Notre Maison du Sud récemment rénovée est une maison de luxe qui vous offrira un haut niveau de confort et d'intimité. Nous sommes situés dans l'un des quartiers les plus sûrs de Wellington. Belle piscine chauffée au sel de 40 pieds 9 (sans frais supplémentaires), gazebo avec coin salon, pergola pour les repas au bord de la piscine, barbecue Napoléon, jardin tropical luxuriant avec éclairage et couchers de soleil sur le canal rendront vos vacances absolument inoubliables. Les 3 chambres sont équipées de téléviseurs 50 '. 2 chambres ont des lits king size, 1 - queen size. Tous les meubles sont neufs. Toutes les chambres ont des placards spacieux équipés d'un coffre-fort numérique personnel (2 des 3 placards sont de plain-pied). La chambre principale a également une baignoire extérieure pour deux et une douche dans un petit jardin privé. Toutes les salles de bains sont neuves et joliment décorées. Le salon avec plafond cathédrale et poutres apparentes vous offrira 60 'TV avec 180 chaînes de Direct TV et un coin salon spacieux. This was a very nice and clean home in a quiet neighborhood. The pool area was so relaxing with a covered Gazebo that had a ceiling fan.

Great location. Pool/ backyard stellar. Quiet neighborhood good for walking, biking, etc.Plenty of shopping, restaurants that are all close by. We would stay again next year but our time slot was already reserved- one note for folks that have physical limitations is that the tile floors are somewhat uneven throughout the house and none of the 5 sliding doors that open to the backyard/pool work properly. They are either screwed shut or very challenging to open/shut and really need to be replaced. We had some retirees that visited with us and the combination of the floors and doors was not ideal for their physicality

Gary’s 3- bedroom house was perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds and showers. The outside area is exceptional. Gary was very easy to communicate with and flexible about letting us stay until our late afternoon flight. We hope to return for a longer stay next year.

This home was so nice to stay in- it was luxury without a luxury price tag. The owners are very great communicators and the manager of the property lives across the street so if anything is needed she’s a few steps away! Great find- beds were comfy- and we hope to be able to come stay again.

Our stay was just short of two weeks. This house is in a perfect location close to stores, restaurants, etc. We spent most of our time around the pool every day. The landscaping around the pool was beautiful and very private. The lounge chairs, umbrellas, gazebo, and Hamic were put to great use. The kitchen was well equipped, and loved using the grill outside. The interior of the home is beautifully decorated and loved the king size beds in each room. Gary was a wonderful host. Very responsive to all the questions we had upon our arrival. Karen was awesome and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Everything was beautiful and so peaceful. The pool area and landscaping around the pool was a paradise. The Manager, Karen and her husband, Carl were delightful people. They were very responsive whenever we had an issue or a question. We would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a relaxing and serene place to stay. Fantastic restaurants close by. All around great area.

This was our second stay at Maison du Sud. Everything was excellent again. The house is very spacious, clean and has everything you need. The pool area is beautiful and has a lot of comfortable loungers and an amazing Gazebo to hang out in. Gary is a great host and very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Everything you want in a vacation without the noise. Imagine yourself on vacation getting the sun lying beside the pool beautiful tropical bushes and flowers around. This is what you get when you stay here. I couldn’t of asked for a more peaceful and beautiful home. Not only was it exactly as described but close to everything. There were 6 adult members staying here. Each couple enjoyed having their own bathroom. The house was very comfortable and had several areas for conversations. We loved sitting outside under the roomy cabana. We even sat there during the rain showers each day. The landscaping made us feel we were in the tropics!! A few of swam in the pool.
The owner was quick to respond when small issues came up. We would stay here again

If you’re looking for relaxation and serenity this is the place! The backyard is definitely the place to hang out. Quiet neighborhood, great pool, beautiful gazebo and from time to time you receive a little show from the anoles (little lizards) and iguanas. They never come close to you but are definitely fascinating to watch. I unfortunately have skin cancer and can’t be in the sun to much but I love the outdoors and the gazebo has perfect shade for that. The owners are very helpful and polite. Thank you for sharing your home! We would definitely like to visit next year!

