great location, modern and clean. supermarket well stocked and very convient . ski lockers were clean and dry and in a great location.

could have done with a toaster in the room and its a shame the bar in the hotel doesn't open until 5pm. they also ran out of rum!

This place was absolutely immaculate, so happy we chose to stay here and we couldn’t rate it more highly if we tried! loved the little shop at the front too which was so handy and convenient. The rooms were spot on, really modern and with all the little bits you need for a long trip.

we thought the cleaning services to wash your clothes was a little pricey and there was no spa facilities, however we knew that before coming but considering how physically demanding snowboarding is maybe a sauna would be a great addition.

Apartament was very clean ,big and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly,they were great with any type of things we were looking for. Definitely recommend. We will be back next year 🙂.

No washing machine.

Towels when not changed on a daily and instead only changed once during a 6 night stay. When I requested towels I was only given two, the room was for 4 people. Bins were also only emptied once during our stay. In my opinion it’s not good enough.

The apartments are quality, well equipped , excellent locker rooms , very spacious , exceptionally clean and well located. We have stayed many times in Pas but these are the best apartments in the resort by far . The supermarket on site is wonderful with everything you need and the staff in the hotel are so welcoming. and friendly . The hotel bar is very well priced too . We could not have asked for more in all honesty. and we will always stay here if we visit again .

24 hour reception with great friendly, helpful staff. Very modern facilities with an excellent communal area and well stocked on site shop. Comfy beds and great shower. Great boot room and a short walk to the slopes. Exceptionally clean.

The room had a coffee maker, which was great and the shop sold a variety of pods for it, but not for a tea drinker so we bought a kettle. No biggie, but we would have preferred a kettle and will take it back with us when we return next year.

Clean, nice, 24h open reception, good shop downstairs, with hot bread, comfortable ski room :)

There is generally not much parking places in the hotel and in the city.
