Excellent property, at the best location. Mandello Del Lario is the best location in my opinion for those who want to relax, Very quiet area which is in the middle of the lakes in order to visit the.most important places.

We had to pay taxes for our little girl 7 years old and it said excluding children under 8 years old.

On top of the apartment which was really nice, we really liked Mandello del Lario which was a good surprise. Very typical village with mostly local people (even in August). We really liked it!

Nice, quiet and clean apartment with a beautiful garden, a nice pool and a parking spot for your car. Mandello del Lario is also a very nice town with some great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Best host ever! she literally saved our holiday after we had a flat tire and she offered her help to translate for us at the local assistance service.

Really nice villa with shared pool and garden. Apartment was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed for one week stay. Perfect location; ferry and railway station close by and also all nice restaurants and grocery store. Anna was super kind and friendly host. We loved our stay.

Staying at Anna's place exceeded my expectations in every way! We stayed in the comfortable, spacious and beautiful 2 bedroom apartment that overlooked a beautiful private garden. The beds, pillows and linens were the best we had during our tour of Italy! The town of Mandello di Lario was perfectly tourist free when we visited in May 2023, and had several excellent restaurants. We enjoyed the quaint little bakery (with the BEST canolis ever) within a 1 minute walk, the lakeshore within a 3 minute walk, and the best pizza we tried in Italy within a 3 minute walk. We relied solely on public transportation during our entire stay. Varenna is a 15 minute train ride away, where we caught the ferry to Bellagio, Mennagio Trezzemo. Anna herself is a gracious hostess who anticipated and granted our every need. This is an exceptional find for those looking to experience lago di como as a local and escape the tourists! We hope to be back soon!

First of all, an extra nice and helpful owner. The suite was spacious with access to the garden and close to the pool. The building is located 3 minutes walk from the lake, close to the shop, restaurant and ferries stop. Overall a beautiful place. The town itself is also worth recommending - everything is at hand and it is not as crowded as Bellagio or Varenna,
If I had to nit-pick to something, there is only 1 parking space for each apartment, even if the apartment is for two families (fortunately, you can find free parking spaces in the vicinity), the entrance to the property is extra narrow, so there is always a thrill at parking. The kitchen could be a bit bigger and better equipped (some extra pot, pan, toaster). But these are the details. Overall, it's one of the best places I've been on vacation

The property is beautifully done. It has a small pool, perfect for cooling off in. Anna was helpful where ever she could be. nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this property.

The villa is nice decorated. The airconditioning in the bedroom is very silent.
The location is excellent: 5 minutes walk distance from the ferry and train station that leads to beautiful places as Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna, Belano
and Bergamo.

Location is great, host amazing, appartment perfect, facilities just as expected, pool was great, sunbeds and outside furniture was ideal for all of us (us and the other families).
Anna was great and always available and willing to chat and offer advice on places to go

The apartment was very clean & nicely decorated. Although on the first floor it was great to have a balcony. The plunge pool was brilliant to have as a facility too. And Anna was a welcoming, friendly & really helpful hostess, booking us taxis, making recommendations for places to eat & things to do in the area!

The apartment is really bright and nicely decorated. The beds are great and the sleeping rooms have airconditioning.
The building is in a great location in Mandello; close to many great restaurants, shops and the lovely (free) beach of Mandello. The pool is also very nice.
The host (Anna) is super friendly and very proactive sharing ideas to make your stay awesome.

We loved staying at Maji Como Lake. Anna was happy to answer our questions anytime and help if we needed something. Mandello del Lario is a beautiful town and the position is perfect. Would highly recommend staying at Maji Como Lake!

- Location is awesome, one of the best places of the whole como lake if you are traveling with public transport and you like it the more local way. (not overcrowded by tourists like in Varenna)
- Anna, the host, is amazing in every way. I have never experienced a kinder host.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful apartment a lot! The owner is very kind, helpful, always available when we had question. The location is perfect to go for a walk to the lake Como, or to the train station (there are bars and shops, pharmacy near the station) It was best choice for us to stay here, not too crowded with tourists and we felt really home after staying few days with this beautiful village 😊 There are bakery, fruits & vegetables shops with friendly auntie near this apartment.
We want to go back here next time in summer so that we can enjoy beautiful swimming pool more next time!

Our stay at Maji was excellent. The apartment was spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated and in a great location. There was a welcome basket on arrival which was a very thoughtful touch. Anna, the host, was extremely professional and kind throughout our stay. She offered great trips on travel and sites in the area. Would definitely return and recommend to friends!

The pool is super convenient and the whole location is awesome - anything you need is within walking distance.
Anna is an amazing host and will help you with any issues and questions you might have.
All the amazing reviews that Maji Como Lake has received are, from our point of view, absolutely legitimate - we had a great time and would definitely come back.
The mattresses are a bit hard, although that is a personal opinion.

A perfect and immaculate apartment with really comfy beds in a great location to spend 2 weeks exploring Lake Como as a family. Definitely recommend. Great little swimming pool.
