This is a really nice property in the heart of Cascais, it worked perfectly for our holiday. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need to cook for the week, and the fridge and freezer was big enough to hold a proper amount of food for the 3 of us. Mario made the check in process a breeze and was easy to contact when we had questions. The rooms were big and had lots of natural light. We really appreciated the beach towels and other beach gear that is at the property. I would recommend this space to anyone looking to stay in Cascais!

Great property, check in with Mario was smooth. The property was SO clean. So close to the beach and restaurants. My only concern was the strong smell of mild/mildew under the sink in the kitchen. It would have been nice to have a few coffee pods available. I bought a box and left a few for the next guest. Beach towels and umbrella were also available which was great, thank you. Overall, a great place. Kids enjoyed having their own room downstairs.

Firstly, Mario was an amazing host. He took the time to take a walk around and give us an idea of the area and gave us tips on how to visit Sintra, and surrounding areas. The place was clean and fully prepared with anything you may need to feel comfortable. I would return and book this place again, it’s proximity to beaches, the main streets, food experiences is excellent without compromising a peaceful retreat. It’s well situated and convenient for a trip to Cascais!

Location, Location, Location! We went to Cascais for 4 days expecting to visit other places as well. When we got to the apartment, the location was so perfect, and the place so nice, that we just decided to not move from Cascais and spend all the time there. The apartment is spacious for 5 people (if 4 can share 2 beds). We were a family of 5 and it worked out great. Everything is new, which is rare given the location. We'll be back! We'll come back again!

Nice about the place was the good location. We were in this place for about 2 weeks and we came along quite well. At arrival we were shown around the place and even got a little tour through cascais! What we didn’t like was that we were once accused of smoking by the neighbors above us and The landlord almost threatened to kick us out which spoiled our stay a bit. From his perspective while it was quite understandable since we were young people it was quite prejudiced just to say bluntly that we smoked since we were young people. Overall the place does the photos more than justice. You can reach Lissabon pretty easily with public transport. Cascais also has a great night live which is easy to reach from the place.

From the booking point to arrival to departure everything was perfect. Communication with Cornelia and Mario was very easy and our welcome could not have been better in fact , it was above and beyond what we expected. Mario welcomed us and gave us a 15 minute tour around Cascais to get our bearings which was super useful and he also gave us some great information and tips on how to travel to Sintra and Lisbon that was spot on. The apartment is exactly as described, and despite temperatures being in the high 30s the apartment is cool and it’s well equipped with fans, so we had no problem sleeping at night. A huge lifesaver for us was the beach parasol that was provided as you cannot visit the beach in the height of the summer without one! Location location location what can we say the apartment is perfectly placed for everything you need. We were able to sit outside in the shady park by the apartment; a mini supermarket is 30 seconds from the doorstep with very welcoming staff, a big supermarket 15 minute walk and restaurants galore on your doorstep. Closest beach is a few minutes walk, and within 15 minutes many more. Overall it could not have been better and we look forward to returning !

Our stay was perfect for a family holiday with the beach, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Busses and trains are easy to reach, in case you are planning a day trip to Lisboa or the West Coast. The location of the flat is great, if you prefer a more quiet spot, away from bars and nightlife. Our hosts were very kind and communicative, from the airport pick-up to showing us around town and checking in to see if we needed anything.

This neat, lovely, nicely decorated yet uncluttered apartment was perfect for my 3 week stay in Cascais. The location can't be beat, as it is very convenient to the center of town, public transportation, the market and restaurants. Located on a quiet square, you have everything you need - a comfy bed, nice bathroom with an excellent shower, and a well-equipped kitchen. Mario and Connie welcomed me and answered my questions. Mario took the time to walk me around town to show me how to get to the beach, main plaza, post office, restaurants, shopping and public transportation (not needed because you can walk everywhere). I absolutely recommend this apartment!

This property is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach, yet you are off the main, noisy streets. Cornelia and Mario were great. Mario met us right at check-in time and gave us all the necessary information for our stay. The unit is spacious, clean, and updated. The downstairs bedroom has two beds and is a good size, but the stairs going down are steep and narrow which probably would not work for someone older or disabled. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay with no complaints. Thank you Cornelia and Mario!

Ein sehr schönes und geräumiges Appartement, mit allem, was man braucht. Restaurants/Strand/Bahnhof/Busse sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist nicht nötig und eher hinderlich, da die Parkplatzsituation in Cascais recht kritisch ist. Cornelia und Mario sind sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit und haben bei meinem Eintreffen im Appartement schon auf mich gewartet, so dass der Check-in problemlos stattfinden konnte. Der Vollständigkeit halber sei gesagt, dass absolute Ruhe nicht zu erwarten ist, da die zentrale Lage es mit sich bringt, das Leute auf der Straße vorbei gehen und sich dabei auch unterhalten. Dies kann gelegentlich auch nachts der Fall sein. Insgesamt ist dieses APPA aber sehr zu empfehlen!

