Le Cottage at Whitecap fait partie d'un complexe historique construit en 1883 et est situé au cœur de New Suffolk. Le Cottage offre 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains et peut accueillir confortablement 8. Le chalet partage la même propriété que la maison principale, mais l'aménagement paysager assure l'intimité des deux habitations. La maison se trouve à quelques pas de la plage et à proximité de restaurants, de vignobles et d'une rampe de mise à l'eau. We had a great time at the cottage. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and very close to the beach, and short drive to berry picking, vineyards etc. The house itself suited our needs very well. Lots of attention to details, amenities, and we especially enjoyed the large garden. We would definitely love to come back one day!

We had an absolutely perfect weekend. We all had our own bedroom and made good use of the outdoor shower. The local farm stands provided a bounty of fruits/vege’s to pair with a great rose and long lunch in the cozy yard. The house was perfect, walking distance to beach and restaurants. The hosts were so nice and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Cozy Seaside Cottage was a slice of heaven in the bayside village of New Suffolk! Tracy warmly welcomed our group of five women two hours ahead of checkin time, and toured us around answering any and all questions...as we were all unable to access the smart phone lock system, she promptly supplied us with manual keys, which suited us just fine! The historic cottage is beautifully decorated, maintained, and immaculately clean. Walking to beach frontage was 5 minutes at most...sunrises were spectacular! Quaint and quiet neighborhood was full of nature; flowers, trees, wildlife...very peaceful. Fun exploring all it's 'nooks and crannies'...Legend's Restaurant on the waterfront had great food and warm atmosphere, short walk, once again.We also visited wineries, distillery, Hallock State Park Preserve(on the Sound side), restaurants and shops, all within easy driving distance. The cottage and outside patio/yard was a wonderfully relaxing 'hang out', and the weather was sunny and dry, 50-60 ish degrees, making for a perfect week together! Thank you both for lending us your Cozy Seaside Cottage from April 22-26, 2024...we all "love, loved, loved " it, and hope to return here, Tracy and Allison!

Such an amazing and flawless experience! The whole process of checking in and instructions, plus the homeowner gave us recommendations for places to eat and fav wineries! The cottage was so cute, so so clean, so spacious. It was the perfect cottage for our girls weekend!! The location was beautiful! We walked to the beach in the morning and it was gorg!! It has a private lawn & outdoor space, that we were able to hang out in. We really felt at home the entire weekend!! I would highly recommend & in def going back! Maybe with my family next time…

The house is beautifully decorated, cozy and warm! We just loved it! The location is perfect.. near the beach and wineries! We were there for a family wedding and the house was just minutes from the church and wedding venue .. We will definitely be back!

What a great place to stay. Everything you could want was right at your fingertips (or for the asking). The house was beautiful, clean, perfectly located. Our hosts were very accessible and were very helpful through emails, as well as when we arrived. The grounds were great for family gatherings or just a few moments alone, enjoying the fresh air. The beach was just a few minute walk, as well as many attractions near by. My family really enjoyed the lounge area that opened to the night air. The (adult) boys especially loved the outdoor shower!
Thank you for making this family wedding weekend more memorable than it already was. It was so nice to spend the weekend with my children and their children 😊. Highly recommend this place!

From the minute we walked in the door of this charming cottage and read the tribute to Allie and Tracy’s mother we were so touched by all the love they poured into this home. Then Allie walked in the door to greet us and make sure we were comfortable and her warmth and all her special touches made our stay one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with VRBO.
The cottage is bright and airy and has everything you need, from outdoor seating with a fire pit, bikes, close proximity to the beach with beach chairs and beach bags, guides to great restaurants and wineries and a fully stocked kitchen with snack and candy jars!
We would love to come back again soon!

We love love love this house! It was perfect for my in-laws and our family. Our toddler loved running around the yard. Greta neighborhood, close to everything. Highly recommend.

We had a family wedding in the vineyards at Mattituck on Labor Day weekend. The Whitecap cottage and main house was the perfect place for our extended family reunion! 6 sisters with various significant others, dozens of cousins and 2 grand
children to round it off. We slept 8 in the cottage and it was more than comfortable. Everything we needed was provided minus the
groceries. The property was beautifully landscaped, well maintained and super clean. The weather was perfect! The butterflies made it a magical experience for us 🦋
Just an all around wonderful week. Thanks so much to Allison, Tracy and Will for their hospitality and for opening their beautiful home to us. We hope to be back again soon!

