Nice ambient and helpful owner
Internet very slow and shower not hot. Also there were at least 10 mosquitos but the owner provided a repellent and the other nights were good.
I had to use my own internet because it was too slow and the shower wasn’t hot half of the days

The apartment was exactly what I required for doing night shifts in a nearby company. Quiet during the day so I could sleep very well. There were shops nearby and a really good restaurant. The apartment was 10 minute walk from the work place.

We arrived late in the evening, the self check-in procedure was very easy to follow. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and air conditioner. It is ok for a 1 night stay in Athens, the price is cheap.
The air conditioner didn't seem to have enough power to decrease the temperature. If you arrive late in the evening, it is almost impossible to find a free parking place in the neighborhood.

We were very close to metro stations, and we appreciate staying out of the Center of tourism to get to experience more local friendliness. Special shout out to the woman who opens KE on the main road each morning - she taught us officially the first 2 words we have learned in Greek, and we appreciated her patience as we practiced! Apartments are well stocked, very clean, and the owners were very accommodating when we needed to switch rooms to add a night to our stay.
The smell in the apartment on the “0” floor was a little odd one day but other than that, nothing.

The apartments are excellent. They have everything we need and are very comfortable.
The owner is very attentive and quickly attended to us.
Air conditioning temperature control could be improved. Selecting 27 degrees on the remote made the room cold. Selecting 28 degrees, the room got a little warm.

The neighbourhood doesn't have much going on. It wasn't easy to find food in the area as I arrived late at night.

Not related to the apartment itself but a heads up regarding the closing time of the metro. Taxi app (FREENOW) didn’t work very well and it’s around 1hour walking distance from the city centre.

Spacious room with small nice balcony. All is clear, has a kitchen with all needed stuff in there also coffee/tea/sugar. Huge closet, comfortable beds, mosquito net and insect repellent, iron, hairdryer. The location is good not far from metro station quiet area.

The flat is good and clean. The location is OK, not central, central but easy to get around by bus or metro. The neighbourhood is safe however we thought that the view from the balcony would be better than facing the neighbours in the flats across the road.
I wish the host told us beforehand that the stove wasn't working because we bought groceries that we couldn't cook and we were not prepared with other food that could have been consumed at such unpopular hours, late at night and early in the morning.

Beautifull room, really quiet when you close everything. Everything looked great and it was very clean. After some guest made a lot of noise they where very helpfull.
Also going in and out was very easy and within a 5-10 min walk you are at the metro.
Few things where broken (but tbh didnt ask to fix it) and it is totally combined with public transport between 20 and 30 min from the centre. If you go out and the metro line isn't ridind even longer.

Modern and clean appartment with all the facillities that you might need (AC, fully equipped kitchen, towels etc.). Even though it is a bit outside the city centre, the location is well connected through public transport.
The neighbourhood is a little dodgy, be mindful of this especially when you are travelling alone.
