Beautiful comfortable cottage with lots of cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. The beds are very comfortable.

Great location very close walk to the beach, very clean house

The house was super clean and comfortable for our family of 4 plus our small dog.. It was a short walk to the beach, great coffee, groceries and food options.

Location was fantastic, close to beach and walking distance to shops. Secure front and back yard for pets. House had everything you would need for a pet friendly holiday. Easy access to the property.
Some cooking utensils and cutlery were not cleaned; backyard also needed cleaning up after pets.

Good basics in the pantry. Very comfy bed. Good shower. Good to have a washing machine. Nice to have BBQ - although did not use.
Heater did not work.

Lots of games and movies, great location for the beach, tidy and clean.
Could have had more products to clean the BBQ.

The location was perfect for all the day visits to places like Jamberoo, Kangaroo Valley (Fitzroy Falls), Jervis Bay beaches. Local Culburra beach was nice too. Local food shops are great. Little expensive but really nice. Baltica beach house has everything you need.

The property is well resourced and in a great location. The rooms were neat and tidy with plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed and more then enough plates, cutlery, pans, trays, etc.
The property was clean, but the previous occupants dirty sheets stayed in the collection bags on the front veranda the whole four days we were there.
