Cozy Little Cottage in Old Town
MAISON BESITOS. Nous l'avons baptisée Besitos, ce qui signifie `` petits bisous '' en raison de la façon dont cette charmante maison circa 1930 accueille et réconforte chaque invité. Situé dans le quartier historique de Georgetown et près de Southwestern University. Ce petit chalet est proche de la place du centre-ville où se trouvent de nombreux magasins et restaurants. Le théâtre Palace est un théâtre communautaire juste à côté de la place. Parcs le long du San Gabriel non loin du centre-ville. Une chambre a un lit king, tandis que la deuxième chambre a un lit queen et un jumeau. La salle du matin a une causeuse qui se transforme en un lit double. Téléviseurs situés dans les deux chambres ainsi que dans le salon. Cuisine complète prête à cuire. Détendez-vous sur la balançoire du porche avant ou reculez pour un verre de vin et un bon cigare.

Communication with the property manager was excellent.

My husband and I enjoyed the nice and quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to downtown. Precious little home. All furniture and master bed were very comfortable. Super clean and the hostess was very nice and left a nice wine on the kitchen counter. I was able to take my little shih-tzu and she did great. We will be back again. Thank you!

Very nice touch by host keaving welcome bottle of wine on counter. We dont drink, but still a nice touch. Bed super comfy! Love the decor, very welcoming. Really close to Georgetown's square for shops and cafes. Very nicely kept neighborhood! Will definately stay here again!

My husband, our fur babies, and I absolutely loved this cottage! It is beautifully decorated and the master bedroom was so comfy & cozy we could have stayed in bed all day. The property is close to so many wonderful things and in an adorable neighborhood. The host has great communication and was so helpful to us. This is a must stay! :)

The house is super cute, super clean, and has everything you need. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms, plenty of towels and comfortable beds and sheets. Kitchen is well-equipped and you can park under a car port. There is a grill, although we did not use it. Quiet neighborhood and easy check-in process. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the house and property. The house was so cute and clean. It has everything you need, just bring your suitcase! Just loved the neighborhood. Enjoyed walking every morning and looking at the beautiful houses. Very close to downtown where you can shop, eat and drink. I highly recommend this property!

We were in town to visit relatives. This was a beautiful, convenient, comfortable, and well-equipped remodeled older home for us and our dog. The sitting room off of the main bedroom was put to good use. We also enjoyed the Willie Nelson live album on the record player.
The AC did it's job on the brutally dry and hot summer visit we had.

A well-maintained comfy home. This house is centrally located to everything Georgetown and is kept spotless. It keeps that classic home vibe with all the modern and updated connivences that individuals have come to expect in a vacation property at this time. I was able to conduct my business with no issues and had a very relaxing place to stay during my downtime. Would definitely stay here again. Jan the owner was available when needed and was a pleasure to communicate with.

What really struck me about this charming rental is how thoughtful they were in leaving little things you may need…from bug spray,to throws, to an ice scooper. It really showed how much they anticipate and care about guests’ needs. Will definitely be back!

Our kids and grandkids live in Georgetown, we were the grandparent "overloads" at a family wedding. Besitos was so comfortable, quiet, clean, and well located! It was the perfect place to escape and rest from the fun and mayhem of family accumulation.

Exactly as pictured and a little more. The house overall was very clean and I mean clean clean. You know how you stay at some places and you assume it's clean but can feel the dust on your feet or you look at the bottom of your sockets and it's just gross...nope not here! Great space for my family of four. The backyard was very spacious (I actually ran into a deer one morning while taking out trash and it startled me a bit). Very close to the historical downtown area and minutes away from other shopping centers. What I love most is that you're not stressed with worrying about what needs to be cleaned, picked up, bleached and dried like many other rental properties. Jan was wonderful with communication and I thoroughly appreciated it! I highly recommend a stay here!

This house provides plenty of room for 2-4 people, a full kitchen that we used often (and fed 6-7 people easily). The porch and yard are great to sit outside on sunny days. Great bed, shower, and super convenient location. Great response to ice storm damage (<1 hour!), and we only lost power for ~2 hours.

This cottage in the historical area of Georgetown, Texas was a wonderful experience. We were residents of Georgetown from 2011 to 2016. This area of Georgetown is a pure delight. Jan was a superb hostess. Highly recommend it.

This cute, yellow cottage is in a great location, within walking distance of downtown and a playground. The house was spotless and equipped with everything one would need—from measuring cups to laundry detergent to three televisions!

We loved staying here, and would definitely stay again. This house is so comfortable and a short 10 minute walk to beautiful downtown Georgetown. We loved sitting on the front porch with our morning coffee and the yard was great for exercising our dog.
