we visited the villa at the beginning of march with seven people and enjoyed our time there very much. The accommodation offered enough space for all of us and definitely has a special charm. The pool with its own diving board provided a cool refreshment in the morning and in the evening you could watch the sunset with a breathtaking view of Tenerife. We can only recommend this accommodation to everyone and wish Fernando and Nathalie only the best for the future.

A very suitable place for sports activities, for evening events, collective cooking and peace from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Wonderful stay in the villa, great hosts

Magnifique domaine, pas de voisin, tranquille avec vue sur le Teide de Tenerife, entouré de belles montagnes. Très beau jardin et piscine tous, bien entretenues. La maison est confortable et bien équipée, tout y est. Les épiceries (3) sont à plus de 1,5km. Nous avons fait un beau trek en partant de la maison car nous avons emprunté le chemin du réservoir du village en haut de la maison et nous nous sommes retrouvés à travers les montagnes avec vue imprenable sur l'Ile de Tenerife et les montagnes environnantes. Séjour inoubliable, je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner avec ma famille ou amis.

Good location on NW side of island with ever changing views from the villa across the sea to Mt Teide, over 10,00 ft, on Teneriffe island. Large main room with upper and lower lounge separated by dining area with enormous round dining table. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Outside: a good sized pool in a beautiful setting, sauna room, small gym , table tennis table and plenty of sun loungers with adequate shade. All you need for an enjoyable holiday. Plenty of walks within an hour's drive, especially near the centre of the island at height of around 6,000ft. Many of these roads can be quite demanding with large number of hairpin bends and often narrow up the extensive convoluted larva valleys. Food shopping easy with 3 large supermarkets within 5 minutes drive. Do not expect sandy beaches anywhere near. Highly recommended property It was shame having to leave after 7 glorious days holiday.

Booked the villa for our family of 6 and we definitely weren't disappointed. Lovely, clean interior with everything you could possibly need. The pool was absolutely amazing, the kids loved it and weren't ever out of it. Fantastic views of the mountains and the lights of Tenerife on a night. Would definitely recommend.

We loved the house although it was almost too big for us! The view across to Tenerife is spectacular. Facilities are all there as promised. We played a lot of table tennis! Snorkling at Puerto de las Nieves is amazing. Communication with owners was flawless and they were very helpful indeed about arrival and departure.

Schitterend gelegen ruime villa met zwembad en uitzicht op bergen in het binnenland en op Tenerife. We waren met familie van 10 personen en hebben genoten. Contact met eigenaar en service ( bv nieuwe parasol en hangmat die volgende dag geleverd werden ) was prima!.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in der Villa. Sie ist voll mit persönlichen Dingen, schöner Kunst und alles was man braucht. 10 Personen und mehr können dort locker übernachten und für Kinder gibt es Spielsachen. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt. Pool und Tischtennisplatten haben wir jeden Tag genutzt. Danke Fernando und Nathalie!

We have very much enjoyed our stay in the very well equipped house. Fernando and Nathalie have been great hosts and the short videos explaining everything have been very helpful. The location is great to go hiking in the western part of Gran Canaria. Given that we have stayed in March, we have had some rainy days which we however did not mind spending inside as we were able to make use of the extensive choice of TV/movie channels and the very good WiFi.

Huge villa with fantastic outdoor space and beautiful mountain and sea views, but it was tricky to find and the access road was in poor repair. The living space was very comfortable and generous and the villa was extremely well equipped. However it could to with a bit of renovation. The pool, being unheated, was bracing at this time of year, but the use of a sauna afterwards was most welcome. Fernando responded quickly and helpfully to all our enquiries prior to our arrival. The area is quiet, but several supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive away. Drives into the nearby mountains afford spectacular scenery and excellent restaurants were found in Sardina del Norte and Agaete. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay in relaxing isolation.

