My husband and I enjoyed a peaceful four nights at this Punta Gorda property. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool and fishing off the dock. Linda met us upon arrival, gave us a tour and answered our questions. She was very helpful and welcoming. Everything was just as expected from pictures and description. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this house. It had everything we needed and then some. Fishing poles, bikes, beach chairs. The house was clean and well appointed. The host met us and showed us around and was so kind. You will not be disappointed. Stay here!

We enjoyed our stay. The view from the home is unbeatable. The kitchen was very well appointed. High end oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Owners were very available.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time at the pool and fishing off the dock. We caught several different types of fish. Plenty of supplies for our stay and a nicely stocked kitchen. We will happily stay there again!

Property was as described, kitchen appliances were all top notch. Pool was very clean, as was the rest of the house. No problems. Communication with Jim and Linda from the booking process throughout the stay was exceptional. Highly recommended.
My son and I rented a boat, and fished from the Peace River to the ICW along Boca Grande. Put 40 fish in the boat over 5 days. Used the house to cook breakfast and lunch, and dock the boat at.

It could use some upgrades to patio furniture, towels, kitchen utensils and bowls.

We had such a wonderful stay here. Jim & Linda were so helpful throughout our 3 week stay. The location was amazing….our first day we were greeted by a dolphin playing in the lagoon! The weather was just perfect……a much needed break from our cold northeast winter.

Had a great week at this property. Had everything we needed. Very close to the airport and attractions. The pool was excellent. So sorry to see the destruction from Ian, but it looks like everyone is working together to get back to normal.

The owner met us and gave us a walk through of the house upon our arrival.
We had a pants belt stick under the agitator on the washer. Linda and her husband promptly came over and fixed the problem.
We are impressed with how quickly they took care of this. It was so appreciated.

Great Memories
We had a great trip the property was perfect for my family. My kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. Linda provided tubes bicycles and fishing poles that kept the entire family entertained while at the house. Can’t thank Linda enough we had a wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful time in Florida! The home was as described with the homeowners very gracious and helpful. We had no problems at the home, the pool was delightful and the neighborhood was wonderful!

Our stay in Punta Gorda was great. Check in was a breeze. Linda took us on a tour of the house, and was quick to answer any questions. The house and all the property was spotless. The house was well equipped with all we needed. We would definitely stay here again

The location and house were great, loved the views of the water and even saw a manatee! My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock, even though he didn’t catch anything! The layout of the house was very comfortable, would recommend this to rent.

Our winter get away at this beautiful house.
We enjoyed our stay at this property that was located in a nice quiet neighborhood in Punta Gorda Isles. Linda, the host, met us at the house to show us around. She was also easy to contact if we had any issues. The house was exactly as advertised and definitely well equipped with anything we needed.

Fantastic home to spread out and enjoy FL
Amazing owners and a fantastic property. We only had 4 of us there, but it felt like there was room for many more! All of the amenities worked great and we cooked several meals there. The owners were extremely responsive when a freak wind storm damaged the pool cage and required repairs. They were out replacing screens the very next day. Very pleased and will rent from again!

Lovely water views
This property met most all of our needs, but could use some updates. Property manager was very friendly however had many “rules”. Not that we needed it, but don’t use the fireplace, don’t use disposal, don’t use kayaks in garage, don’t walk on seawall, don’t jump in pool. We signed a waiver of liability which should have covered all that. We asked if the ice maker worked and were told “I think so”, it did not. Ice trays were available but not enough to make enough ice for our family. There was a koureg but not a traditional coffee pot which is less ideal for a large group and our “older parents”. Dishwasher needs replacing And the can opener did not work at all. We paid to have the pool heated, but it was not actually heated warm enough to enjoy until the last day. The house was very spacious and comfortable . Overall we had a great experience.

Spectacular spacious home with a wonderful waterfront view.
The location was perfect at the street end cul-d-sac of a quiet neighborhood. Sitting in the lanai and looking out over the pool onto the water was very relaxing and enjoyable. Inside the house had plenty of room with separate family and formal areas. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were large. Overall it was a great experience, wish we could have stayed longer.

Loved this house and the location. Two living rooms with plenty of space to spread out after busy days enjoying fishing, boating and exploring e area. Great pool with nice outside area. Would stay again!

nice older home , great location on the end of a cul de sac with a pool & dock.We rented a boat ,did some fishing & explored all the area. It's a boaters heaven ! Kitchen could use restocking no salt & pepper , cooking oils, grill utensils or cutting board , only 2 wine glasses. Linda & Jim , the landlords are great & very accommodating

The home is in a quiet neighborhood. Within minutes of shopping and downtown. Owners were very responsive but only had to call one time. Loved it and will definitely go back if staying in that area.

Awesome View from Lanai - Lots of Space to Relax - Great Hosts
My partner, my daughter and I spent most of our stay relaxing on the huge lanai, taking in the incredible view of the pool, the canal, sunsets, stars and sunrises! The weather was gorgeous, the house spacious, and it was fun to fish off the dock. The pool was too cold for daily swimming for most of our stay, but the hosts were very responsive in working to heat it up to a perfect temperature for our last five days. Nearby Fisherman Village is great fun for all ages and was colorfully decorated for Christmas during our Thanksgiving stay. I visit this area often to see my son and his family, and we hope to be back to enjoy the view, the lanai and pool again!