We felt at home the minute we walked in. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was! The back yard with the pool and beautiful landscaping is an oasis. The outdoor shower off the master bath was awesome. Everything was more beautiful in person. We didn’t want for anything. Evening swims and dinner under the pergola and morning coffee under the gazebo we’re some of my favorite things.

To begin with, the communication with Gary prior to and during our stay was fantastic. We knew if we needed anything he would respond quickly. The minute you walk in the door you feel like you are entering your own little hideaway. The house is open and bright. It was very clean and organized with everything we needed from plenty of pool towels to all of the kitchen gear. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfy. The real star of the show is the backyard oasis. Our plan was to just spend a relaxed week off for Spring Break and this was the perfect place to do that. The lounge chairs next to the pool gave you the perfect sunning spots while the large gazebo with couches/furniture provided shade. There was also a lovely place to eat/play games outside under the pergola. We ended up spending much of our days just lounging about. The house is located very close to shopping and delicious restaurants. For anyone looking for a low-key, relaxing vacation spot, this is a great choice.

This home is a perfect retreat to vacation in. The home is comfortable and spacious. The pool area is beautifully landscaped for privacy and the pool itself is glorious! We enjoyed it every day. The shade pavilion with comfortable seating was the perfect spot to relax and read a book. We barbecued using the large grill and enjoyed dining outside. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a nice park nearby. It is close to major shopping, the polo fields and wonderful restaurants. Gary and Natalia are welcoming and were available to answer any questions we had. They have created a beautiful vacation rental. We hope to return in the future.

The online photos cannot adequately convey the peace and beauty of this property. We came to Florida to relax and enjoy the weather. The pool, patio and yard truly look like something out of Architectural Digest and were an ideal, quiet haven. The bedrooms are large and carefully appointed with very comfortable mattresses, beautiful linens, and (my pet peeve) a range of wonderful pillows. The bathrooms are exceptional. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to enjoy cooking many of our meals (we love to cook). The house is in a perfect location - close to an astonishing range of shopping, plus parks and beaches. The owner was responsive and helpful. I would recommend this rental without hesitation.

We could not have been more pleased with the house. They have taken great strides to make the house the perfect vacation paradise. We ate all our dinners on the veranda and hungout in the pavilion next to the gorgeous pool. We played cards at night under the bougainvillea wrapped pergola which was picturesque next to the pool and tropical gardens. Gary was an absolute joy to work with in renting and check in. We took great joy in knowing we only had to contact him if we needed anything or had questions. The location to wonderful restaurants and the beach makes this home an absolute perfect rental. We are already planning another trip as soon as possible.

Finding Maison Du Sud was the perfect alternative to a hotel room (or two) for my husband, my father, and me to stay in Wellington. We came to surprise my niece for her 40th birthday, and this home caught my attention for obvious reasons. But it ended up being so much more than the superficial beauty in the photos! After losing my mom in December, my dad actually had something to smile about...seeing his granddaughters and their families. And he got to stay in a beautiful and comfortable home that was so conveniently located to everything we needed, he couldn't stop talking about it! The neighborhood is so quiet, the pool area and landscaping is incredible, and the communication with the homeowners was a breeze...I just can't say enough! I was hoping to see some of the iguanas that one reviewer felt were so awful (it's Florida after all), but I guess I'll have to wait until next time. Thanks, Gary and Natalia, we will be back!

The entire interior is very outdated .Bathrooms were fine.Surveillance cameras everywhere.Made us feel very uncomfortable not knowing if we were recorded at any given time or all the time.

Our visit to celebrate our granddaughter's 3rd birthday was amazing!!! We spent most of our time in the beautiful pool just enjoying the amenities. It was one of the most relaxing getaways we have enjoyed in a long while.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The owner was quick to respond & easy to communicate with. The house is in a quiet area & nicely maintained with several shops close by. The inside of the house is very clean, nice furnishings, stocked with necessities ( soap, tp, kleenex, towels, etc...). We cooked quite a bit while staying there and the kitchen had a nice array of pots, pans, dishes, etc... We spent the majority of our time enjoying the pool area. The owner's have done a beautiful job with the outdoor area; travertine pavers, a salt water pool, & several seating areas. We really enjoyed the covered cabana where we could hang out & take a break from the sun. We brought our doodle with us and the house was really dog friendly with all tile floors. We had a wonderful and relaxing get away & plan to book again.