Die Villa liegt tatsächlich ein wenig im Nirgendwo, der nächste Nachbar ist gerade noch so in Sichtweite. Das Haus ist wahrscheinlich in den 90ern hochwertig erbaut worden und seit dem in Schuss gehalten worden. Somit ist ein wenig Patina zu sehen, die aber zum Charme des Hauses und der Anlage passt. Wir haben den Garten nur im Herbstzustand erlebt, so dass viel braun zu sehen war. Die Poolanlage mit Palmen haben wir sehr genossen, in der Sonne sowie auch im Schatten der Palmenblätter. Das Haus ist seeehr großzügig gebaut, an Schlaf- und Badezimmern mangelt es wirklich nicht. Steckdosen sind sinnvoll angebracht. Mehrere Schlafzimmer haben ein Bad en Suite. Die Küche ist funktional aber sicherlich der erste Raum, der (abseits der elektrischen Geräte) eine Renovierung gut vertragen könnte. Das Splitlevel Wohnzimmer öffnet sich mit drei großen Schiebeelementen zur Terrasse mit Blick über die Poolanlage auf den ca 1km entfernernten Atlantik. Bei klarer Sicht ist Teneriffa gut zu sehen. Zwei große Couch-Landschaften laden zum Verweilen auch drinnen ein. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort standen via WhatsApp und Handy jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir hatten z.B. einen entlaufen Hund zu Gast. Nathalie und Fernando haben hier kurzerhand helfen und ihn an den Tier-Eigentümer vermitteln können. Alles in Allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sprechen gerne eine Empfehlung für Familien/Gruppen mit Platzbedürfnis aus.

Als eerst was de communicatie met de verhuurder snel en prettig. De vila is perfect gelegen, veel rust, mooi uitzicht en privacy. Mooie kamers, genoeg badkamers, handdoeken aanwezig goed onderhouden zwembad en een heerlijke, privé gelegen sauna. Kortom een geweldige villa, echt een aanrader!

Grandes vistas y comodidad en la casa. Genial para pasar unas buenas vacaciones y desconectar de todo. Todo cercano con el coche y gran trato de los dueños.

We were a group of 6 adults. The house was perfect. We were able to enjoy the beautiful garden and its amazing view, the sauna, the very nice living room, we also had bbq. The sunset from the top terrace was incredible. It was the perfect break we needed. The kitchen was also very large and fully equipped. We hope to come back because we had a great time.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Une voiture est nécessaire pour les déplacements mais permettra de se rendre sur les plus belles plages ou criques ou encore bassins naturels. De belles randonnées sont également possible. Nous avons apprécié les échanges et explications de Fernando ainsi que l’accueil Et les messages réguliers de Nathalie. Merci pour tout.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison. La maison est très bien équipée et agencée - la piscine et l’extérieur sont propres et agréables. Les équipements sont nombreux - transats, table de ping-pong.... Il y a même une salle de sport et un sauna. Les alentours sont calmes et la vue sur la mer et Tenerife est très belle. L’accès à la route (GC) est facile et pratique - ce qui est un vrai plus pour découvrir l’île. La maison se situe dans un endroit peu touristique mais à quelques minutes de voiture de la plage, de Las Palmas...

We (family of four with two teenage daughters and a family friend) had a wonderful time here. The location is perfect - close enough to a good road to make it easily accessible, but very quiet and with stunning views of mountains, sea and Tenerife. The three supermarkets are a 5 min drive away, or a 20 min walk. Lovely walks directly from the property up into the mountains, and we also enjoyed local visits to Puerto Nieves, Agaete and Galdar (including the amazing Cueve Pintada and its archaeological site). The property is wonderful, with lots of beautiful and comfortable outdoor space, although it was a little cool for swimming. The girls loved the outdoor ping pong and indoor table football. All the cacti and other plants in the garden are amazing. Inside is spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There are plenty of comfortable places to sit. The bedrooms were reasonably comfortable, and there are plenty of bathrooms (although the hot water - from the solar heater on the roof - took a while to reach some of them). We had a wonderful start to 2020 here, and didn't want to leave!

