Clean property, near train and center, easy walk, many local restaurants and cafes. shares kitchen, perfect for holding leftovers and drinks.

The location was a bit further from the centre than we would have liked, but it meant parking was always easy, and there were terrific restaurants very nearby. Serena was terrific, accommodating, sympatica, extremely helpful

Serena was very helpful. It was easy to make contact with the host regarding our arrival time and she was prompt at returning messages. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. A great sleep as it was quiet and shutters making it dark. The kitchen had great facilities so we could have breakfast.

Serena, the lady of the house is fantastic, she is wonderful and very helful with everything you need. The house is very very clean and feels much loved. Grosseto is very small but I recommend it for at least 2 nights back to rome airport

Everything was perfect! The distance to the city center is ideal, the apartments are perfectly clean, everything you need is available. Serena is a wonderful person who will help you with anything anytime. Thank you once again. We will definitely be back!

The hosts were super friendly and gave great advise for nice restaurants and towns nearby to visit. The room was very clean and comfortable with airconditioning. Besides that they also provide a convenient kitchen area, which we used to have breakfast and store cooled bottles of water. We must have said “thank you” a thousand times by now, but for good measure: thank you for the wonderful stay and we wish you both the best!

The room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed! We were greeted by our lovely host Serena, she took the time to show us everything and then she explained to us where she recommended us to eat and showed us different types of restaurants and I recommend you listen to her because she knows exactly what’s she’s talking about!! She was the sweetest 😌 The place is very close to the center and has a free parking spot close to the apartments so there is noo problem arriving there by car! Serena contacted us via whatsapp which made the communication super easy ☺️ We loved it there and this cute little town! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Grosseto after this amazing experience!

The rooms are very close to the station and to the Grosseto historical city center. Both the rooms and the common space is very nice, modernized, clean, comfortable and quiet. Serena, could not welcome us at the time we arrived (late afternoon), but promptly all the instructions for a self check-in were given via WhatsApp. She also "took care" of us by asking if everything was fine all the time. Really appreciated!

How can you dislike a stay like this! I have nothing to say against it.

Everything was great. The room was nice and clean. In the kitchen was everything what we need,plus the coffemaker was for free. Everyday, during the morning they sanitized the common areas. The hosts helped with references about the best restaurants and were so kind.. Definitely recommend. :) :)
