Magnifique maison meublée de luxe, située à Costa Adeje au sud de Tenerife dans un endroit privilégié, très calme en même temps très proche des plages, des restaurants, des centres commerciaux, à 300 mètres du parc aquatique Great Siam Park et du Siam Mall .

When we arrived and got a warm welcome, we some wine and beer, got a quick tour of the place. An form the placement kf the place i perfect with escooters its 7 min to both big citys. The pool is a nice temprature and got cleaned even during our stay.

Excellent location near beaches, Siam Mall, and highway. The house was clean and kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots and pans, dishes, towels, hair dryers, etc. Easy check in. House manager met us to explain how everything worked and even had some groceries and water in the fridge, which was very nice. There is construction going on in the neighborhood , so it was a bit noisy and dusty. House could use a bit of TCL but everything worked. Lovely visit. Outdoor space is fabulous, view exactly as pictured.

We had a great time at this bright, spacious and very well equipped apartment. Our host was exceptionally responsive and when we had some issues connecting with the Wi-Fi, she was on it immediately (clue: password is the one on the handwritten label, not the password printed on the router 😁). The motorway is visible and audible from the terrace, but after a few minutes, you factor it in and stop noticing it. The apartment is in a great location for Siam Park and Siam Mall (which has a really excellent supermarket). It's up on a hill so feels nicely out of the hustle and bustle of town, too. It was fab having two large terraces to choose from - one shaded, private and surrounded by pretty foliage (perfect for the afternoon heat), the other huge, sunny and perfect for sunbathing and watching the sunset with a drink. We were four adults and there was space for all of us to relax without getting in each other's way. It was an easy walk into town (about 15-20 mins), and a taxi back up cost about 6 Euros. The walk gets very steep from Siam Mall to the house, so we got a taxi most days! It's best to hire a car if you want to see more of the island and take advantage of the fantastic hiking opportunities. There was building work going on nearby, so we tried to escape the day time noise by getting out (it was usually over by 4pm). The apartment has a secure car port accessed with a remote control on the keys, which made parking so much easier. All in all - a fab place!

The view may have been even better than the pictures. Check in was smooth, the hosts met us there with a very warm welcome. They even purchased a humidifier for the flat when our baby had a cough. Would definitely stay here again.

As before villa was gorgeous ,but unfortunately lots of construction still ongoing in the area ,villa next door was having lots of work done ,so no privacy for sunbathing as quite a few workmen coming in and out all day from 8 in the morning ,had two young teenage girls with us who felt extremely uncomfortable going outside ,put a dampner on the holiday as owners knew of ongoing work but didn't tell us ,as we would have maybe picked somewhere else ,was a lot of money to stay next to a noisy building site ,thankfully the villa and views were fabulous ,note to owners ,inform visitors beforehand if any building works are going on so near to property you are going to be renting out

When we came the apartment was really dirty and we had to clean it (e.g.in the kitchen on the walls the rests of food were stuck), dirty toliet (really disguisting). What's the worst many things were out of use and we spend one week of our holidays cooperating with the maintenance people:
-The bidet flooded the bathroom floor when used.
-Water from the swimming pool was leaking through filtration system.
-One toilet was clogged.
-Mould in both showers (we were cleaning it on our own).
-In another bathroom we had to repair toilet cistern at night.
-Bathromm door not locking.
-Chopping board in pieces.
When we asked owner for some refund for the time when everything was under repair she tried to intimidate us.
Accoring to the information on vrbo we booked "wonderful villa" and what did we receive? Dirty, destroyed apartment NOT villa. Villa is a detached building and here there was one flat over us and one below us.
If someone wants to see I have photos and videos confirming what I wrote here.

Superb!
We had a mesmerizing experience at this gorgeous villa overlooking beautifull city and coast of Adeje. From start to finish it was extremely pleasant. Hosts were polite and understanding, helped us with everything we trew at then. The villa was equipped very well, it had everything - from hadheld blenders, broilers, ricecoockers, to hardryers, dish/clothes washer, and even 24/7 heated pool with a preplanned poolboy. More than we could ask. Next time coming for longer!