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt! Alles da was man braucht!! Pool leider für die Jahreszeit nicht nutzbar sauber aber zu kalt. Garten sehr gepflegt. Haus ist leider leicht verwohnt. Es regnet an 2 Stellen durch. Das Haus ist sehr groß und es gibt genügend Platz auch für 10Personen. Leider ist es auch sehr hellhörig. Das Wetter ist in Der Gegend von Maspalomas wesentlich besser.

Nous étions un groupe de 8 jeunes début septembre et tout était parfait Les contacts avec le propriétaire ont été très faciles et très rapides. Lors de notre arrivée nous sommes tout de suite mis a l'aise. La villa est très bien située avec tout les commerces nécessaires à proximité. Des personnes viennent même faire le ménage et nettoyer la piscine pendant la semaine. Tout était parfait, très grand, très propre, une superbe vue, de superbes installations, tous les équipements nécessaires. Allez-y les yeux fermés !!!!

She made us very welcome and showed us round the villa and told us of nearby attractions and things to do with the children. The villa has everything you need for the week and is ideal for families. We particularly enjoyed the fact it was so spacious and peaceful and private. The boys loved the pool and diving board to jump into. We enjoyed the sauna and cross trainer and the fact we could view the pool from most areas of the villa, master bedroom, lounge, dining room etc. There are several large supermarkets within minutes of the villa. There are limited places to eat out within walking distance to the villa but this didn’t bother us as we were happy to cook ourselves and eat at the villa with the children and enjoy watching the sunsets. We visited the nearby towns and ate out there on occasions. The villa was very peaceful and we would visit again. Thank you.

Großes Haus mit toller Aussicht in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Gegend ist eher weniger touristisch. Gesamtobjekt insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend. Evt. vorhandene Mängel werden unverzüglich abgestellt.

Very clean and quiet home, but a bit old......

La maison est située entre Galdar et le joli village d'Agaete. C'est une vaste maison d'architecte, sur plusieurs niveaux, avec de nombreuses terrasses, un beau jardin, vraiment très agréable à vivre. La description est correcte. Vous pourrez préparer vos repas, la cuisine est très bien équipée. La literie est correcte également. Il y a eu deux points négatifs tout de même, sans aucune relation avec la maison. Nous avons eu une météo capricieuse, avec du vent tout les jours, ainsi que des nuages matin et soir, et des éclaircies seulement l'après midi, ce qui semble habituel en cette saison. Donc pas de piscine, l'eau y est froide, et obligation de prendre la voiture vers le sud, pour trouver du soleil. Enfin, je dirais qu'Agaete et Puerto de las Nieves sont charmants mais manquent très sérieusement d'animation, en tout cas fin juillet. (beaucoup de restaurants fermés). Séjour globalement très positif pour nous (4 personnes, dont 2 adultes et deux grands ados)

The villa is very spacious and offers a lot of rooms, bathrooms etc. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. The house itself would require some minor optical refurbishing but is general good condition. The pool and outdoor area is ideal if you want to spend some relaxing time, as it is very quiet and no neighbours or streets disturbe the peaceful and very pitoresque landscape. Great view to the sea, but you definitely need to be mobile to get to the beaches or shopping centers. Merdacona, Lidl and Hiperdino markets are not too far, but walking there is not really an option. We very much enjoyed our time in Fernando's villa, and I really can recommend spending some time there. Everything was well prepared, and coordination with Fernando was fast and reliable. Preciosa Villa en un marco incomparable muy tranquila.Totqlmente equipada desde jabón ducha, lavadora ... Dispone de toallas de playa. Terraza y Sauna espectaculares con vistas al Teide. Necesario tener coche, supermercados en cercanía. Imprescindible visitar Agaete y su pequeño muelle.Aguas cristalinas y buenos restaurantes con terrazas al mar.
