The staff made the stay!
The value was really shocking. Charging a £200 per night almost for a middle of nowhere 3 star hotel is quite outrageous.
The staff were lovely and made the stay hit the building is in very poor condition. The smell of bleach and disinfectant is nauseatingly overwhelming however, I do understand why.
The marks on the carpets, chips in dirt other, peeling of walls and bath fixtures is really off putting.
It just is not worth the money and with no breakfast included for London prices is quite unfair.
Our sitcom unit sounded like it was going to lift off when it was turned on. It should be no more than £100 per night. Stating there is a gym and pool shouldn’t bump the price up for this establishment as neither are well presented.
A very underwhelming stay for the price and it is unfairly advertised by yourselves.

We got a 3rd floor room above large garbage containers. The hotel was by no means full!

it had a pool. we were on the first floor that was nice because I'm handicapped. it was nice and clean. the staff was very helpful. I did not receive my confirmation and some how my first name was put as my last name .he looked till he found it Thank you
we could not use the pool. 8 very loud teenagers came in as we were going to get towels, they had a loud boombox. just wanted to relax in the pool. The lounge bar was loud a party going on i think. we went to our room and left early to come home. for the price it would have been nice to use the pool. I never received my confirmation number.

Spending time with my family however, I never ordered a disable room and should mot be given that room.
I was given a disabled room which the bathroom was up to me or my wife's standard. The water that runs out the shower ran directly on the floor and my son fell, I want my money refunded due to this accident that could've been avoided if the front desk person would've cared.

Staff was great. Room very comfortable and clean. Bed was exceptionally comfortable.
Breakfast was not applicable. Disappointed that the cafe' closed mid-morning and re-opened in the evening for dinner, leaving no way to order lunch. Had to order food from an outside restaurant to be delivered.

Front desk staff were great to deal with; all of the staff servicing the hotel were pleasant; room was very clean and comfortable; location of hotel was chosen based on my need to be close to work. Overall stay was pleasant
Breakfast at this location was not included and the small restaurant closed from 9:30am through the afternoon so there was no way to get lunch (food had to be ordered from outside provider and delivered);. I travel for business and had a great deal of trouble with the FREE WiFi (it was basically non-existent for three of the five days I spent at the hotel). I should have chosen to pay for the service, if that would have provided the Internet use that I needed.
