Helpful staff, lovely pool area and access to the beach.
