There was a lackage of mirrors.single beds alittle tight for some one 6,2inchstall But what a lovely property quality equipment nice welcome tea and coffee milk and ice all at property waitingfor me very well done

The home was amazing, everything you need. Lovely and peaceful. Great location. Karen was very helpful and prompt with her responses. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do

Home from home feel. Very well equipped and just a 5 minute walk to the see front. Ample parking and easy route for visiting surrounding areas.

Location was perfect so we didn't need to use the car so much. The kitchen was also very well equipped.

Everything was brilliant

Location was perfect. Best thing about the property was the balcony. It was sheltered from the wind coming off the sea so was lovely and warm - very relaxing. Nice touch was milk left in the fridge which was very welcome after a long drive

Driveway was a little difficult to locate but once located, property was easy to access and extremely well situated. Easy walk down the hill to Goodrington Sands beach & park or in the other direction to Harbour, Fairy Cove, Paignton beach and coastal walk. Small convenience shop on the harbour was just a short walk away. Great for a family stay. Be prepared for hills but this is typical of the area. The instructions on arrival for heating etc were easy to understand. Kitchen was well equipped & even a small pint of milk on arrival! We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony on sunny afternoons and sitting with the French doors open in the in the lounge/ kitchen. Everything felt clean & fresh.

Main bedroom had plenty of cupboards/ wardrobe space and a good en-suite but no vanity area. The property would prehaps benefit from extra plugs sockets near the beds for charging phones & full length mirrors - maybe on the main landing where we ended up plugging in/ using the hairdryer.

Very nice place very clean so 5 minutes way from the beach

Set in a really peaceful area but easy reach by foot to the beach and town. Large enough for our party 2 adults and 2 teens. Kitchen diner was especially good and very well equipped. Lounge very comfortable and the bedrooms nicely appointed. Bathroom on the middle floor has a good sized bath and decent shower over. Great off street parking too.