We had a wonderful time in Cascais, and really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Cornelia and Mario were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is excellent, in a quieter neighborhood, but just a few minutes walk to the beach, several restaurants, and shops. The apartment is very clean, well stocked, and well cared for.

Absolutely wonderful apartment in a little street near a beautiful square and church. Easy walking distance to the beach and a small grocery just steps away. Very quiet. Beautiful kitchen and more space everywhere than the photos suggest. Very pretty. Great value. Connie and Mario were the most attentive and kind hosts. I wish I could give six stars!

My second year staying at this apartment shows how much I enjoy the place. The owners Mario and Connie are friendly, helpful and provide useful information throughout my stay. They are always available to assist with any issues. The apartment has all the amenities needed and is very comfortable. Our family have enjoyed staying in the beautiful Cascais and will keep returning to this venue time and time again. I love the town, beach, cycling and running routes. When I return again I will look up Connie and Mario for this ideal apartment.

A short walk(5 mins) to sea front and less to local restaurants. Lovely area. The accommodation was clean tidy and we were welcomed with wine and other bits and pieces. Heartily recommended.

The apartment was situated close to the town centre and all its amenities. Shops, bars, resteraunts, the marina and beach. The apartment was very clean and tidy with everything you need for your stay. The fridge had been stocked with a few things like milk, cheese there was bread , tea, coffee all supplied by Cornelia and her husband..Very friendly, caring people who even organised out airport transfer. This was just what we were hoping for. Very nice apartment in a great location in the city center. Everything was walking distance, yet it was quiet. Mario and Cornelia were helpful and great. The food they provided for us the first night was so appreciated.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property in June. Cornelia and Mario were perfect hosts who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided everything possible we needed for our stay - including a washing machine and a beach umbrella for the lovely Cascais beaches. We were a family of three with a teenage daughter and we were sad to leave Connie, Mario, and Cascais.

Наша семья из трех человек останавливалась здесь на 8 ночей в конце апреля-начале мая 2016г. Апартаменты расположены в очень тихом центре, близко и к океану, и к парку, и к магазинам, и к станции. Чуть-чуть вверх по улице, в тихом не очень туристическом месте есть несколько приятных ресторанов. Автомобильного движения вдоль здания нет, только по поперечным улицам иногда кто-нибудь проедет. Апартаменты двухэтажные, и оба этажа получаются как бы первые, поскольку улица идёт в горку: нижний этаж - большая спальня с двухспальной и односпальной кроватями, небольшими непрозрачными окнами, в связи с чем создается некоторое ощущение полуподвального помещения. В эту спальню ведет компактная и крутая, впрочем вполне удобная лестница с первого этажа. На первом этаже - небольшая спальня с двухспальной кроватью и дверью. Остальные комнаты дверями не отделены. Небольшая гостиная с ТВ (множество каналов на разных языках, в том числе РТР-Планета) и лестницей в нижнюю спальню, столовая, кухня, где есть всё, что нужно и даже намного больше - очень много посуды, две кофемашины (обычная и капсюльная), цитрусовая соковыжималка, блендер, электрический чайник, не говоря уже о посудомоечной машине, СВЧ-печке, стиральной машине, холодильнике и множестве всяких мелочей для готовки. Имеется также кладовая (утюг, гладильная доска, пылесос, пляжные полотенца). Санузел с ванной и электрообогревателем. Горячая вода от электрического котла на 100 литров. Беспроводной интернет 30 мегабит, работает отлично. Много буклетов, книжек, карт, расписаний общественного транспорта и прочей туристической информации. Всё содержится в идеальном состоянии. По всему видно что хозяева тщательно продумали оснащение апартаментов. Также есть масляные обогреватели и осушители воздуха, в первые дни они нам пригодились так как было прохладно и влажновато. Хозяева - Корнелия и Марио - люди милейшие, позаботились о том, чтобы гости чувствовали себя как дома. Для нас троих апартаменты были вполне удобны. При выборе принимайте во внимание планировку помещений - так как дверь есть только в одной спальне. Если кто-то остается что-то делать в гостиной или столовой, то в нижней спальне виден свет и слышен шум. Верхний этаж дома тоже принадлежит этим хозяевам. Там заканчивается ремонт и скоро эти апартаменты будут доступны. Это будет практически полная копия, только без нижней спальни и с балконом. С удовольствием будем приезжать сюда ещё.
