Des levers de soleil incroyables vous salueront chaque matin pendant que vous buvez votre café du matin, tandis que vous admirerez le coucher de soleil en sirotant un verre de vin, une bière bien fraîche ou du rhum Cruzan.

Dont hesitate to book this condo. It is clean, spacious, and beachfront. The proximity to Christiansted is perfect. You are near everything and yet far away enough for relaxation. We will definitely return.

The description of the property was very accuate. The view from the deck was so beautiful and peaceful. Honestly I could spend a week just sitting and embracing the beauty.
The staff cleaned the beach every morning and the grounds crew did great work keeping the entire grounds manicured.
We saw guys barebacking racing their horses one morning on the beach. Kite surfers the next. Wind surfers the next. Just a great spot that is far enough away from the towns but close enough to visit.
We are at the airport now, talking about returning already. Next time we will bring our kids and will need another bedroom. However, this condo was perfect for a romantic getaway with just my wife.

The place had everything pictured. Ocean access, a full kitchen, a king size bed, and a washer and dryer. However when we got there the beach was full of Sargasm which was rotting and giving off an awful smell. The staff were doing their best to clean up the mess but it was too much to keep up with. As for communication they left a book out that was helpful but the office only had hours of 11am-2pm on weekdays. This was frustrating as we arrived on Saturday and wanted to do things during the day. When we got there the AC also did not function. The ocean breeze was cooling but not as much so as good AC. The internet log in process was also sketchy the email said "do these things to access internet" but once I did those things I got an email saying "thank you for your purchase" as far as I know we were not actually charged and the person in the office on Tuesday did say that it was free but I spent a lot of time feeling as if I had been duped.

The property is located on a lovely stretch of beach. Great for snorkeling, watching waves break and the sea plane take off and land. We were in need of a comfortable, quiet, central location and this was perfect. We would love to return. The owners were great, the other people at the condos were lovely, including our owners mom, who we found out used to live in our same area! And being greeted and sent off by Ginge the cat was a bonus. Beautiful view, great beach, wonderful pool. What else do you need? Great place!!

My wife and I spent 3 weeks at Eric and Shannon's condo on Sugar Beach and we absolutely loved it. The condo was charmingly decorated and was spotlessly clean. It was complete with all the necessities required for daily living and included many supplies that weren't expected but were very much appreciated. The location was amazing - right on the beach and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Even though you felt removed from the rest of the town due to the beach location, stores were very close by. A car is recommended. We would highly recommend this property.

My wife and I spent a week here in September / October. It was a great condo with wonderful views. The beach was nice for swimming and snorkeling, saw a stingray and lots of fish. The pool was fun, we took advantage of the grill to make some burgers. The condo had most everything we needed. It was nice to have extra beach towels and chairs. We basically had the whole complex to ourselves considering it was the off season. The owners were kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Love the balcony!
Communication with owners was perfect. We had trouble with Internet, but Eric got that sorted right away. Wonderful balcony overlooking the sea. Amazing sea breezes. No need for AC even in summer. That said, condo does have AC if you are silly enough to use it.

Pleasantly surprised
Eric and Shannon are the best owners I have rented from. They have superior communication skills that are sometimes difficult to find. From the moment my flights were canceled three times, I was already on the edge. As soon as I opened the door to this rental I could tell the owners are working so hard to update this condo. I love opening a front door and being able to see the balcony overlooking the beach. Great size living room and bedroom. I loved the bathroom. This condo is a great rental for someone who has never been to St. Croix. It is perfectly situated to where you can comfortably find your way around town. I will definitely rent this condo again.

The bed could be upgraded as it was a very firm spring mattress that was dated, the couch sounds like it’s going to fall apart when you sit down. There was a huge wad of hair in the washer.
I liked how there was snorkeling stuff available.

Sugar Beach is perfectly situated for easy access to anywhere you want to go on the island, and the condo is stocked with everything you could need for your getaway. Communication with the hosts was excellent and the guidebook they sent out before arrival was fantastically helpful. We had a small problem with the wifi and Eric was immediately available to help get it resolved. In terms of the condo itself, I'm pretty klutzy, so I was a little worried about the staircase to the bedroom, and it did take a bit of adjustment, but it's certainly navigable, so don't let it scare you off. The beach isn't necessarily the best beach for swimming, but it's an easy drive to any others you want to visit and it's perfect for a peaceful place to sit and listen to the waves, soak up the sun, and watch for rainbows.

The condo is great. It suited every need we had. The washer & dryer came in handy with sandy, wet clothing. The loft was great to sleep in. The spiral staircase took time to get used to. The beach was overloaded with sea weed so we were unable to use it but I’m guessing it would’ve been the icing on the cake if we could have. Overall great place.

Great Stay
This property was all it was expected to be. It was peaceful and quiet. There was very few people around. One particular day we spent snorkeling right at the condo. It was a nice clear day and we could see so many underwater creatures. The breeze was amazing and very refreshing all day. We only utilized the air conditioning while we were sleeping. The pool area is extra amazing too. We spent 8 days at this property and only saw 2 other people at the pool while we were there. I would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be chairs for beach outings. Everything else is available. Chairs aren't necessary, but would have been handy.

A wonderful beach front getaway
This property is a great bang for your buck. It is fully stocked with everything you might need - dishes, towels, sunscreen... My only critique is that the cleanliness was lacking in a few areas. More specifically the kitchen counters were not wiped down and there was hair on the floor. These are super minor occurrences and we would definitely stay here again. The beach attached to the condo is amazing and so clean! The outdoor patio is such a wonderful place to listen to the waves and drink early morning coffee.

The place was awesome. The view right on the beach was great. We loved taking daily walks on the beach and the ocean winds kept the place cool. The swimming was fun in the clear shallow blue waters.
