Ce condo a été dans la famille depuis plus de 30 ans, nous sommes les propriétaires d'origine et nous aimons ici. Nous avons 2 chambres de maître avec lits queen et une salle de bain à chaque étage avec la salle de bain supérieure ayant un bain à remous. Les chambres sont grandes et la salle familiale en bas a un canapé-lit. La cheminée rend l'endroit si confortable avec une belle vue sur le lac avec la vue sur la piste de ski qui a l'air super la nuit ... Pendant l'été vous êtes à distance de marche de la plage / piscine et de l'installation LakeClub Il y a tellement de choses à faire et tout est si près ...... Nous sommes très confiants que vous apprécierez votre séjour autant que nous avons depuis de nombreuses années et beaucoup d'autres années ...

Overall, a good experience. The place was clean. Well stocked pantry. Note that there doesn’t seem to be any central heat, as far as I can tell (each room has electric heaters)—though it didn’t matter as the weather was nice for our late summer stay.

When I walked inside I was surprised at how big it was. The pictures don’t do a justice! The place was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed to cook meals. The downstairs bedroom was nice and connected to the bathroom and the open concept kitchen area into dining/living room was a nice touch for us all to be together. The grounds are well kept and the spacious deck catered to everyone’s needs as well. The kids loved looking for frogs out back and playing on the loft with their little figurines together. I would go back in a heart beat! Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

responding when we had a question. The AC did not cool off the upstairs. We also felt that the windows should have more privacy with a walking path for the public right next to the house.

The owner, Darren is very easy to work with. The property is very nice and perfectly clean, with a lake view. Note that to access the Bolder Lake Club, you'll likely need to spend $125 for the weekend family rate, and boat rentals are an additional $45 - $65 (depending on type) per 90 minutes. With that in mind, it is possible to have a very fun and memorable weekend away with the family at a very reasonable rate. We had a great time and we plan to return soon!

My friends and I stayed here for our first time skiing/boarding in the Poconos. The place was clean, the host had rapid communication, and the location to the slopes is stellar. Definitely will try to book again next season

We had a nice stay overall due to the amenities nearby. The property was clean and well located.
Some information was inaccurate and other information was misleading. In the inaccurate caregory, there was no available wifi at the house. The owner tried to point us toward a hard wire cable internet jack which would only be useful for a laptop and is not equivalent wireless wifi useful for portable devices.
In the misleading side, the listing talks about the Boulder Lake Club amenities but does not say that they have not paid for use by renters so renters need to pay a fee of $90 to use the club for the weekend. Also misleading is the fact that the listing says there is a grill but when we did not see a gas grill outside and asked the owner, he said there is a grill in an outside storage area with charcoal briquets and lighter fluid but gave no indication of how we would get into the storage since it was locked.

The condo is clean and cozy with a lovely view of Big Boulder Lake. The grounds of the condo complex is quiet and full of nature. The Boulder View Tavern is a short walk through the paths and is a fun place for a drink or meal. I highly recommend staying at this condo. Thank you for everything!

Nascar Weekend
Perfect place to stay for Nascar weekend. Unfortunately it was an incredibly hot weekend and there is only a stand alone AC unit in the living room which made sleeping very difficult but otherwise we had a wonderful time.

Nice, clean place
Place was clean and accurately described. Only issues we had were not the owners fault ( the lake wasn't yet full enough for swimming and the outdoor bar/ dining area was being renovated and opened the day we were leaving). My only hesitancy in the summer is if it was real hot , luckily wasn't, is that the only AC is a portable standalone unit. To be fair it's listed that way in the description. Would definitely stay again

Peaceful getaway
The host was very responsive and very flexible with checking in and out. It was easy to access the property, and it was very quiet and peaceful but close to restaurants, lake, state parks, and attractions. The place was very clean and functional - a blast from the past!

Amazing Weekend Retreat!
Everything was clean and comfy - we opted to bring our own linens/towels, but I’m sure it would have been easy to use linens there as there’s a washer + dryer on-site. The lake views are beautiful and it’s quick access to fabulous hiking (saw beautiful fall foliage!); the club area looks really cute too (we didn’t swim but there’s options to) and had a nice bar/restaurant with live music. Some of the other reviews mention older appliances, and they are older but they still work well and are clean! Fair price and wonderful getaway - my only regret is not being able to stay longer!

Was in for a family visit in a nearby town, so did not have much time in the unit. However, it met of all our expecations and the host was friendly and easy to reach via email. View of lake was pretty especially late in the evening and early morning which is when we where at the unit.

Quiet retreat
We feel relaxed after our week long stay at Harmony Lake in the southern Poconos. The condo was as depicted in the VRBO description. The owner was friendly, informative and accessible through email, text and calls. Great place for adults, not so much for young children.

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway
Although it rained, the entire weekend, my husband and I along with our friends, enjoyed our stay and the house! The fireplace was great for the unusually cold weekend. We would love to come back again to be able to enjoy the lake and do some kayaking!

Nice location
Overall this is a nice property. The reason for the three stars, we had to bri ng our own linens and towels, weather was hot and unit is not air conditioned, there were no dish rags or sponges in the kitchen, and I'm assuming that the Condo association is responsible for the deck but it is on need of some TLC. Having said that I would stay again on cooler weather.
