Some courtesy shampoo and soap as well as some olive oil in the kitchen would be more than highly appreciated

I was staying in the apartment named Azalea, at the uppermost floor. It’s difficult not to give 10 when all these factors are reunited: clean and big flat, quiet despite a central location, laundry machine (with detergent kindly provided by the staff upon request), very good equipment for cooking, and excellent contact with the owners before my arrival. Check-in was also very easy, done contactless.

Nothing to dislike about Azalea apartment. I would like to thank the owners for an excellent and cosy apartment, which translated into a wonderful stay.

The lighting equipment in the room is novel and the light is sufficient. The pillows and bedding are clean and moderately soft and hard. The electrical appliances and tableware are complete and easy to use. It is very ideal. The only thing is that the lack of drying racks is a bit inconvenient.

Because the location is in the old town center, there are many tourists and tour groups on the street, and there is a lot of noise. However, it is usually quiet. The neighbors can't hear much.

It has all the facilities required for a short or long stay, and it is so close to the bustling streets of Toledo. Less than a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral and other sight seeing events. No interruptions from anyone and taxis arrived within minutes to take you a little further afield if required for other sites or events at a very reasonable price.

There is a discotheque virtually opposite and for 2 nights over the weekend Saturday and Sunday, not only were the younger generation lined up outside the door and windows of the apartment, but the bass beat was constant and kept me awake and didn't stop till around 5/6 am.

Nothing that the owners can control, sadly, but the last night (Thursday) the bar or night club at the corner was very noisy, with a lot of people making noise in the square outside. The soundproofing was very good, but even so, the noise was too loud at 3 am. No idea why anyone would be allowed to have music that loud in a residential area.

The flat was good, with an excellent bathroom and decent bedroom. The living area downstairs was fine, although the kitchen section was a bit small and the small items of equipment were not perfect for two. The air-conditioning was effective. The location was excellent, close to the cathedral and with easy access to all of central Toledo.

We were sent an access code to be able to collect our apartment keys through the Booking.com messaging section, which was fine, although a bit impersonal. Having collected our keys, we were unable to find the apartment itself! It was not in the main section of the building and there were no instructions as to where it was! We eventually found it by going back outside and trying our key in all of the doors around the building. It was not marked with the name of the apartment but with "Aldaba Apartments Recepcion"! It was just what we didn't need after a slightly difficult passage through the various calles of Toledo! Having gained entry, we thought it would have been helpful if there had been a few instructions as to how certain pieces of equipment worked. We were also not aware of where to put our recycling - or even if there was any recycling segregation needed. I think a few simple instructions would have been helpful, as would a street plan of Toledo and a few indications of where certain facilities could be found.

took taxi from train station is convenient. close to sightseeing points. apartment is very clean and decorated with good taste. wonderful overnight stay. had dinner at restaurant just 3 minutes away. would be a great choice to visitors to Toledo.

Great location! Right in town but also quiet. Cute little cafe below. Modern apartments in old street. Great windows all over for light and air. Good blackout curtains for dark sleeping. Spacious. Minimally decorated, which is fine. Adequate kitchen for basic meal prep. Clean. Nice sized bathroom. Easy entry with door code and lock box, clear instructions.

I like that the property was available early and I was able to enter early. While I didńt expect it to be ready before check in the fact that it was ready shows a sign of professionalism. There where big wonderful towels this is another sign of professionalism and respect for clients. Another good sign are sharp knives… there where sharp knives, coffee and a can opener and a wine key. There are conserves and wines to try in Toledo!!!! Again it is clear that the host wants us to enjoy his city.

Nothing of important….. I didn’t like electronic air freshener…. But I understand why it is there …. I have noticed in old parts of old cities that some times things do smell like roses and this might be off putting to inexperienced travels or those expecting a 5 star hotel … it is what it is. Everything that mattered was clean and well taken care off. I unplugged the electric air freshener and aired the place out. And was happy.

there is a bar right downstairs and on Friday night ppl party all night till 3am/4am dont know how on Sat but guess same story. I couldn’t sleep as they were laughing not in the bar but on the street as the bar put some tables there. Plus they do not have luggage storage service and we needed to leave before 11am. We came with a car so not a big issue though

None. People drink and chat late into the night and even early morning, you can hear some noise, generally tolerable though, if you are a light sleeper. But remember it's Spain and that's pretty much people's way of life there.

Our apartment was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and functional ensuite. Location was near good restaurants and central to the main attractions. Management was helpful and written instructions were timely and clear. Would stay again.

A dryer for the washing machine would be helpful or at least a portable clothes drying rack/line.

A lovely modern apartment, kitted out with all the basics. Ideally located in the Jewish quarter in the old section Toledo, within walking distance to all the tourist attractions. We went during August and didn't have any issues with noise. Rooms are air conditioned. The building has a lift. And there is a private parking in the next steer, only a few minutes away, which costs approximately 18€ for 24 hours. Would definitely recommend

The location is middle of the old town. Appartement is very clean. the staff were very helpful to accept our late check in.

Internet was poor in the Appartment. A stronger router is highly recommended.

everything was good if you wis to self cater consider some of the other comments. i was with my young son but we were fine just heating some pasta and making cereal

Clean, bright and airy apartment with plenty of facilities. Ideal location close to lots of shops, sites and about a 5 to 10 minute walk to Plaza Zocodover. Check-in is very straightforward, staff are contactable if necessary.
