Killarney Views - Lake Conjola
Les perspectives au bord du lac est à couper le souffle et la maison a un aspect ensoleillé du nord. Une courte promenade à l'eau vous permettra de jeter une ligne, ou simplement vous asseoir pour profiter du soleil et des environs paisibles.
La chambre principale dispose d'un balcon privé donnant sur le lac, plus une salle de bains et une alcôve avec lit bébé.
Un plan ouvert, une cuisine moderne, une salle à manger et un espace de vie créent une atmosphère agréable pour la famille ou le groupe.
TV, DVD, vidéo et stéréo sont fournis dans le salon et le balcon dispose d'un barbecue à gaz pour cuisiner tous les poissons capturés dans le lac.
Il y a une buanderie entièrement équipée, un parking couvert pour deux voitures, une salle pour se garer et laver les bateaux, et beaucoup de stationnement dans la rue.
La maison a été construite en 2008 et dispose de quatre chambres avec une capacité de couchage de 10 (lits et lits superposés pour adultes et enfants). La maison convient bien aux familles nombreuses, aux groupes familiaux ou aux groupes d'amis. Les couples apprécieraient également l'espace et la vie privée.
Les jeunes familles sont pris en charge avec des escaliers et un lit dans la chambre des maîtres
Le lac est vaste et adapté à la plupart des types de plaisance, y compris la puissance, la voile, le jet ski et le kayak. Les amateurs de wakeboard ont beaucoup de marge de manœuvre.
Pour les plus tranquilles, il y a beaucoup de petites baies à ancrer et avoir un poisson ou sauter pour se rafraîchir.
Il y a au moins 3 rampes d'accès à moins de 5 minutes de la maison. La célèbre plage familiale de Killarney se trouve à 300 mètres de la maison.
La pêche est excellente que le lac s'ouvre dans l'océan et alimenté par l'eau salée fraîche. Le lac offre un bon refuge pour les poissons de se reproduire et la plupart des espèces locales peuvent être capturés. Certains des plus grands Flathead ont été attrapés devant la maison.
Alors que nous n'avons pas notre propre jetée, les bateaux peuvent être embarqués et sécurisés dans la zone de sable peu profonde entre les jetées au-dessous de la maison.
La plage et un surf se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à Conjola village à l'entrée du lac. "Green Island", l'un des meilleurs spots de surf d'Australie, est également disponible.
Les autres activités dans les 15 minutes comprennent;
- le golf au parcours de golf de Mollymook
- des restaurants dans les environs de Milton & Ulladulla,
- Bushwalking, visites touristiques et vignobles.
C'est une excellente propriété moderne dans une excellente position pour des vacances inoubliables!

Je voulais juste vous faire savoir que nous avons eu un week-end fantastique! La maison était super, nous avons été très impressionnés par la façon dont c'était simple.
Tout était parfait, dans le confort de tous les lits, vers le bas pour les couverts et les ustensiles dans la cuisine! L'espace était super, vous auriez jamais su qu'il y avait 9 rester là! Et c'était fantastique que nous étions à distance de marche de la plage de ski.
Les logements les plus confortables, spacieuses, bien équipées que nous avons jamais séjourné! Nous serons de retour!

Our family had such great holiday at Killarney Views hosted by Brian & Colleen it’s an excellent location to unwind on a holiday facing the water views and the house is great with modern facilities. We have had very good time in this beautiful house. The house is very clean, the kitchen is equipped with quality appliances, beds are comfortable. The owner Brain is very nice that he allowed us to check out by 12pm which really helped us a lot in the check out day.

The property is amazing and the location spectacular. We took the entire family and spent the weekend relaxing on the water. I could sit back with a cuppa on the veranda watching my boys spinning around on the JetSkis in the beautiful lake. The house is next level with all 5 star inclusions. Best of everything. Quality kitchen and the mattresses OMG… Brian gave us a complimentary late check out which allowed us to have a relaxed morning. He even posted me some toys my kids left behind. We will be back for sure.

