Seul bémol il manque un jacuzzi au spa ou une eau chaude dans la piscine

La gentillesse du personnel, la décoration sublime, le goûter offert et la navette pour les pistes à 2m de l’hôtel. Le spa est aussi un atout !

Everything x The welcome was fantastic, the staff extremely friendly & always smiling & very polite. The rooms clean , tidy & had everything you need for a holiday. The towels & robes so soft . The location was super. Nothing was too much . All emails & corresponded with the hotel were very clear & professional. 10/10 x

Breakfast, was not hot enough & a little slow , but this is only a small improvement needed .

Breakfast was great - lots of options. Staff were welcoming and helpful (they arranged all our evening meals at local restaurants and allowed a late checkout as we were leaving mid-afternoon). Reasonable location - five minutes walk to the lift and town centre, within easy reach of lots of restaurants. Ski hire in the hotel basement was great.

No issues. Would use the hotel again if staying in La Clusaz.

Nice big and very clean room with balcony and mountain view. I loved their wellness - ideal after hiking/cycling. There is also storage room for bikes. Great location, friendly staff.

NO AIR CONDITIONING and it is so hot! plus the wall are all made of wood to maximize the heat protection. during the night is more than 30degrees inaide the room

Spa facilities

Bedding was more for the winter than for the Summer. There was always some kind of construction noise from the neighbor.

The location was great with great options for restaurants and treks. The main plus for the hotel was the staff. So helpful and friendly. A special mention to Margot and Frederick.

Toiletries were not replenished unless asked and sheets and towels were not changed.

Breakfast was excellent, and so was the afternoon's buffet de mignardises

ticks all the boxes for comfort and cleanliness. Greer bedding and bsthroom facilities.

Nice breakfast, good location close to the ski lifts (there is a hotel bus that takes you to the lifts in the morning and can use the town bus to return in the afternoon with a stop outside the hotel) The hotel has a nice spa and indoor pool.
