Fabulous Villa (amazing air conditioning), wonderful views of Pollensa, great outside spaces and lovely pool. Super location and we would highly recommend.

Javier was very welcoming when we arrived at his villa. Nothing was too much trouble. The Villa is situated only a 10 minute walk from the main square of Pollenca, whilst still maintaining a rural and quiet setting. The villa, both inside and out was very clean, and well equipped, with stunning views of the town of pollenca from its elevated position in the living room. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to enjoy the respectable bars and restaurants of the town, but just far enough away too enjoy the peace of the villa's position. Chris. We had a wonderful stay in Coster Catalanet. The villa had everything a family could ask for. All facilities of a very high standard, spotlessly clean, beautiful pool, excellent location and stunning views. The villa is within easy walking distance of Pollença town which was a great advantage. Many thanks to Javier for his friendly welcome and guidance on the local area.

We had a fantastic time at the villa and found it had everything we needed.. The location overlooking Pollenca means it is not too noisy while still being within walking distance.

We had a lovely comfortable stay at Villa Coster Catalanet. Fabulous views, great access to the Puig for daily walks (challenging)! Easy access to Pollença by foot or port de Pollença by car. Good range of media with most UK tv channels available. Very clean throughout with plenty of kitchen appliances etc. Very friendly and helpful owner. Could do with a new pool parasol as current one had seen better days otherwise a lovely well maintained villa, ideal for a stay in Pollença.

We loved everything about this vacation! Javier and Antonia were the perfect hosts from start to finish. The house ......what can we say? Perfect location - gorgeous views from the pool and hot tub - up above it all, but a few minutes walk into the old town of Pollenca which was lovely, with many varied restaurants, all surprisingly inexpensive. And the wine!! A dont miss is the huge market on Sundays in town - we all loved it and returned to the house with bags of fresh fruit, veggies, bread, the delicious ham etc. The house was immaculate upon arrival and beautiful. It had everything we needed from plenty of towels, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space for my husband and I and our daughter and son-in-law. From the moment we arrived we all just smiled and relaxed. Our hosts had left us fruit, wine, juice, coffee and milk and a few other items to tide us over which was much appreciated. Theres a small grocery store well within walking distance of the house that we stopped at daily - we found we liked it better than the larger grocery store we had to drive to. Traveling is exhausting but we were instantly revived and couldnt wait to explore. We had rented a car but found the bus service, which was a 5 minute walk from the house - to be so convenient (clean, air conditioned and very affordable and ran right on schedule, which was often) that we mostly relied on the buses to go to any of the beautiful surrounding areas. We travel to Europe every year and we all agreed it was an unforgettable, amazing trip - one of our best. With the cold, snowy New England winter fast approaching I find myself dreaming about sitting by that beautiful pool (which Javier kept immaculate - without us ever knowing he was there - it must have been very early in the morning when he came to tend to the pool, hot tub and yard) with a cold glass of white wine, a good book and my family and looking forward to another great meal in town - another spot to explore .........weve all agreed we need to return soon. We really enjoyed our week at Coster Catalanet. It's a very comfortable and spacious house in a great location overlooking the mountains and Pollenca which is 10 mins walk away. We were 6 adults and there was plenty of space, and the facilities easily met our needs including 3 bathrooms and a well-appointed kitchen. Beautiful garden with eating-out area and very useful pool, smallish was perfectly fine for daily swimming and cooling off. Don't miss the walk up Puig (pronounced Pooch) de Maria - the hill behind the villa. Quite steep but good for the heart and legs and you're rewarded with fantastic views at the top and a wonderful old monastery (and cafe...) The owners are delightful people - very friendly and helpful. Nobody in our party had any complaints - we all loved it!

We (a family of 4) had a fantastic stay for 10 days! The villa is modern & spotless! The pool and jacuzzi are fantastic & the views from the terrace & living room are lovely! The drive up to the villa is a little tricky but you soon get the hang of it. Javier couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you! We had a fab holiday.

The villa is in an excellent position overlooking Pollenca with great views from the terrace, pool and upstairs living room. It is so well equipped, especially the kitchen, with everything one could possibly need. The large tv and games in the living room were great and the room itself was very relaxing with its beautiful views. The pool area is really safe with a locking gate and really well presented with ample sun beds and a hottub - very relaxing. The pool is lovely - very clean and well maintained - and the whole area round the pool is delightful. The terrace is well equipped with a large dining table and sun umbrella and a BBQ. Again the whole area is lovely as it has been well planted and maintained. Bedrooms and bathrooms continue the high standards of the villa with the air conditioning throughout being really efficient. We had a great week in this amazing villa and nothing was any problem for Javier and his wife, they were very welcoming and helpful. We would love to go back (you should climb to the top of the hill!)

Weather a little disappointing but still enjoyed the holiday. We were surprised that the villa was a semi detached but never heard our neighbours.

We had a great week at Coster Catalanet. In such a fantastic location, it feels like the countryside but it's just a short walk into Pollensa so we could enjoy the restaurants and bars and the local market on the Sunday and then meander back to the villa and jump in the pool. Lots of opportunities to walk/hike nearby and some lovely views from the church down in town and the monastery on the hill behind the villa. Lovely beaches nearby, we had a great time kayaking/zip wiring into the sea with Mon d'aventure. The villa itself is beautiful, it had plenty of space and all we needed, everything was high spec, comfy beds, powerful shower, quality outdoor loungers and furniture, and Javier was charming, helpful and very welcoming. The perfect place to stay in Mallorca!

