Best experience for my birthday getaway with family. The cousins had a blast and didn’t want to leave! The place is an open concept so it felt like everyone was included whether some were watching a movie and some were in the kitchen coloring or cooking. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to NH.

House was great. Two people. Lots of space….. bring your own spoons two tablespoons two teaspoons for a house for 10 . Worked for us. Location is wonderful

Perfect short stay in North Conway area with 2 families. House had all necessary items for kids (gates bed rails pack in play etc). House was beautiful and clean. Easy check in and check out. Will stay here again!

The house was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped which made it convenient for eating in. Having 2 1/2 baths was a major plus. Could not have asked for a better location given the close proximity to the ski areas. Would definitely recommend this property especially for families with young children.

This was a great getaway for friends. We cooked together, played games, laughed and skied.

This property is beautiful and so is the house. There were 9 of us and we fit comfortably. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are beautiful. We didn't use the kitchen outside of the microwave and coffee maker, but there was enough dishes. Would definitely recommend.

The house was larger than appeared from the listing. It is a beautiful home in a central location to enjoy the White Mountains. Lots of attractions in a close proximity. Had some hiccups when we arrived as the home had not been cleaned yet. Housekeeping came & did a super job making the place feel fresh again. Thought the furniture could have been better placed in the common area on the first floor. Only complaint with the kitchen was there were only 4 spoons. Other than that we had everything that we needed. Curtains are outdated & should be removed. Blinds they have are more than adequate for privacy. We enjoyed our long weekend with children & grandchildren. We would consider renting again if we wanted to stay in the area.

House was well equipped for a young family, with baby gates for the stairs, a generous amount of space in the common areas and a close proximity to the family locations such as story land.

The location was perfect and house met all of our needs! It was east to communicate with the owners and everything that was promised in the listing was there. The few things I would changes are; (1) I wish there were some way to recycle paper, plastic and aluminum products. (2) I wish there were a few glass wine glasses on site (there were only plastic ones) (3) there is a discrepancy between check out procedures received in the email and those posted on the fridge at the house itself. Nothing major but one said to strip beds and others said not to, for example, so not sure which were the correct instructions to follow. (4) there was a few items left in the refrigerator, pantry and some trash in the bedrooms that presumably belonged to the previous renters. Would have been nice to have had that gone, since the instruction was not to leave food/items behind. Overall though, we would stay there again! Thank You!

This was a great rental in so many ways. The property was very clean and well maintained. The secluded location within a short drive to so many activities is exactly what us city dwellers want on a vacation. There was a turkey in the driveway one morning and we caught a glimpse of a bear at the end of the driveway one day. The house was more than spacious enough for the nine of us. The very comfortable beds helped us to re-energize after our busy days. The well equipped kitchen made cooking for nine a breeze. The internet connection was more than adequate even with our dozen devices connected to it. We didn’t need to reach out to the owners, but they informed us they would be traveling abroad and assured us they would respond as quickly as they could if we needed anything. The heads up was very thoughtful of them. We highly recommend this rental.

The house exceeded my expectations! We had an extended family vacation with ages ranging from 1-63. I was nervous on how it would go, but the house couldn't have been better! My only gripe was the last people to use the grill didn't clean it after they were done and it was a mess to clean up. I would without a doubt not hesitate to stay here again.

We only used this house to sleep in. We had another large house where a bigger group of guys were staying from our overall group. All the cooking and community living we’re done at that house. We follow the owners instructions and try to send an email to the owner to communicate but it kept getting kicked back to us. Not sure what that’s about. Overall, great house, great location and great experience.

We had 4 adults and 2 kids and this house was perfect for our group. The location is great, not far from everything but in a quiet spot. The house was really clean. (minus the grill....my dad cleaned the grill for awhile before we used it so hopefully people who stay after us will enjoy that and keep it going!) The big mudroom is perfect to keep coats and shoes and coolers out of the way. The loft space was nice to have for the kids to play and have their toys out of the way. The central air was wonderful - hard to find that in rentals. The owner was very helpful with a couple of things that came up. I just wish the trash/recycling situation was a little better. Could benefit from another barrel in the basement I think. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the house.

Our family of six enjoyed our stay very much! The home was clean, had everything we needed, and provided plenty of space to spread out. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the peacefulness of the location. Close enough to North Conway to head into town, yet far enough away to have privacy and enjoy seeing stars at night. We definitely hope to be back!

Very clean and spacious, fully stocked kitchen with all utensils needed, good internet and great location - perfect to get to so many places. The view from the deck was not what it looked like online, but nice. Several outdoor chairs were very worn and there was no screen for the slider leading to the deck.

We had a group of 12, including some younger children. We had a great stay and enjoyed the house. The check in and out were really easy and the owner was responsive when we reached out. It has a great view of the mountains and is close to North Conway center. They fill any possible need in the kitchen, as it is more than fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc.

The property is in a private setting and not far to all the Bartlett, Jackson, North Conway, & White Mtn. activities. Our group of ladies have been getting together for winter activities for 30+ years. Lots of room and the kitchen was very well stocked with great utensils, dishes & pots and pans. May be back for 2024 !

This was perfect for our young family and additional family that we met in Glen! The house was easy to find and in a perfect spot for what we were there for! Thanks for the hospitality!

Our family enjoyed our winter vacation in this cozy, spacious home. We loved the private, wooded setting, the gorgeous views, and the convenient location. We made many great memories indoors and outside in the yard (and the snowfall we had made it especially fun). The host was very accessible and responsive at all times. Check- in and instructions were all clear. We would love to stay at this home again.

We had a great time despite some extreme weather. It is near the best mountains for skiing plus near several snow shoe and xc ski options. The owner was gracious enough to mail an item that was left behind by one of the members of our party. The only issue the entire time was the stairs into the home were not cleared/shoveled so we had to do that upon arrival before we could get in.

Loved the house and location. Very spacious and spread out, which was perfect for 8 adults. The only thing that wasn't the best was that the new pull out couch had dirty sheets and blanket left in it. The dining table was also quite sticky. Understand that this could have been an oversight by the cleaning crew. The owner was great to work with and very accommodating. Would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed the house. It’s very comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. It’s close to three ski resorts and North Conway, so the location was great for us.

This house was perfect for what we were looking for, just a couple of parents bringing up our teenage boys to go snowboarding. The house had everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect. The owners answered right away when we had a question. I’m hoping to go back next year! Thank you!