We had a Wonderful weekend away at this beautiful house. Brian the owner is very accommodating and nothing is a problem. The house is beautifully renovated and has the most spectacular view of Lake Conjola. The house is exactly like the pictures! The house is very clean and tidy. Nothing beats the beautiful sunset over the lake. We would highly recommend for a weekend away and we will be visiting again one day!

Absolutely Amazing !
What can we say but absolute perfection ! The house is beautiful exactly as advertise if not better. The beds were super comfortable and Brian was extremely attentive with his communication & making sure that our room were nice a warm when we arrived. We already miss the beautiful view and sitting down by the lake chatting for hours and meeting the locals. Thanks for opening up your home to us . We will definitely be back!!!

Extremely happy
What an incredible property! Brian was fantastic with communication and very prompt with replying. The house is phenomenal and brand new and extremely clean. We had a group of 8 people and it exceeded our expectations and had lots of room available. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay for a relaxed weekend
A Gorgeous brand new home with amazing views and top of the line appliances, my family and I loved our stay for the week and highly recommend for your future stay.
The hosts were helpful and kind, they were quick to help when we were having some issues at the start of our stay, the home was pristine and everything was brand new. We absolutely loved the quality of the items of the house, the knives were so sharp we almost sliced a finger!
There are limited facilities in the area, though we were well prepared so wasn’t an issue for us.
We enjoyed our stay and Brians hospitality!

Amazing house and location
We absolutely loved this beautiful property. The location was quiet and private, perfect to relax. The lake across the road was an amazing outlook. Great views from inside and outside the house. The house layout is great and there is plenty of space for everyone including our adult children and my elderly parents. I cant fault this property. It was clean, tidy and very well equipped. We had everything that we needed. We will definately be returning in the future.

Beautiful lake views!
We went with a group of 9 and could not be any happier. The place had everything we needed and was super clean. There is also heaps of car parking so you don’t need to stress out on where to park. The property also has a nice huge kitchen to cook in. It is also a short drive to the camping park so you can go see kangaroos there but also short walk to the beach or the lake there. Will definitely come back. Communication with Brian was also excellent as he always responded quickly. Thanks a lot Brian, will definitely be back.

It’s secluded but not too far away from the local shops. Well insulated house with good sound insulation, we all slept here better than at home!
Al the things you will need during your stay are thought of, even has a baby cot and high chairs in the main bedroom.

Amazing views from a modern, well equipped house
We had a family reunion and the house had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped making it easy to cook for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. Rooms were comfortable, with a well thought out floor plan, with the common areas being away from the rooms - always nice. Good Telstra and Optus mobile data.
Clean, modern, bright and airy, with amazing views from most parts of the house.
The view from the deck was stunning, bush setting feel with unobstructed vistas of Lake Conjola. No better place to read a book, enjoy a hot drink or catch up with friends and family.

Spectacular lake view in a beautiful home
We loved our stay at Killarney Views. As 2 families with children, the room layout was excellent and the kitchen was fully equipped. We had a boat and were close to a jetty and able to park it easily at the house. Meals on the deck upstairs opposite the lake were the highlight

Neat, tidy and clean!!!
The house is very spacious, tidy and clean with a beautiful view across the lake. It has one of most equipped kitchen I had stayed in any holiday rentals. The house owner, Brian is very friendly and responsive.
However the house only have two units of air con. One in the master bedroom, which is located at the top floor, and the other one in the second floor where the kitchen and dinning room are. There are three bedrooms in the lower ground and are compensate by fans. Two rooms have celling fans and the third room which have a bunk bed and queen bed have two normal fans. Unfortunately we went on the hottest days in Jan. It was very warm at night. Especially the room with the bunk bed. Some of my guests have trouble sleeping due to the heat. If an extra air con can be installed in the lower floor this will be perfect.
However, we had an enjoyable stay in Killarney Views.
