The property was very clean and well organized and maintained. It was quite the experience and would be looking forward in the future to that again.

This property is in a great location for sightseeing and just a leisure get away. Staff is friendly. Rooms are comfortable and clean

I think any hotel keeping up with trends should update even the simplest things. Like exchanging the code makers in the room from old fashion brewing units to the Kuerig models Just makes sense

Was very clean!!! Had complementary beer/ wine and pork tacos in the evening witch I was not aware off! Was a nice surprise . My husband loved the flavored water in the front lobby !

The only thing I can say I didn’t like was the toilet tissue. Being a nice Hotel but still having the cheep tissue was a little bit of a shock but sertly not a deal breaker

I love the friendly warm staff. Very personable as if they know you. And the breakfast is the best! From the muffins to the waffles! I love staying here!

The property was so clean! The added fire pit was nice. We loved having a full size fridge and freezer in our room.

Variety in breakfast. We stayed over 3 weeks and never got tired of the breakfast. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was a plus.

Breakfast was so good. Everything was well prepared and presented. I was very impressed with the setup. I noticed they kept up with the cleanup and stocked up as soon as the items went low. Keep up the good work!!

The receptionist, LaKisha, was the bomb.com! I called her to let her know that we were running late for check in and she let me know that it wasn't a problem. She was so friendly and courteous when we arrived.

Now the morning receptionist was a whole different story. I called downstairs to see if I could have a late check out..........she was checking in the computer then she asked if I was a IGH customer. I told her that she would probably have to look up the number because it had been quite a while since I set it up. She didn't try to locate my number just told me that I could only have a late check out if I had that number. She wasn't at the desk when we came down but was in the back having a real good conversation when she should have been inquiring about our stay but needless to say I was quite disappointed.

it was clean in common areas

my room flooded and housekeeping disregarded my do not disturb sign by banging on my door at 11:05 after we had been up most of the night. the bedroom flooded and we were unable to change rooms

only thing I can say I didn’t like was the trash cans outside were too small. That is a stupid complaint but only thing I didn’t like. I like cleaning out room for cleaning people. so I couldn’t throw out the bags from dinner from the previous night.
