This property was SO clean! The owners were so kind! Will stay again for sure!!

We came for my niece’s graduation and we stayed here ! Everything was great and location to downtown gruene was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo that was so close to all of the fun to be had in Gruene!

Loved the location in downtown Gruene. Could walk everywhere!! Place was very clean and beds comfy. Great views from deck. Owners great and quick to respond. And Place nice but could use some updating and decluttering. Fridge could use replacing or fixing with tape on handle and one bedroom missing smoke alarm cover. Overall had a great time !!

The entire process with the owner was easy. Beautiful view from the balcony and steps from Gruene bars. Excellent home away from. All the amenities were included

This is my second time staying at this condo. Two years in a row my girl friends and I have had a girl's float trip and have stayed at this condo and its been perfect! The condo is located right in the middle of Gruene with easy walking distances to plenty of shops, restaurants and the river! The condo was just as described and had everything that we needed. The shared condo pool was a very nice added bonus and was never over crowded. We will definitely be back again!

The property was just as described in the listing. The location was amazing, river access and walk to restaurants shops and the river. The view on the 3rd floor is great. You can see above the trees all the way to NB. Alice had great communication and was easy to work with. We had a great family weekend.

In town with buddies for golf/tubing. Stayed 3 nights in this wonderful condo. Alice was very helpful and great at communicating with me. Would stay here again!

The property was so clean, very spacious and the absolute best location for us to walk over to the Grove to hear my brother perform! However, with the high temps, this air conditioner does not keep up, but the owners were kind to bring over fans. (It took one full day to get our temp down to a comfortable temp) Overall, this property is awesome in location, super clean but we don’t recommend staying here in the summer months due to the air conditioning issues…

We loved the location and being able to walk to one of our favorite areas - Gruene Hall, Gristmill, etc. So much fun! Plus, Rockin’ R tube rental is a short few minutes car ride. The property was very clean and perfect for larger groups (we had 6). Attention to detail was much appreciated from the coffee beans and grinder to plenty of towels and stocked kitchen. Alice was very responsive to all communication and made it an ease to check in, etc. We did stay in July, when afternoon temps were in the low 100’s. This unit is on the 3rd floor with a beautiful west-facing view and nice patio but it also made for a very hot afternoon sun that beat down on the west side. The A/C really struggled to keep the unit cold, especially on the west side, where the M. Bedroom is located. Ceiling fans and additional supplied fans are there to “help” but it’s the warm air that’s being pushed around that made for uncomfortable nights. Other bedrooms, on the east side, stayed fairly cool. The patio was perfect in the morning for coffee and conversation . Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

This condo had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked and was very clean. Loved the balcony with a beautiful view. Walking distance to everything in Gruen. Would go back.

We love going to Gruene, Tx and Gruene Hall. This condo is a perfect location and walking distance to Gruene Historical District. Great place to stay!

Great location and lots of amenities at the location. Beds aren’t comfortable though and a/c doesn’t work well.

We appreciated the little things. Coffee and things to go with it were nice. Also, thanks for the ice in the freezer. Small touches but showed you tried very hard to make things nice.

Property was very clean and well kept. Enjoyed being in walking distance from all the activities in Gruene.

We absolutely loved this property and location. This was a perfect fit for our family with the (3) bedrooms. The walkability to local eateries and shopping is a big plus too.

Our stay was amazing - from check in to check out. The condo is wonderful and the amenities far exceeded what was expected. The location couldn’t be better to visit Gruene Hall for a concert and to walk all around town. Having assigned parking in Gruene is a life saver on a weekend. The complex was quiet which was great after a busy day. We can’t wait to visit again!

We had so much fun. This condo is walking distance to everything in Gruene. It was very comfortable. It fit our needs perfectly. We really enjoyed sitting outside, on the balcony, with the beautiful view of the woods and river. Alice was always a big help anytime we had concerns.

We loved the layout, the decoration, location and amenities of this property. Wonderful view of the river and the hill country. We will without doubt be staying here again if the time arisses to go back to this area. No negatives to report. Loved it loved it loved it.

We've visited Gruene and New Braunfels many times but had friends from out-of-state come visit. This was the perfect location and an amazing property. Our friends were amazed. It was in the heart of Gruene with so many walkable spots to enjoy. We also enjoyed the riverfront and swimming pool connected to the property. It was also very close to "downtown" New Braunfels and Canyon Lake. It was the perfect spot and we plan to be back. Alice, the property owner was amazing and so friendly. She really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

My girlfriends and I really enjoyed this condo for our girl's float weekend! We had 6 people total staying here and it was plenty of room. The location to everything in Grune was perfect, easy walk to the river, restaurants and shops! We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is great! The view is wonderful and it’s immaculately clean. Access to the river is convenient and it’s so close to restaurants and bars. Excellent communication from owner and we hope to stay again.

We booked this VRBO for our first annual girls trip and we are already making plans to go back! The property was in the perfect location for shopping and dinning out as well as river access to both the Comal and Guadalupe. The view from the balcony was beautiful! We can't wait to get back sooner verses later!

The condo was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location is wonderful and close to lots of nearby favorites. Parking was a plus with a reserved parking spot. Our girls weekend was EXCELLENT! Our only recommendation would be for the condo building to clean the elevator better and more often. Also the building needed a little cleaning and TLC on the outside.

The property is in a perfect location to explore GRUENE. The accommodation was exactly as the pictures posted. Everything was perfect. We specially love the balcony we sat out there and watch the sunset. You cannot get closer if you’re going to go tubing down the river. Schlitterbahn is less than eight minutes away. Many places to eat and drink all within walking distance. There was a group of five ladies so the master bedroom which had two queen beds was A perfect set up for our group. The washer and dryer was a nice surprise for our towels and swimwear. Everything we could’ve possibly needed in the kitchen was available. We never turned on the television so we can’t comment on that. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

We stay at the Village yearly and enjoy our stay. Alice was great and very responsive to our questions. The condo was nice and clean and well stocked.

Will absolutely rent again! It doesn’t get better than this location, cleanliness of the house and east communication!
