Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment was clean and roomy. We had a view of the ocean and it was very conveniently located right across from the beach. My only hesitation is that the neighborhood along the beach is fairly noisy and we occasionally had nighttime noise. But overall we enjoyed staying there very much.

I had the pleasure of spending a week at the Miami Beach, and let me tell you, it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the sheer beauty and luxury of this vacation rental. First things first, the location is truly unbeatable. Situated right on the pristine shores of Miami Beach, the view from the rental was nothing short of breathtaking. Waking up every morning to the sight and sound of the ocean was a dream come true. The location to the beach was incredibly convenient, allowing me to effortlessly go from my cozy abode to the warm sands in mere minutes. The property management team deserves a special mention for their outstanding service. From the moment I inquired about the rental to the day I checked out, they were always available and attentive to my needs. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. In terms of convenience, the rental is perfectly situated. It's within walking distance of some of Miami Beach's best restaurants, bars, and shops, so I never had to go far to find something entertaining to do. And when I did want to explore further, the property's central location made it easy to access other parts of the city.

Lee was excellent: easy to reach, solved all of our problems. Location was in the D building, quiet, in front of the beach. I recommend it.

I had been a frequent visitor to South Beach from 1997 to 2005 and wanted to be overwhelmed with music and the amazing street vibe. I was hoping to be reconnected, but I have calmer expectations in regards to my downtime than I did when I was in my 20s. That amazing vibe is still there, but the noise does not filter upward to this property because of its location. Surprisingly, we didn’t even hear the people staying on our floor once we were inside. This surpassed our expectations. In regard to safety, I felt very secure with the systems in place. The instructions are also very clear and posted on the door. The working staff at the hotel does not manage the condo properties in this building directly, but they were extremely helpful with suggestions and holding our luggage as our flight left a few hours after check-out. I will be back soon!

Stayed in D305. Pros of this property: *Prime location right in the Art Deco district *Good price for location *Lots of nightlife going on and things to do everywhere *Free trolley takes you all over - you only have to go up one block to catch it. Will take you to grocery stores, etc. *Bike path right in front of property that runs the length of South Beach right outside the door *Right across the street from the beach *Access to rooftop pool *D building, room facing the side street was pretty quiet at night, but if you stay in the C building, you will be right over the Palace bar that does a loud drag show every hour and right under the rooftop pool that plays loud music as well. *Air conditioning worked well. *Easy check-in/out *Elevator Cons of this property: *Pictures look better than actual property, even though it was overall in good condition. Couch was very worn, for example. *Tub very hard to get in and out of - very high sides - had to be very careful. *Shower had to be turned all the way up to hot and left running for several minutes to get hot, and then you had to turn it back down and wait another minute or two for it to not be scalding hot before getting in. *Sliding doors that separate the bedroom from the bathroom don't close all the way. *Room needs blackout curtains. Light-colored, fairly sheer curtains allowed for not only the sun but the flood light they put on the street at night for some reason to shine brightly in. *No laundry in the condo.

Place was very clean and smelled nice. Right by the beach perfect spot for going out on the strip.

Owner was very helpful and property is very nice. I would stay here again.

Best location on South Beach.

This is the best place to stay in Southbeach! I have been to Southbeach several times, and this location has by far been the best! You are close to everything, food, entertainment, and the beach! We literally walked to everything we needed. This made it great because most places charge you for your vehicle and we did not need one. Check-in was easy and the owner was always available if needed. The location is directly across the street from the beach and across the street from the Versace Gianni house. I will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Great location across street from beach. Next door to old Versace mansion. Recommend making reservation and going to dinner at the restaurant in the Versace mansion. Unit was quiet, but with easy access to numerous restaurants and night time activities. Unit was clean with comfortable bedding. Great communication with owner.

Absolutely amazing location. Super walkable and right across the street from South Beach. I was a little worried about whether we would hear a lot of noise from the street at night but the apartment we were in faced the Versace Mansion and was very quiet. The property is well kept and clean. The rooftop was incredible and we spent a lot of time up there enjoying the views and the ambiance. Food and drink are available for purchase, though pricey. The owner was very communicative and responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

It was a great start right near the beach and shops of Miami. What more can you ask for?

Easy to navigate, central location, in the heart of southbeach!

This is one of two properties owned by the host. We initially chose the one above a night club, but the host recommended that we consider the one just to the north on Ocean Dr. We are glad we switched. The suggested unit was next to the night club, but not above it. We did not hear the club from the new location. In earlier posts, there were comments about the elevator not working, This problem was due to a delay in getting the part. This was fixed a few days after our arrival. There also were complaints about the odor of garbage. The stairway was just repainted and clean. (Note that the access to the unit is in a passageway between buildings). The building backs up to an alley where dumpsters are located. There was an aroma of dumpsters in the passageway, but this is not related to anything the owner or front desk can control. We found the unit "broom clean" and cooled. A couple of days into our stay, the building a/c went out. This was reported to the front desk and the owner. Both front desk and owner responded quickly, and it was fixed the same day. The rental unit worked well for us for a week-long stay. If you've never been to South Beach, you need to know that parking is a challenge. We found a garage close to the unit that had in/out privileges for $40/day. That is not bad for the convenience. Also, the clubs let out at 3 am and street noises increase when clubs let out. We give the host 5 stars and the accommodations 4 star (just because we had a 12 year old).

Nice clean place. Just right and what we were looking for. Location is very convenient. Located in the heart of all the action and just a few steps away from the beach. Loved the view from the rooftop pool. Plenty of towels and even has beach chairs. Felt very accommodated and safe. Thank you for hosting our stay! Would definitely book again and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on south beach.

This place was exactly as advertised, and in the best spot on South Beach! The view was amazing, check in was a breeze, the entire building felt safe for us girls as you needed to scan your key card at multiple areas to get in. Perfect space for 4 people. Lee was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Definitely staying again!!

The apartment was ideal . We were there for a month. It was as shown in the photos. The furnishings were excellent. The TV WiFi and appliances all worked perfectly. The view from our living space was terrific. Would definitely return.