The villa is really lovely, - spacious, well equipped, and with amazing views over Pollensa. We spent a very relaxing week here, the pool is perfect and the addition of the hot tub meant we could relax with a glass or two of Cava in the evening watching the lights of the old town. Javier and his family were very welcoming and gave us a lot of local information. The villa is only 10 minutes walk down into the town which is charming with a lot of great restaurants and small boutique shops. For a more lively day/evening it is a short 10 minute drive to Puerto Pollensa where there are many bars, restaurants and tourist shops, loads of watersports available and a lovely beach. Alcudia old town and Port are also only a short drive away. A highlight of our trip was hiring the Esmeralda for a private sunset cruise when we could swim, paddle board and kayak off the boat. We throughly enjoyed our week at Coster Catalanet and highly recommend it.

Lovely villa, in a quiet area just 15 minutes stroll to pollenca town with all the shops, bars and restaurants. The walk back is a little more strenuous as the property is up a hill! But this does mean that the villa enjoys beautiful views across the town and mountains beyond. Very clean and well equipped, the villa is perfect for family holidays. Lovely pool and hot tub, and once again amazing views as you sunbathe. The villa had everything needed including wifi, and air conditioning. And once we had mastered the rather tricky entrance to the villa, it was all good. Javier and his family were helpful with local information, and nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly recommend this villa.

Six of us stayed here for the third time and the property just gets better and better. It is well equipped and comfortable. Javier made us feel very welcome on our arrival and even turned up on our final evening with a delicious pastry as a farewell gift. Relaxing by the pool was interspersed with walks around Pollensa, dinner in excellent local restaurants and long, lazy lunches on the sun terrace. Looking forward to planning a return visit

This is a delightful and well appointed villa. The pool and hot tub are lovely. The highlight though has to be the amazing views of local mountains, hills and the town of Pollenca which sits just a 10 minute walk away.

My partner and I stayed here with a friend for a week at the end of May 2017. We have stayed in Mallorca - including Pollensa - many times and I have to say this is probably one of the nicest villas and locations. You really feel as though you're in the country, with goats and chickens in the field next door), but it's a ten minute stroll downhill to all that Pollensa's bars, shops, restaurants, art and architecture have to offer. It is quite a steep climb back up, especially full of good food and wine, and/or carrying provisions. We arrived from Palma by public bus, so we did take a taxi from the bus stop on arrival to help us with our luggage. The villa is comfortably and pleasantly furnished throughout, spotlessly clean and well-kept. The kitchen is compact but very well-equipped with all the glasses, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils you could possibly need; good to have some basics provided - tea, coffee, bread, cheese, milk, juice. The outdoor terrace is lovely for all meals (with sun and shade as required provided by a large umbrella) and it's difficult not just to sit and stare at the views of the mountains and the town. There's an outside BBQ, although we didn't use it. The pool is a good size, very refreshing on hot days, and the Jacuzzi - though not particularly hot - was also good for a change and a massage. There's plenty of space for six sunbeds (which are good quality, as are the poolside umbrellas) and having pool towels provided was helpful given airline luggage restrictions. Javier and Antonia were very welcoming and helpful on arrival and a phone call away if needed. This is a lovely spot. You will notice traffic noise from the main road ten minutes' walk away, but it's not intrusive. The lane leading to the villa is rarely used by traffic, although a lot of hikers walked by on their way to/from the sanctuary. The bus stop on Cecilio Metelli street close by goes to /from Palma and Puerto Pollensa (and from either place, there are plenty of buses across the island, should you want to travel further afield). We didn't do much other than sunbathe, eat and drink, although we did wander up the road alongside the calvary steps (the views are great) and walked down instead of up, and took the bus to the port for a day by the sea. We very much enjoyed our relaxing week here, wished it could have been longer, and would definitely book again. Thanks Javier and Antonia.

Javier's villa is a beautiful property and was the perfect base for our week-long cycling trip in Mallorca. The villa itself was large, clean and well-maintained, and the pool and hot tub were great amenities at the end of a day of cycling. The view of Pollensa is fantastic, and it's only a short few minutes' walk into the town. Javier was a terrific host, and was very accommodating after our flight was delayed several hours and we arrived quite late in the evening. He showed us everything we needed to know about the villa, and gave us tips on things to see and do in the area. We were very happy with our stay, and hope to be back again next year.

Stunning location and comfortable villa, a beautiful place to stay.

This really is a great place to stay , peaceful , stunning view of the hills and Pollenca . The villa was spotless and had everything you could wish for .A short stroll into town is really convenient . Javier appeared in minutes when we had a problem with the power to the hot tub and even brought us a bottle of Cava . The communication was prompt . The manoeuvre into the driveway takes a bit of getting use to but in no way detracted from a fantastic location

So many villas to choose from these days, but we picked this one because it was close enough to Pollenca to walk in for shopping and evening meals, but far enough away to get great views over the town. The villa is very well laid out, with a second floor lounge with panoramic views, and a kitchen with every convenience you could need. The pool and the surrounding terrace was perfect for private relaxing in sunshine. And the hot tub was great in the evenings to enjoy the stars. Javier and Antonio could not have been friendlier and looked after us very well indeed. A very lovely family. I would strongly recommend the villa to anyone (family with kids, or a group of adults) looking for a relaxing, attractive and beutifillu located villa near Polenca. Thank you, Javier!
