We enjoyed staying here! Really lovely property with large garden, very clean and spacious apartment and good location. Quiet, safe neighbourhood with easy access to groceries and good restaurants. Easy to drive to highway and Trieste centre. Host was really warm and helpful - we enjoyed meeting her! Definitely recommend.

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, super ausgestattet und durch eine Klimaanlage auch bei hohen Temperaturen stets kühl. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Garten, in dem man sich hervorragend erholen kann. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Sie gibt tolle Tipps. Zur Begrüßung standen Getränke im Kühlschrank. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben, Wenn wir noch einmal nach Triest kommen, werden wir wieder hier wohnen.

Vermieterin sehr nett, hat uns schon am Tor empfangen und in die etwas enge Zufahrt eingewiesen. Schöne geräumige Wohnung, alles funktioniert, gut ausgestattet. An kühlen Tagen wurde geheizt. Bettwäsche und viele Handtücher einwandfrei. Zum Zentrum kommt man am besten mit dem Bus, zwei direkte Linien in der Nähe.

It was a little hard to find and streets are very narrow. But Erika was very friendly and helpful. She even took us grocery shopping in her car to show us the best way to navigate the streets and driveway. She also directed us to a great local restaurant a 5 minute walk away for our 1st meal. It was really a great place to stay for a week once we got established and a good location to drive to Croatia, Slovenia and the nearby sights in Italy. Would definitely return.

We had a great stay at Erika’s. She is very helpfull and friendly. Nice place to stay. A lot of comfort such as a wasmachine. In no time you are in Slovenia.

Nous tenons à remercier Erika pour sa discrétion, sa générosité et sa disponibilité. Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans son magnifique appartement. L’appartement étant proche de la Slovénie, nous avons eu l’opportunité de visiter quelques lieux de ce magnifique pays et après ces longues balades il était très agréable de se retrouver « chez soi ». Nous recommandons cet appartement à tous les touristes qui souhaitent séjourner à Trieste.

We spent a two-week holiday with our two teenage children in Erika's beautiful apartment. Erika lives upstairs and is a very warm, friendly, helpful and unobtrusive host. The house is located in a suburb of Trieste, but once you pass through the gates of the house into the large and beautiful garden, it's like finding a little oasis in the city - a lovely place to relax after a day's sightseeing. The apartment is exactly as described and is equipped with everything we needed to make our holiday comfortable and enjoyable. There's a supermarket, bakery and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. And you can easily catch a bus that will take you downtown in 15 minutes. Trieste is a fantastic base for exploring Slovenia and the Croatian peninsula of Istria as well as some of the sights of northern Italy. In Slovenia, the stunning caves at Skocjan and Postojna, Predjama castle, Lake Bled, Ljubljana, Triglav National Park and the coastal town of Piran all make for wonderful day trips. In Croatia, there are the beautiful towns of Rovinj and Porec and the Roman remains in Pula. Aquapark Istralandia is only 45 mins away by car. Then, of course, there's the city of Trieste with its fascinating history, Venice (less than 2 hours by train) and the very pretty medieval town of Cividale del Friuli. Erika is the most gracious host, her home is so warm and inviting. We felt like it was a home. We loved sitting in the garden having a glass of wine in the evening. Highly recommend

Very gracious hostess who made our stay very comfortable and welcoming. Very homey ambiance and much better than staying in a hotel. Beautiful decor with lovely pictures, a well appointed kitchen and a spacious living space. The apartment was spotless and the garden was lovely.

Avons passé 10 jours très agréables dans une très belle résidence . Erika est très sympathique et particulièrement sociable :elle fait tout pour bien recevoir ses locataires .

Abbiamo passato due bellissime settimane nella casa di Signora Erika. L’appartamento è veramente ampio e ben curato, il giardino accurato. Trieste è una citta meravigliosa, pieno di cultura, letteratura e storia – quindici giorni non bastano per esplorare tutto! Inoltre i dintorni offrano tante cose anche bellissime ed interessante da visitare : parimenti storia e cultura tra secoli e milleni, in più si possono fare bellissime gite, sia corte, sia lunghi, si può andare in bicicletta e se piace si può andare con la nave, per esempio a Grado o in Istria. La descrizione sul sito e le fotografie sono pari a quello che abbiamo trovato. L’appartamento si trova in una bellissima casa in una contrada calma. Il centro del veccio paese si tocca in cinque minuti a piedi. Li si trovano Pasticcerie, Ristoranti vari e una Pizzeria ; si trova anche una Banca ed altri Negozi. Se preferisce supermercati, ce ne sono due, uno più familiare e un altro grandissimo. Ci sono varie fermate dell’autobus. Lo sistema informatico sullo smartphone molto utilitario. L’ospitalità e la cortesia erano eccezionali – grazie mille, Signora Erika ! Ci ha dato informazioni pratici e turistici. Ci sono guidi turistici ed altri informazioni nell’ appartamento. Raccomondiamo questo domicilo di tutto punto. Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen verbracht im Haus von Signora Erika. Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt und ausgesprochen grosszügig. Trieste ist eine wundervolle Stadt, voller Italianità, mit sehr viel Kultur, Literatur und Geschichte – zwei Wochen reichen bei weitem nicht, um alles zu sehen. Die Umgebung bietet sehr viel Interessantes: Kultur und Geschichte durch die Jahrtausende, Möglichkeiten für kürzere und auch für längere Wanderungen und Radfahrten, Schiffahrten zu interessanten Zielen in Italien und in Istrien. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder entsprechen voll und ganz dem, was wir angetroffen haben. Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen Haus in einem ruhigen Quartier. Der Ortskern liegt in Fussdistanz; dort finden sich mehrere Bäckereien, diverse Restaurants und Pizzerien, auch eine Bank. Ebenfalls in der Nähe drei Supermercati. Bushaltestellen sind sehr nahe, das Informationssystem per Smartphone sehr praktisch. Gastfreudlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit waren einmalig – grazie mille, Signora Erika! Sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben.In der Wohnung liegen Reiseführer und Prospekte auf, die zusätzliche Anregungen geben. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

1727849 - La signora Erika è una vera padrona di casa. Precisa, discreta ti mette a tuo agio appena arrivi nella sua casa. Si tratta di una casa indipendente e l'appartamento si trova sotto a quella dei proprietari. Ci ha messo a disposizione l'appartamento, molto pulito molto ampio con grande sala cucina completa di tutto. Abbiamo sfruttato anche il giardino vero angolo di relax dopo giornate intense a passeggiare per la città e i dintorni. Nell'appartamento ci sono a disposizione alcuni libri su Trieste e le Osmize (molto interessante grazie) e i bimbi nei loro momenti di relax hanno approfittato del gioco degli scacchi a disposizione. Il centro lo abbiamo sempre raggiunto comodamente con l'auto in 10 minuti ed è comodo anche per raggiungere la Slovenia. Grazie mille per l'ospitalità.
