the facility (microwave, dining wares) in the room are great. breakfast is fantastic

we booked a queen room for 3-night stay, but when we checked in, we were given a king room due to "unavailability" not sure which ends went wrong (bookings.com or the hotel) but the staff was able to get us into a queen room the next day. however, in the first room, the shampoo dispenser is empty. in the next room, it is body wash that is in the shampoo dispenser. not good.

This Home2 was very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast also.

More staff would have been great but we are all aware of the state of the workforce at the moment. It sucks, to say the least. All of the employees we encountered were going above and beyond. They were all doing more than one job. The beautiful lady who checked us in was trying to finish checking us in so she could go clean rooms....AND kept a great attitude about it. Truly phenomenal in today's business climate. We appreciated it so much. I think all of the employees were probably stressed to the max but they hid it very well and should be commended for it. Please pay attention to these employees and reward them as such!!! They deserve your accolades. I have been in management and a business owner for over 30 years and I was absolutely impressed which is no easy feat, especially considering the world we currently live in. Ability to accommodate 5 people comfortably.

Had to request bedding for the sleeper sofa as none was in the room. Soap dispenser in shower was damaged and shampoo dispenser was empty. Need better attention to room details.

The breakfast was very good and so convenient with omelets and waffles, sandwich biscuits . , juice and coffee

We liked everything , heating and air was only thing that was just a little tricky t o get a comfortable setting, was either too warm or a little too cool. But not something we couldn’t work around. The only reason I wouldn’t say a perfect 10. Our view was fabulous!

The breakfast was a let down. Not a traditional southern menu. Everything thing else about the facility was excellent. Very clean and comfortable.
