One of the cleanest hotels i’ve seen! The room is spacious & modern, seems recently renovated! The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the bathroom was VERY clean, both of which are extremely important to me. The location is great, it’s right next to the beach and we had a great view from the balcony. The staff is super friendly and polite, very helpful and we felt very comfortable during our stay! Thank you for the amazing service!

The mattress was a bit hard. The shower box didn't have a door hence the bathroom got super wet after every shower. The bathroom door was a weird tinted glass so not much privacy. There was no toothpaste

A small and friendly hotel, spotlessly clean, lovely decor, decent sized room. The hotel is down a side street opposite a building site (November 2022) so didn't raise any expectations, but it gets better and better as you go from the reception area to your room. When we went for breakfast we were initially a bit disappointed, lots and lots of cakes but not much savoury stuff except hard boiled eggs and salad with tomato and cucumber. We thought it was just because it's off season. We took a couple of eggs, and as we started on our second eggs a lovely lady appeared with a fabulous omelette with ham, sausage etc, fresh baked rolls, cheese and Greek yogurt. She then bought a dish of Greek yogurt topped with jam, all utterly delicious. We were too full to try any of the cakes (boo hoo) and didn't need to eat again until the evening. Absolutely fantastic!

Most things were excellent, if I want to nitpick the view of the building site but the trees sort of shield it. Also, the hotel is very near the main road, though was quiet enough overnight.

At the beginning, by the picture, it looks like the hotel is located facing the beach, but this does not change anything.... Is it amazing

the hotel is very clean. brand new. one of the things that you’ll like is it is in walking distance to the best beaches / night clubs like Akantus and Bolivar. altough it is next to the highway you dont get any noise from the road. very silent and comfortable. rooms are spacious, large balkoon and sitting area in the room. staff is friendly and helpful. i definetely recommend this hotel for those one who would like to enjoy Athens riviera in summer time.

this is a small boutique hotel, dont expect much of facilities and other things.

Breakfast is delicious, served on a buffet in à we’ll designated room Every day something new at the breakfast : eggs backed, fresh home made cake, fruits, fruits juice or smoothie. Perfect breakfast to start the day in a very nice way 😃

Neighborhood without any grocery

Listing in Booking.com says the hotel had a swimming pool which it didn't.

Location was great and staff were great. Don't need to stay in town.

Room had a poor smell, drainage odour. Clean and tidy. Size was uncomfortable for 2 big suitcases. Smoke smells on first night also. No bar fridge but sorted our needs. Pillow substandard.
