Hotel moderno, novo, com ótimas instalações, descomplicado, em distrito empresarial (San Isidro), localizado mais próximo do centro histórico que Miraflores. Quarto grande, com vista e confortável.
Poucas opções para lanches rápidos à noite no hotel.

Amo este hotel !! Me queda a una cuadra de mi oficina, este lugar es perfecto para ir a cualquier parte de San Isidro; incluso caminando, las habitaciones impecables, la cama super cómoda. Sin duda lo mejor de todo es el señor José del comedor con una vocación de servicio maravillosa y me consciente como si estuviera en mi casa. Gracias. :)

The room looked nice and the bed was very confortable. I also liked that the blinds on the windows could be rolled down to a complete dark in the room.
I felt the air circulation in the bathroom wasn't perfect.

- better than Mira Flores - no crowds, and nearer to the airport
All was ok, but the prices for loundry service was 10 times higer than directly in the loundry office! (26 soles plus 28% tax for one T-shirt, and we paid previously 16 soles for 6 kg and 30 soles for again 6 kg but for express service the same day in weekend).

I am very disappointed about this hotel, I select this hotel because of its pool. But, when I checked in. The reception staff ( a lady ) told me that pool is not available till 20 April. She didn't say a sorry or give me a warm regard, just told me that hotel always post this message into book.com. She made me feel that I didn't notice this message is my fault.. I met her when I checked out. As usual, her service is also not friendly...
I also felt very disappointed about booking.com. When I booked the room. It is with pool, this is very import for me. Unfortunately, Booking didn't send me a message about the pool is not available. The temporary close message is posted on somewhere is not easy to note it. I originally plan to stay at this hotel for 15 days. But, I immediately check out next day.....because of its very pool service . This hotel is new but I highly recommend not to book it.... don't waste your money....

The service was great, The breakfast was totally exceptional, The security out front very Professional, Everything was so amazing and best of all my Family loved the way I could bring their breakfast to them . I could never ask for anything better than it was. We loved our time.