Schöner 3 Generationen Familienurlaub
Auch wird wurden sehr herzlich von Jeny empfangen. Der Kühlschrank, das Trinken und der Obstkorb waren reichlich gefüllt; perfekt wenn man abends nach der Anreise müde in der Ferienwohnung ankommt.
Die Wohnung ist optimal geschnitten für einen Urlaub mit Oma und Opa, da ein Schlafzimmer inkl Badezimmer etwas abgetrennt ist vom restlichen Wohnbereich. So haben Oma und Opa nachts nur wenig von unseren 2 kleinen Kindern mitbekommen.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt; uns wurden außerdem 2 kinderreisebetten und 2 Kinderhochstühle bereitgestellt. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt; stattdessen mit Hilfe der Sonnenliegen von den Kindern abgeschirmt; hat prima geklappt.
Die Lage ist ok. Zwar ist die Aussicht zum Meer wunderschön; allerdings befindet sich zwischen Meer und Wohnung die Autobahn. Der Lärmpegel Straße ist nicht sooo hoch, dass man sich beim draußen sitzen extrem daran stör; aber man darf nicht davon ausgehen, dass man beim Frühstück / Abendessen auf der Terrasse absolute Ruhe hat;
Alles in Allem war es für uns ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt.
Wenn wir neben der Straße etwas zu bemängeln hätten, dann wären es die schweren, in die Jahre gekommenen Stoff-Vorhänge. Diese würde ich entweder komplett weglassen oder durch etwas weniger staubiges ersetzen.
Unterm Strich absolut zu empfehlen.

We stayed in this apartment October/November 2019 and we were really impressed by the very warm welcome and generosity shown by the owner. There were fresh flowers and provisions for us. The apartment was clean and fresh, and with all the amenities we could ever need. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. There was also parking for our car and mountain view on the other side. We are really satisfied with this accommodation, and give it all our warmest recommendations.

Beautiful villa
Our second time at this fantastic villa and it was every bit as good as we remembered. Villa is spotless with everything you could possibly need including coffee machine, juicer etc etc etc.
The villa is spacious with a great layout, the living area has a large lounge and dining area which was great for the nights we ate in.
The pool and the large balcony provide plenty of space for relaxing in the sun and the view is amazing.
The villa is located in a very quiet urbanisation behind Siam mall. We didn’t have a car but used a great local taxi service which was cheap for trips to Los Cristianos and La Caleta. 10 minutes walk downhill takes you to Siam Mall or Siam water park and a further 5 minutes takes you to the Magma bus station where you can travel to anywhere around the island.
Contact with Elena, the owner, is excellent from beginning to end and Jenny who looks after the villa is a star. The washing machine broke while we were there and we had a repair man the same day but as it couldn’t be fixed we received delivery of a new machine the following day - amazing service.
We will definitely be returning next year!

The perfect spot to relax and unwind
This really is a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
From the moment we arrived we were impressed. Jeny was there to meet us, whe had kindly stocked the fridge with everything we may need for the next day or so, even a cold beer which was very welcome after travilling for 7 hrs. The apartment it self was spotlessly clean, wonderfully furnished and fully equiped with everything you may need. Even better than described.
The terrace is the perfect place to sit and relax, and given the apartments fantastic location behind Siam park it dosen’t suffer from the noise that some of the hotels in town may do.
All in all a wonderful stay, couldnt recommend high enough.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Elena & Jenny who showed us around, which was very nice. The villa had everything we needed during our stay and we didnt miss anything that we might have needed. Clean and fresh everywhere, felt a bit like home. Great view over las Americas and Christianos. We really liked this villa and recommend a visit, we will most likely visit this one again. We were 5 adults and one teenager and all of us had a very positive feeling in our visit.

Located away from the tourist area, but close to Siam Mall at the bottom of the hill, where you can find good restaurants and classy shops as well as a decent supermarket. Some noise from the motorway but not enough to be a nuisance and a comfortable apartment to relax in. Jenny and Elena offer a warm welcome.

Fantastic villa in peaceful location
Just returned from a two week stay and would highly recommend. It is well equipped inside and out with everything you could possibly need. Inside and outside areas are spacious, comfortable and decorated and furnished to a high standard. Beds were very comfortable and this and the air con made for great nights sleep. The views from the terrace are amazing and having the pool was a real bonus.
We didn’t have a car but didn’t find that a problem as you could walk (down hill) to Siam mall in about 10 minutes and to the las Americas bus station in 20 minutes. Taxi to Los Christianos and La Caleta were very reasonable.
Most importantly for us was the peace and quiet and contrary to a previous review we never heard any noise from the neighbours.
The whole experience from start to finish was perfect. Elena was prompt, friendly and helpful in all correspondence. Jenny, who looks after the property was an absolute star, she made us feel so welcome and looked after, even bringing fresh flowers on laundry change day.
After 20 years coming to Tenerife I am just sorry we didn’t find this property sooner. I can’t recommend this highly enough and will be booking again for next year.