Back for our 2nd stay. We are visiting from NYC so the huge lawn is such a treat! Also a quick walk to the public beach with a lifeguard. Farm stands, wineries, grocery store all a 5 min drive. The house is beautifully decorated, well appointed and the hosts are great! Hoping to return again next summer :)

Great house indoors and out. House is beautifully decorated with great outdoor space. The location is near so many great wineries and the fun little town of Greenport. The owners are very nice and gave great restaurant and winery recommendations. I would highly recommend staying here!

The perfect house for a getaway out East! The details in the house were beautiful and perfectly thought out. The house was so clean and full of amenities. The location was great, near the beach, wineries, restaurants and shops. Ali was an awesome host and gave us lots of tips about what to do in the area. We can’t wait to come back!

Great stay!
Our extended family of 6 had a great stay at this property. The cottage was clean, in excellent condition and well-appointed, with all of the amenities we could need. There was plenty of room for all of us and we never felt cramped. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the short walk to the beach, and the fact that even though the weather was beautiful during or stay, the beach was never crowded. The cottage has a great, usable fenced yard that was great for our young grandchildren. Highly recommended for a great North Fork getaway!

Wonderful Stay at Cozy Cottage
My friends and I had the most wonderful stay at this property! Allison was so friendly and quick to respond to my messages and questions. She sent me a very extensive list of recommendations for restaurants and activities nearby. She even allowed us to extend our check-out time by a few hours on the last day! The property is warm, cozy, clean, and homey yet with plenty of space. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a weekend rental in this area. I look forward to coming back here for another weekend!

Amazing property and hosts!
Had the perfect girls weekend at Allison's property! We had a small dinner at home on Friday and were able to utilize the patio and firepit after a nice day exploring the wineries / Greenport on Saturday. Allison and her husband were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had and the house was very clean and charming. Just a quick walk from the beach too!

A little gem in New Suffolk
We absolutely loved our stay in this very cozy and comfortable cottage. It was perfect for our family of 4 and had ample room for activities together as well as privacy. Our kids, who are in their 20th, enjoyed the new room that was converted from the garage and that had a separate AC unit, TV and all the cool furnishing. And we enjoyed the outside with its very comfy sitting area, lounge chairs and tables. The cottage is literally one block from the public beach and the owners provide all the beach gear you can possibly think of – towels, chairs, kayaks, even the little cart for kayaks transportation. And if you are up for a bike ride around the area, there are complimentary bikes as well!!! It is really hard to find anything that Allison and Tracy did not think of in order to make our stay more comfortable, enjoyable and carefree. So thank you and we definitely will be back

AMAZING NOFO Retreat!!!
My husband and I and our two sons (ages 13 & 8) were lucky enough to spend two nights at this WONDERFUL home! First of all, Allison was very responsive and super easy to communicate with - her friendly demeanor made all contacts a pleasure! During this very unusual summer, I think all would agree that cleanliness is of UTMOST importance - this house was SPOTLESS from top to bottom! The house is completely redone with lovely decor and finishes. You literally just need your toothbrush - the house has everything you need from cookware to beach gear! The beautiful lawn, patio and new outdoor lounge will be places you want to spend time as well! There is a stunning private beach at the end of the block (an easy 5 minute walk) where we spent an idyllic day! I wholeheartedly recommend this lovingly cared for home in the perfect location for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation! We hope to return in the near future. Do not miss this house - BOOK NOW!

Summer Vacay with kids
We had the best time on our family vacation to North Fork. The cottage was even more charming in person! The property manager was so easy to work with and met us at the cottage to go over all details and make sure we were settled. It was wonderful to have the beautiful front yard to spend the mornings in with our children. We could not recommend the cottage enough!

Relaxing Family Reunion
We spend five (5) great days with our children and grandchildren at The Cottage. We were met by our hosts, Allison and Tracy, with fresh flowers and a bottle of Champagne! Our party of seven (7) could not have been more comfortable. The home is charming and immaculate with every attention to detail including beach towels, chairs, kayaks and bikes, as well as a private beach at the end of the road. Not only were there luxurious toiletries but also abundant snacks for the grandkids! We can't wait to return to this perfect cottage by the bay for our next get together!

Awesome stay in beautiful house with very nice hosts!
I stayed in this very nice vacation rental during a wedding over the Fourth of July. It was everything my group needed and more. The owners of the house are two very nice sisters and they allowed my group to check-in early for a wedding event we had in the afternoon. They were so accommodating the entire weekend and really made our stay fantastic.
The house itself is beautiful. It has sparkling clean, well decorated, and a minutes walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable, and everything was tastefully decorated.
We'll definitely be back the next time we are in Long Island! Highly recommend staying here!
