Wonderful Condo in a terrific location!!!
Notre condo de 2 étages offre chaque chambre avec sa propre salle de bain complète privée ainsi qu'une demi-salle de bain au premier étage. Nous avons un deuxième condo dans le même complexe qui a la même taille, le même plan d'étage et le même coût, juste un décor différent. Si celui-ci est complet aux dates que vous souhaitez, consultez notre calendrier sur HomeAway # 332758 ou VRBO # 287110. Il y a une buanderie au premier étage ainsi qu'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec service pour 12 personnes.
Nous avons une configuration Internet sans fil pour vous dans le salon spacieux qui donne sur un cadre naturel très privé. Prenez votre café du matin sur notre véranda couverte ou profitez de notre terrasse complète pour griller sur le gril à gaz et profiter d'une visite autour de la table de patio dans un cadre arboré. Vous pouvez faire une courte promenade à travers les arbres jusqu'au parc d'État et à 3 km de la magnifique plage du lac Michigan et des magnifiques couchers de soleil de Little Traverse Bay. Les motards et les randonneurs apprécient le parc d'État ainsi que le Little Traverse Wheel Way qui passe juste à côté de notre complexe. Fera une location mensuelle sauf pendant les mois d'été occupés qui est un maximum de 2 semaines.

I stayed a couple nights with a friend and it was just what we needed and wanted. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and it was conveniently located between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. We easily did a day trip to Mackinac Island. It has everything you need!

This is as close as you can get to the State Park. We would stay there again. The surfaces that matter were clean, ie toilets, shower, kitchen surfaces, and refrigerator. The powder room floor had some cobwebs, and artificial plants had some accumulated dust. The blind in the kitchen had one missing strap. View from condo is close tall trees in the back and parking lot in front. Each room had its own portable AC vented out the window. The one in our bedroom was loud but didn’t bother us. It was white noise. The east bedroom could use a sun blocking shade. I rated 4 stars but with a little more cleaning would have been 5 stars. Very convenient to wherever you want to go and private. We heard no noise from other condos.

This is a fairly priced property located right next to the State Park and equidistant to Petoskey and Harbor Springs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay.

We came to Petoskey to bicycle. The location of the condo is right on the Little Traverse Wheelway and an easy ride to the Tunnel of Trees.
Condo was clean and well equipped. Easy check in and great communication with owner.

Great place for a golf trip, everything you need is within a 10 minute drive. The place looks just like the pictures and is very quiet. Good communication with the hosts! Will likely be back.

This is our third time staying at Bob and Hazel‘s rental. Two times at their other condo in the same complex. First time in this condo. Condo is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Best of all for me is the location being right next to the State Park, you can walk down to the beach or into the park from the condo, no car needed. Across the condo complex is a great market for your grocery needs (huge selection on beer and wine), a bakery, and down the road a brewery with more walking trails next to it. The condo is located right between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Just great location overall. Will be back again for sure.

The condo is clean. The description is slightly misleading as it says there are three bedrooms. There are two bedrooms and additional sleeping space in living room. It worked out fine but we were counting on that 3rd bedroom. The condo could use a facelift...kitchen cabinets have some peeling paint and appliances are clearly not new but they did work (didn't use stove). Master bedroom pillows are super firm bordering on hard so consider taking your own. Clean place but nothing fancy.

Ideal for 2 couples. The kitchen was well-equipped and all appliances worked as expected. The condo photos on-line were accurate. There were a couple minor maintenance issues, but they didn’t impact our stay or affect our overall rating. This property is a good value.

This was a great place for a home base of Michigan adventures. The property was just as described, very well stocked with essentials, and we appreciated the extra notes around the condo with directions. I would definitely stay again and strongly recommend it!

This condo is in a great location between Petoskey and Harbor Springs and right next to the great Petoskey State Park beach.
The owner was easy to deal with and provided good instructions and the check in process was easy.
This condo is very dated and really showing its age. The price was lower than other comparable properties in the area so we expected that it wouldn’t be as updated and we were ok with that for the price.
However, the condo was very dirty and smelly. There were cobwebs all over inside, along the walls and all over on the stairs up to the bedrooms. There was also a strong musty smell, especially on the first floor, that really bothered my wife’s asthma. She wasn’t able to spend any time on the first floor and had to stay in the bedroom upstairs with the window open whenever we were there. This property definitely needs to be cleaned much more thoroughly on a consistent basis.

We really enjoyed that the bike trails were easily accessible from the condo, and that there was access to the state park beach through the park’s service drive. There was an issue with the cleaning service, but Hazel responded to this promptly and courteously.

We have stayed in Hazel's properties several times. These are great condos between Harbor Springs and Petoskey, next to the Petoskey State Park. We keep coming back because this place is perfect for a family vacation Up North.

Loved the location of the property, but it wasn't very clean. The floors were dirty, and so was the master bathroom. The tub was littered with curly dark hairs😫 . We left after one night because our allergies were flaring up. The house was a bit stuffy. Could use some airing out.

My son got engaged so the family came up to celebrate with him and his fiancé who were camping at Petoskey State Park.
This condo was perfect! Had everything we needed and then some! Great location walking distance to state park.

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was as advertised, Petoskey State Park and the beach is a 10 min walk or 3 min drive. The cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed in. The kitchen was well appointed with all you could need for making meals. Plenty of space for our two small children and my wife and me. Would absolutely come back again.

We love this place! Very convinient location - you are 10 minutes awayd from the slopes and still in the city with all goodies in place. Very comfortable condo, very quiet and clean. We come here 4 th time during last 3 years and will come again.

This condo is lovely and well-appointed. So close to Pentwater State Park and Pentwater Brewing. What more could you want? Terrific communication with the hosts as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable and tastefully furnished with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was amazing and fully equipped. We enjoyed our breakfast at the table with the sun streaming in every morning. I had the pleasure of a short visit on the phone with Hazel on our way to Michigan, and she was very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!