Picture and information very accurate home from home
Perfect stay home from home and Elena was a wonderful host short walk to Siam Mall if anything I would say the neighbors above could of been more considerate with the noise but not enough to stop us from returning would recommend the apartment for a relaxing stay with everything you could possibly need a few minutes taxi ride away! We enjoyed our month stay .The apartment is just like the pictures. Clean and very spacious. Elena and Jenny were always quick to respond. The pool is NOT heated !It is a good 25-30 downhill walk to beach so that means all uphill on way back. We love to walk for exercise so wasn't a problem for us but it is pretty steep climb on way back up. Supermarket and shopping close. We had a car for only part of time , to go see rest of island.

The best villa we've ever stayed in!!
We arrived late at the property due to a delayed flight but it wasn't a problem because we were met with the warmest welcome. We immediately felt at home - the villa was just perfect. Plenty of room, clean and the small touches such as vases of flowers and the welcome food was just such a lovely touch. The location is perfect for exploring the south side of island and there is plenty to do. The hairdryer was broken when we tried to use it so I emailed the owner and she had a new one delivered the following day. I couldn't fault the service we received and the attention to detail. The outside space completely met our needs and the views were stunning. The only slight downside is the pool is a little small but with the beaches so close by it didn't really affect us too much. I would, without doubt, recommend this villa as the perfect place to stay for your holiday.

A lovely villa in a excellent location
I stayed here with my wife and 3 kids for 1 week and I honestly cannot fault it at all. We arrived in the middle of a calima, temps into the high 30's, so the plunge pool was used a lot! There is also aircon in every room which was much needed at night. The location of this villa is also superb, its just far enough away from the noise of Las Americas but you can drive into town/beach in 10mins (a taxi is about €10).
As you can see from the pictures the view is also fantastic and we enjoyed many evenings outside on the large verander with a glass or two of vino! In terms of the villa itself it is very well equipped, all modern furnishing, comfy beds and all nice and clean.
Finally, a big thank you to Elena and Jenny, they were both perfect hosts, always on hand to help and lovely genuine people. We will be back!!!

The best winter vacation
We would like to thank Elena for spending great time on her villa. Villa is very beautiful, comfortable and with wonderful view from a terrace. Its a wonderful villa for families with children. The place, where the villa is, is very quit. For us was good, that there are no ladders on villa (one level villa), because we have little children and it was safely for them.
Kitchen is spacious with all necessary for cooking. Bedrooms are very beautiful with convient beds. Very good Wi-Fi.
Swimming pool is not big and not very deep, that is good for children, but pity that it is cold, because swimming pool doesn't have heating function. It is very good that sun was on terrace almost all day, and you can have sunbathes right on terrace without going to a beach))
Generally, everything on villa was wonderfull and we liked our holiday very much. Its very important for your holiday the place where you stay on and we can with full confidence recommend this villa!!!

Beautiful Villa in a good location
The villa is only 15 mins from the airport, situated in a very pleasant new development. Jenny and Elanor were there to meet us and show us round the Villa. They could not be more helpful. The villa was very clean on arrival and was cleaned again in the middle of the holiday, The villa is furnished to a high standard and was well stocked with everything that we needed for the two week holiday. The location is good - very central for the area. Several good restarants were found in both Las Americas and Los Christianos and taxis were very reasonable on an evening. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property for your holiday !!!!

A great place
We stayed in this villa on August 10-17 and enjoyed it a lot. It is located in a very nice new neighbourhood on the hills above Playa de las Americas, so there is a beautiful sight of all the area. The house is on one level which makes it rather convenient for a family with children, not needing to rush up and down the stairs all the time. It has a large terrace where we relaxed in the evenings with the cool breeze. It also has a swimming pool that the children loved.
The house is in a very good location near the main roads and very close to Siam Park.
Yeni and Elena who manage the house received us very warmly. They showed us everything inside and out and were very kind and helpful all along our stay. The house was generously equipped (soaps, shampoos, towels, etc.) and the fridge was filled with food and drinks.
We would certainly recommend this villa for anyone who stays in Tenerife.

Absolutely Perfect!
We travel extensively and typically stay five-star resorts. This home is better than any resort or luxury hotel. It is in a perfect location, close to highways, beaches, and the Siam Water Park. We enjoyed the most fabulous views imaginable. The home is actually more beautiful than the pictures provided. Perfectly clean, excellently equipped and managed by the nicest and most accommodating and helpful people. Our visit to Tenerife was one of our most favorite vacactions and this home helped make it great! I highly recommend this property and plan to visit again. Thank you for your fantastic hospitality. Everything was PERFECT!
