New owners had big boots to fill when they took over from the previous owners, and have managed to do it seamlessly.
Very approachable and friendly owners, had some lovely late evening conversations with a glass of wine, with them which was very nice. Fantastic breakfast and lovely clean rooms as before.
Nothing that needs to be mentioned here. Any little niggles were immediately addressed.

Very clean and tidy. A warm welcome form the hosts and the bedroom was spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast - very well cooked and portions were generous. The town centre is just a 5 minute walk away. The hosts were very friendly and my stay was only for one night but I would not hesitate to return.

Everything was first rate - the family owner's were friendly and helpful.
The breakfasts were nicely cooked to order each day and well presented.
I look forward to staying there again.
Sadly the weather was against me the week of my stay but Tourist Information just round the corner and the Coast Hopper bus with stops nearby provided plenty of opportunity to explore. Didn't have time for the steam railway trip so maybe next time.....

It’s our 3rd visit to Minehead, we love coming here and next time it will be the Waverley guest house. Great little town, everything here for your needs.

Very good breakfast. We were reasonably comfortable, and it was quiet overnight. Everything was very clean. Parking was on the street, but we didn't have any problems getting a spot right outside the front. The television was a bit small, but worked well.
The beds were a bit hard and the pillows a bit thin.

I liked the 24hour access to our room. It was in good access to the town centre and the beach.
The bath and shower were separate to our room, however we had the whole floor to ourselves during our stay.

A superb location. Friendly owner. A good breakfast included. Good shower. All in all excellent value for money.
Room a bit small but considering what we paid it wasn't a problem.

A really good B&B with all we needed at the best price in the area at the time we were there. Waverley is quiet, and very well situated in walking distance of the town centre and the seafront. Very friendly staff and management - we would stay again without question.
There was nothing we did not like.

Breakfast was brilliant and I required Gluten Free bread which was purchased for me. All ingredients were checked in the kitchen before cooking to ensure that all was well. I was extremely impressed.

The owners were very friendly. Rooms very clean. And breakfast very tasty. Also in a great location. Only meters from the beach.
Very small rooms with no private bathroom. But that’s a very minor complaint.
