Winterberry Lodge: Ski In/Out of this slopeside single condo. Best location!

Profitez de quatre saisons de fabuleux dans ce condo unifamilial situé au sommet de la montagne dans le magnifique Peek 'n Peak Resort. Cette maison de quatre chambres, plus un loft, peut accueillir confortablement 12 personnes. Profitez de toutes les commodités de la maison, tout en vous relaxant dans cette retraite au sommet de la montagne. En hiver, c'est une vraie maison de ski in / ski out, avec un accès direct à Oxford Way, entre les télésièges 1 et 2. En été, il n'est qu'à quelques pas du cours supérieur.
Premier étage: Plan d'étage ouvert avec cuisine spacieuse, salle à manger et salon. Réchauffez-vous avec un foyer au bois et écoutez votre musique préférée sur les haut-parleurs blue tooth. Le salon s'ouvre sur une terrasse extérieure donnant sur les pistes, avec table et grill. La suite principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bains avec douche et baignoire jacuzzi. Il y a aussi une demi-salle de bain.
Niveau supérieur: chambre à coucher queen, reliée à une autre chambre queen par une salle de bain complète. Loft spacieux avec lits jumeaux construits sur mesure.
Niveau inférieur: Sortez sur les pistes de ski! Grande 4e chambre avec deux lits queen et lits superposés, salle de bain complète avec douche. Den avec cheminée, TV et système de jeu Wii. Buanderie.
Extérieur: Profitez de la véranda grillagée avec des sièges pour 6. Un grand parking est disponible.
Fumer et les animaux sont strictement interdits.

Beautiful home & the view was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Description should mention that there's a Keurig coffee maker. Description mistakenly listed there was a tea kettle but that was not a problem since there were plenty of pots to use.

Enjoyed our stay in this well maintained property. Owner was easy to communicate with prior to check in. Would recommend for anyone looking for a ski-in/ski-out stay at the Peek.
Great area setup downstairs for gearing up to head out to the slopes.

If you're a skier this place is close to the lodge. What my wife and I like about it is that we can look out the windows and the sliding glass door to see the skiers get off of the ski lift and go skiing down the hill. We are both grandparents to our 20 month old girl so this is a great way of babysitting.
This is our second year at this resort and we will be back next year. This is definitely the place to stay at.

Ski in/ski out was great! Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable beds. Ski conditions were ok. (Can’t control that much) did have a hard time locating place, numbers out of sequence and no address at the road. Didn’t let that ruin our stay! We enjoyed our time at the Peak! Hoping to repeat next year!😁

This was a great house for a family vacation. Description of house was accurate, although not mentioned is that you do have to pass through one of the upstairs bedrooms to get to the loft. There are a large number of houses in the development all with the same architectural style and color (which is not really my thing) and the road up the hill is very winding and narrow, so it could be a bit treacherous in the winter. However, one of the ski lifts is very close and I could see how this would be an amazing ski-in/ski-out spot to stay.
The house was clean when we arrived. Check-out instructions were posted on the refrigerator and were very clear. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and plenty of dishes/cooking pans/flatware for a larger group. Beds were comfortable. Our only real complaint was that the lower level bathroom shower didn't have much water pressure and all the water smelled like chlorine a couple of days. (I have the same chlorine issue in my own home occasionally because of the water treatment plant, so what's a person to do?)

This was the second time we stayed at this condo. It was great. Lots of beds and outside areas. Only thing l, that would be difficult to fix, is the size of the kitchen. It’s not made for more then 2 adults at a time.

Great accommodations for a group visiting the area for a family wedding. The house was clean, the kitchen well-equipped, and the layout perfect for everyone to have their own space but also congregate in the living room/kitchen. There's also a lovely screened-in dining space for summer dinners.

A place you have to go to
We had 12 family members and a 9 month old Granddaughter to celebrate my sons 50th birthday. The house was very clean and very comfortable and was located adjacent to one of the many ski lifts. My adult children and their spouses had a very good time skiing, snow boarding and tubing while me and Grandma spent quality time taking care of our Granddaughter. One sure thing came out of this mini vacation is that all of us agree to go back again.

We've rented this property three years in a row, and it never disappoints. Location is the best at PnP, and the house itself is fantastic. Kelly makes it easy to want to stay here, so we're planning on renting it again next year!

Great place to stay
The house and location were great for a long ski weekend. We used ski in/out even with the kids as young as 6 (after a few lessons). It was perfect to meet our family friends there for a getaway.

We had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas at your home. The tree was beautiful. We left you a custom made ornament on it.
Location was excellent, the snow didn't cooperate like it usually does but we enjoyed one day of skiing, walking and swimming.
The house was very well stocked with paper products, soaps, and kitchen dishes/utensils. We will definitely try to come back when the snow is deep or maybe for golf in the summer. Thank You for sharing your home with us.

After a last minute issue with another booking, it was great working with Kelly on this property. The location to the slopes was terrific and my family and friends had a great time relaxing and feeling at home here. We will definitely consider another stay in the future!!
