Modern Apartment , big Flat

Bed - Uncomfortable Flat was dirty , table in the living room was wet and dirty, As soon as I entered the flat, what I saw in the bedroom was a half-drunk bottle of water and a dirty glass, and a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. In my opinion, these are not things that can be tolerated. Also, an old man who was extremely incompetent in terms of hospitality took care of us. I can't say that he is very respectful. In terms of location, it is a very noisy building with interconnected buildings with no privacy. Never again

Nice location nice staff and host nice apartment

Only downside was the shower wasn’t a nice experience as it would splat out the shower onto the floor but besides that it’s a 10/10 place would recommend for a group or a couple

Centrallly located. Close to a train station. Tesco located at the corner. Comfortable. Very helpful and supportive staff. Great stay for my family.

No swimming pool or gym. Though a voucher for a gym was offered when requested. Would have expected to see more washing pods but didn’t bother asking.

No complaints. Very safe . Close to the underground. Supermarket almost on the doorstep. Great place to stay had everything we needed 😀

Location is good to visit London. 30 minutes to center. Train on 5 min walk. With a family this appartement is a great alternative for multiple hotel rooms. More privacy. Two bathrooms is great too

One of the mattresses wasn’t very good. The owner told he was gonna replace it though. The other one was great.

A good location with a beautiful view, the place was nice and comfortable. Definitely somewhere I would stay again!

We booked and received confirmation of this apartment at 2300 on the date when we were scammed by one of the booking. Com partner abnb, only to find out, upon our arrival to the address of the apartment that although it has confirmed the booking, there is no one to check us in, since their last check in time is 1800. We were never informed of such consequence when we made the booking.

The apartment was lovely... 2 large bedrooms, with huge comfortable beds, a large living room and a well equipped kitchen. The hosts were great, friendly, helpful and understanding. Location was really good if you want to be away from the hussle & bussle of the big city. A quiet and peaceful location, still with supermarkets, many restaurants and shopping centres all within a 10 minute walk. Transport options are many... Light rail, subway and buses are all within 10 minutes walk. It was very convenient to get around. Overall couldn't have been happier with the apartment.

the location was superb, the environment was very nice and quite. the facility inside the apartment was very nice up to date kitchen was very nicely equipped. especially for us as a family. if I come to London again I would want to come back here. the host was also a nice and polite person

I liked everything about the facility outside the facility on the way to train station was not very clean but this has to do with mayor not the facility. few restaurants are near the facility which is very nice. the prices in these restaurants were reasonable.

The heat. Master bedroom too hot despite heater not being on.

The property was clean and well looked after. Two of us stayed in the property, sofa bed was used and was also comfortable. The location was good and close to facilities and a ten min walk from Canary Wharf. The hostess was very welcoming and could not do enough.

As they say London is the city that never sleeps, due to the heat at the time, we had the windows open so it was noisy due to some one having a part in one of the other flats. My own fault I did not ask about air con, the hostess did say she would have sorted it.

Location is perfect- really close to South quays station and short walk to Canary Wharf. There is a Tesco conveniently located downstairs which was super helpful. Kitchen all you need. Room are all clean and comfortable. Host Team were also really nice and ready to quickly answer any questions.

Excellent location with a spacious apartment and lovely attentive staff who were always happy to deal with any issues.

Some of the features weren’t in the best condition such as broken windows, and loose bathroom door handle. Some of the facilities weren’t working when we arrived such as bedroom tv & air conditioning unit however most of these issues were eventually resolved during our stay

Checking in was cumbersome, got there around 19:00, called the number provided someone answered and said they will be there in 30minutes. I had informed them that I was arriving around that time. We almost lost our restaurant booking where we had family waiting for us. Early morning someone entered the property at 08:00 and advised that we had to leave as she was the cleaner. We told her even though we stated we were leaving early we couldn't do so as we had a late night. She then had to call someone to verify, even though check out time was written as 11:00. Around 11:00 another lady came in and then requested 30 pounds for late check in. She also wanted this cash which we could not believe as we had been inconvenienced several times and cost for the night was very high.

Nice apartment and spacious for one or two people.

No air conditioning which was terrible in the heat. TV also had no aerial however that was resolved thanks to the kind hosts.
