We had a lovely little getaway over the long weekend, close to the main shops and playground. So warm and cozy and the couch was so comfy.
The top bunk mattress was very uncomfortable and my little one couldn’t sleep on it without feeling the springs. The other beds were great. The wifi wasn’t working all weekend unfortunately. But we stayed warm and dry and were able to relax.

This property has everything you might need in abundance and it's a lovely place. The outside area is good also with the huge table and lovely garden.
It's a 5 minute drive to the Sorrento main shopping/eating strip and 6km from Portsea.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and once again it didn’t disappoint. Perfect location for a weekend away with friends.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sorrento Beach Cottage and appreciated the space in the home for our adult family. The amenities are wonderful and the beds very comfortable. The position is great being within walking distance to town and surrounding walking paths.
My only critique would be that the property cleanliness was not to my expected standard. The microwave should be kept lower (perhaps on the bench) as it's very difficult to reach on top of the refrigerator, especially for those of us whom are vertically challenged :)

Sorrento Beach Cottage was a great base for our golf weekend on the Mornington Peninsula.
Close to town and had everything we needed.

We found the house to be very charming and nicely set up, kitchen living area worked well and the bathrooms very very functional.
The out door area was again well set up and we spent quite some time using this area as well
beds were a little soft and limited storage but for the short stay this was okay
location to Sorrento main street was convenient and overall we enjoyed our stay and would return again

Lovely house to stay in - weirdly top sheets were not provided for any of the beds.
The house has no fly screens so we were unable to get any fresh air without bugs and mosquito's filling the house.

We spent 2 nights here and we’re really happy with everything. Well appointed and light filled. Close enough to walk to the shops, restaurants etc. lovely outside area would be perfect for a Gath.

My friends and I had the best weekend away at Tony’s property. The cottage has everything we needed and was a short walk to the Main Street. We will definitely be booking again.

Great house with all the basics!
Stayed here during the week for working away with a few colleagues. Better than a hotel, had everything we needed, made it really easy to just get there, sleep, and chill out at night. Thanks Tony!

Gorgeous beach cottage!
Beautifully renovated beach cottage. Very stylish, light, really comfortable and well set up. Great to have the extra games room as a separate area for the kids. Easy walk to the shops, and a nice quiet location. Beautiful north facing front garden with an excellent outdoor setup. We'd love to stay again.

Beautiful Cottage
Our family of nana, pa and two 9yr old grandsons had a wonderful time at the Cottage.
It was comfortable, homely a fun place to be.
The cottage was close to everything, we could not fault anything, we would recommend it to all, the grandsons want to go back soon.

Great location, short walk to Sorrento shops
Great renovation of a weatherboard property. Very modern Scandanavian feel to the property. Nice walk to the Sorrento Shops or run to Point Nepean. Very relaxing vibe to the house. We stayed with 2 younger kids (4 & 6) and really enjoyed it. Check-in was simple and easy.

A wonderful chilled out stay, location fantastic, lovely property with all you could possibly need.
We loved staying at this property. It suited teenagers and adults alike. Tony was very responsive and helpful with any queries and the use of boogie boards and paddle boards was an added bonus. Loved walking 5 mins down to Baked in Portsea for a morning coffee. The barbeque and outdoor area was brilliant. Having booked many properties over the last ten years in this area I think we’ve now found our new favorite spot!

Wonderful cottage getaway
We had a wonderful sisters weekend away. Tony was a pleasure to communicate with. The cottage is great and has the comfiest couch and beds. We stayed in Winter and it was perfect. In summer it would be amazing also.

Fantastic stay in heart of Sorrento
Really great property very close to everything. Has everything you need. Fabulous open living space with heaps of light. Beds comfy. Shower was really good. Really can not fault this property and would surely stay again. The only point I can take off was that we had two scorching 40+ degree days and the aircon in kitchen didn’t seem to work well but lucky they have second unit in the living area so all good. Tony was very responsive. Highly recommend for Sorrento stay!!!!!!!
