The location was brilliant and we all loved the accommodation.
Anna was very welcoming, to the extent of leaving us a bottle of bubbly, as we were all celebrating our 60th birthday.
We would, without hesitation, recommend this accommodation to anyone who want to visit the beautiful town of Beverley.

A slightly adventurous entrance set the tone of our stay. The proximity to the Minster and the town centre was fantastic. Our host was very friendly and helpful . The accommodation was spacious and four grown people could move around each other easily. The apartment, on two storeys had everything we needed. We were very grateful that our host prearranged parking permits for us.
Light sleepers beware...proximity to the cathedral means you can appreciate the Minster bells which ring every quarter of an hour! A feature of Beverley.

Great location very near the Minster. Feels a bit dated, but charming, a bit like staying at your aunties! Clean and comfortable. heating efficient. Large kitchen diner. comfortable sitting room.

Metal spiral staircase to access the flat was a bit tricky late at night! TV control instructions very difficult to understand, but it looks like someone has overwritten them in the hand book.
Parking in Beverly is not easy, but that is not the fault of the property. We used one of the car parks and walked.

Anna was extremely helpful and responded quickly. Easy to access property and great location ( apart from the church bells chiming constantly !). Although a little old fashioned the apartment had all that we needed.
Didn’t like that the bathroom was off the main bedroom. The shower wasn’t great.

Living room seating needs a refresh, access to property is a little awkward, only suitable for the fit and able. Beds on the firm side and limited pillows/spare covers

Bed not comfortable at all. Sore back ..... parking was shocking. One person using two spaces and had to drive round and round to find a parking space 🙃

This is a bright, spacious flat in a brilliant location next to Beverley cathedral and 5 mins walk from the shops and restaurants.
The decor is a little dated but this is reflected in the price.
Access to the flat is from the rear of the property through the yard and up outdoor spiral staircase. This might be tricky for those with mobility issues or small children.

This lovely little place is fabulously well sited, a delightful bolthole between the Beverley Minster and central Beverley’s Walkergate. The home is situated on the second and third floor with its living room occupying the corner of the building and looking out across a leafy tree canopy and garden towards the Minister. Beverley was ideally suited to my research at Treasure House as well as day trips to Sheffield and Driffield.

Superb location for Beverley's Jubilee celebrations as so central. Very comfy accom and the balcony is a sun trap early evening. Anna the owner is very helpful and replies quickly to queries.

The location was fantastic and the kitchen facilities were brilliant.
A very quaint property which made for a great base for exploring the surrounding countryside.
The property is a very short walk away from shops, restaurants, bars, etc.
The parking situation wasn't great but this was due to unexpected gas works on the street.
The host arranged a parking permit which remedied this.

A wonderfully located property with the minster right at the end of the street. The communication regarding how to get in the property and directions etc were absolutely spot on. I felt we were valued and taken care of.
We were here for a short weekend stay and the property was perfect for that. The Monks Walk Inn is almost directly opposite for a well kept beer (or two!)

Clean and simple, perhaps furnished as an aged aunt might, it is a very nice and comfortable apartment. Expect several long emails of instructions, from how to enter the building, to requested modes of behaviour. The wi-fi code is on the first page of the instruction / information folder, not crossed out, but highlighted in dark blue.
Contact is with Anna, who is most amiable and efficient at responding to enquires.
There are two loos, one en-suite, where the bath / shower is located.
When showering, you are exhorted to keep the shower curtain within the bath, naturally enough, yet, due to the way the shower is set up, and also that the curtain only goes part way along the bath, you end up kneeling to shower, with the forlorn attempt of not letting the water spray beyond the curtain and on to the floor.
Dishwasher tablets cannot be found, as just the one is left in the dishwasher ready for required final use before you leave.
There is no free parking, but parking permits can be acquired through Anna. Free street parking can be found to the south of the minster, less than ten minutes walk from the apartment.

The spiral staircase to access the property was not made clear to us when booking this property. Also the information did not explain that the Church bells of the Minster in Beverley chimed every 15 minutes right through the night!
