We had a family gathering in Quincy and this property offered a beautiful, spacious, inviting atmosphere. Great views along the Mississippi River. Nice screened in patio area with scenic views.

Only 2 bar stools at the very large island counter. Perhaps add 2 more for a total of 4 bar stools. This is not a negative, only a suggestion to make that area even better.

Ease and comfort also in a good neighborhood.

Great place. This was a weekend getaway. Private, quiet, relaxing. Well maintained and beautiful house. No complaints!

This home is beautiful! Quiet location with gorgeous scenery. Screened in porch and patio in the back were a major plus! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

Nice Kitchen

The description for this property needs updated pictures and better verbiage. There was no river view as it was blocked by overgrown trees/landscape so you couldn't see it without straining in a specific angle - not like the picture in the site. There was no access to a master bedroom which I've never experienced before. Not sure how you lock off the master to guests, that should be a very basic amenity. Bedrooms and bathrooms didn't leave for guests to have dedicated spaces. Some bedrooms had outlets that didn't work. The sleeping arrangements were extremely disappointing. The Kitchen was amazing but the fridge's ice maker was not working. There were zero blinds/curtains on any windows. So no blocking the sun/privacy. 1 TV for the whole house. The table on the sun deck was being held together with a telephone cord and wobbled so you couldn't eat on it. The door to the sun deck was warped and didn't open. If your a family that rents properties consistently, you depend on the descriptions heavily and that is my main call out here. I think if your going to advertise something as a luxury mansion than it should be an experience. This is a house that someone is selling that they are renting for income and not a property that is meant to cater to guests as a rental location.
