Location was nice and quiet

The caretaker was an opportunist. 1st he charged us P200 pesos per person for the pool use but was advertised as amenity. Also it was published in booking .com two rooms but upon arrival the other room was lock and asked us to Pay another P 2500 on the second room. This ruin our one day vacation. Upon insisting that it was included the caretaker open the second room after mentioning that i will write a comment against him. I've been subscribing booking .com for over ten yrs and always been nice. Hopefully the owner will read this to make her aware what is going on. Caretaker also ask us to clean the unit before leaving (clean as u go)..really? But we clean still though

The community is quiet and private. Everything you need is right there. Perfect for family getaway.

I just hope they have replace the pans 😁 and stove.

It’s a nice place . Cozy like home. We love it. Will repeat. Clubhouse pool was also available for use . Household amenities are complete ( such as 2 x bathroom, garage, refrigerator )

Some improvements we suggest : - Some dirt and dust . on electric fan. A little more detail in cleaning . ( but maybe dust comes from neighbor’s construction) - some cooking utensils are not in good condition (pots) - Internet / LTE (globe ) signal is weak downstairs . Need to go out or stay upstairs .(not sure if you can fix this). Maybe Provide Internet or WiFi in the future . - I just wish you can put a microwave oven . We don’t really need to cook if staying just for a few days

The place is homy, cozy, clean and elegant. You can cook. Refrigerator and microwave are available. TV is working. You have your own parking space. Staff is very friendly and respectful. The facility is near waltermart, victory mall and unitop. Restaurants are very near.
