La Perla is a little oasis in Teulada with very well appointed rooms an excellent bathroom, a roof terrace and courtyard where breakfast is served. The location is excellent, right in the centre but on a quiet side street.
Marina was very welcoming and gave us lots of advice about restaurants in Teulada and the local area..
There was nothing really, maybe just to note you can’t park directly at the property but 5here is plenty of on street parking 2 minutes walk away.

The building is beautiful, very well maintained and with nice terrace coronated by the lemon tree. The location of the place was very quiet and near the main attractions of the town.
The breakfast time frame was too short.
The place did not have any alternatives for doing laundry. There were no alternatives in town either.

Extraordinarily great breakfasts served in a lovely terrace, the lady serves super delicious home made cakes and tarts every morning. The host was very very friendly, very helpful ready to answer all my questions better than any tourist office. The room was very cozy, large and perfectly clean. Perfect location in Teulada, off the Main street but just a minute walk from the buzzing centre. And just minutes drive from nice beaches. Our stay was simply great!

Beautiful and comfortable place in the center of Teulada, walking distance to all the nice bars and restaurants. Recently remodelled with nice looks. Good breakfast with tasty homemade cakes. Marina was very kind and helpful always with a smile.
Although an effort was made by both parts, communication wasn't always easy as we didn't speak Italian. 😅
