Venez en vacances dans ce confortable deux chambres avec une salle de bain maison. La maison a été récemment rénovée. Emplacement parfait sur un canal avec des impuretés pour un bateau jusqu’à 32 pieds juste en dehors des marches arrière avec une station de nettoyage. . Situé sur la dernière rue de Venture Out vers l'entrée du canal pour plus d'intimité et d'accès facile. Dort confortablement six adultes. Votre chien est également le bienvenu. Situé à MM 23 dans Venture Out.

I recently stayed at this property and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The house was exactly as described—clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Whether you're looking for a relaxing retreat or an adventure-filled vacation, this is the perfect place to stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning in the future!

Extremely easy to get to with a boat (30’ center console), house is 10’ from where you dock on the private sea wall. Bed was comfortable and we had no issues while staying. Neighborhood even has marina gas at a great price. I definitely suggest this very cost effective VRBO.

The house was perfect. The shower was as awesome as I expected but I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the beds were. My husband and I slept in the king and I got a fabulous nights sleep. We had a couple of minor issues and he was responsive and helpful. The back porch was great and my daughter loved being able to swim in the canal. All in all we were very happy with the experience and would definitely stay there again.

What we love about it was how close it was to Key West and that we had our own dock to put our boat in.

Property was nice and cool. Bed too soft for us but otherwise worth the price. We did inform the owner that we had changed our minds about bringing our pets. As there are no outside cameras to verify the owner relies on the cleaning people to inform as to pet stay. If you run into this situation watch your back and try to provide proof instead of the integrity of your word. Charges were not reversed and we will not be renting in the future

Needed a couple of nights and Randall’s property suited our needs perfectly. Comfy beds and pillows, bait freezer, good fenders on the sea wall. If only the wind would have cooperated!!! Haha. Very good stay. Very much appreciated.

We kept our boat there and it was perfect it was blowing and the canal stayed protected from waves and they had everything you needed on site would definitely stay again.

Location was great. Door to bathroom was not working but we were quickly greeted by a member of maintenance and we were able to fix it once it was brought to their attention. The description of the 3rd bed was a little off due to just upgrading but we were able to make it work. Venture people were very friendly. Loved the closeness to Key West. Would stay again.

Randy's cottage is located just a half hour from Key West. It was cozy and worked great for my wife and I and adult daughter. The place is kept very clean. The back door leads to a patio right on a canal. We had a nice evening sitting next to the water on the canal. The unit is in a secure gated neighborhood, with nice shared amenities. We would stay there in the future if we're visiting the lower Keys.

This was our second stay at Randy's cottage and we had a wonderful time. It is exactly as described, well appointed, with lovely water view in the back. This year he has a brand new, very comfortable sectional couch in the living room as well as a new gas grill in the back. If you've never been to Venture Out you're in for a treat, huge terrific pool, many great restaurants within fifteen minutes, and only thirty minutes from Key West.

Nice community and great location. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for boating as planned.

We stayed here for a long weekend for our son's wedding in Key West. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect, close enough, and yet far enough away from everything we had going on for the weekend. Loved the back patio for relaxing by the canal after a long day. Randy was always very helpful available if I had any questions.

Randy was an excellent host - The property is perfect, except we think some updates could be made. Cabinets, doors. Sofa cleaned or replaced. Location great and area is wonderful!

Nice place to stay in a convenient location to Key West. Place was very clean and kitchen was well supplied. A couple of nice restaurants near by. Large supermarket and other shopping at Big Pine Key a short car ride away.

We loved our stay at this cute little place in Venture Out. Very clean and had everything we needed. Kids loved fishing in the canal and Mom & Dad loved going up the road to eat at Square Grouper.

This is our 4th year in Venture Out, first time at this house. We absolutely loved it. The large shower is amazing. Rick was very pleasant to deal with and was very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Look forward to next year.

Have stayed at Randall’s a few times, always have a good time. It’s just what we need on our yearly keys trip. Has all the necessities while being clean and great location.
Just FYI for future bookers, venture out cut the availability of trailer parking by half and you may need to take your boat trailer to a storage unit. We had a late ish check in due to traffic and were not prepared to have to call storage facilities at 8 pm. Only slight negative which doesn’t reflect on Randall or his property at all. So plan and budget accordingly!
