Amazing stay with my husband and 1 year old! Beach chairs and towels provided. So easy to get to the beach, just walk downstairs and you’re there! And nice pool right on site. Low tide provides really nice tide pools for splashing and playing with the little ones or just laying in the water to relax. Would absolutely recommend this condo over and over! Thank you for a lovely vacation!

To condo was very nice, lots of extras, the owner has everything you need to get the most out of a beach vacation! Lots of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Fabulous sunset views.

There were no stairs to access And exit the beach. You had to climb up and down a rather high seawall. Which was difficult for me since I had my open heart surgery six months ago. Therefore, I skinned up my feet trying to get up a couple of times. Getting down was a bit easier. I really don’t understand with all the rules about sand and water in the elevator. Why there weren’t at least stairs to the beach. Otherwise, we had a lovely time.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo. The owner has made sure that anything you could possibly need is there. It was nicely decorated and very clean. The owner was quick to answer any questions. I would definitely return to this unit. Sunset Beach is a spectacular location. We hated to leave. 🏖️

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was the most perfect location. You are literally steps away from the beach and you have a perfect view of the sunset every night. The condo was very clean and our host provided all of the amenities for a stress free get away. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, everything we needed to make a celebration special. This condo is perfect for sunset views and in the morning to enjoy coffee and the peace of the day. Beach is walkable and complex was very quite durning our stay.

The condo was very clean, the check in and parking pass procedure was easy. It was great for our stay, me and my two teen-agers for 4-nights. If we stayed longer, we might need a bigger place. Denise was responsive and helpful.

Very accommodating hosts. Clean, and quiet. Beach is right there! Pool was super clean and parking is wonderful!! Kitchen is well appointed and CLEAN for the person who enjoys cooking. Nice fridge and freezer, range and convection microwave. Ice maker water dispenser. Thank you Denise and Richard for sharing a slice of paradise. We are looking at dates for May. We rate this AAAAA++++. These hosts think of everything you need. Very responsive if you have any questions.

We loved the property and all the amenities it offered. The view was just gorgeous, the proximity to the beach was perfect, and we were able to find anything we needed in the condo. Great place and highly recommend.

This property is awesome, great amenities and location. So close to everything you could possibly want. The beach is not crowded and very clean. Denise the property manager was great. It was very clean and quiet.

The unit we rented had everything we needed. Parking under the building a pure "10"! Close to elevator. Clean, well equipped. The only negative is the king mattress. It was very firm and needs turned or flipped. Everything else was great!

This one bedroom condo is the perfect spot for a Beach Holiday. It’s basically on top of the water with the best Gulf views. It has a Kitchen that will help you with all your needs. Walk in Shower and Bathroom were up to par. Very clean !!!! Bedroom was large with big closet space and a King size bed that put you right to sleep in terrific comfort. Tons of towels and linens. Did I mention that view of the Gulf ? Don’t miss that sunset every night. You will be soo pleased. We will be back !!!!

This is a great condo that has everything you need plus more. It was very comfortable and completely updated. We enjoyed the amazing views of the gulf. You really can't get closer to the beach than this condo. We loved the short distance from the building. It's so convenient for taking beach supplies. Some reviews mentioned the negative aspect of sharing a balcony with the whole floor. However we had a very positive experience and met great people. It was actually very quiet at night. The only negative we experienced which is not at all the owner's fault were the elevators. Only one out of 2 worked the whole time. For part of one day both were not working. We don't have a problem with stairs but I'm mentioning it for those that might not be able to climb 4 flights. Other than that everything was perfect and the pool was great too. The owner is nice to work with. I would recommend this condo if you want a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

Great time stay there our last 2 stays great we go 2 times a year been going there since the early 80

Everything was perfect. An older comples, but the condo was extremely clean, modern appliances and well stocked. Beach was right there, no crossing streets or lugging anything. Condo had everything you needed. Pool was clean as was the beach. A little bit away from shopping and entertainment, which was exactly what we wanted. A very relaxing time. Highly recommend it. This property really is perfect for a beach getaway. Extremely clean, everything you need while you are here is provided. The pool and beach are only steps away which is great when you have kids that need several breaks. Densie was super responsive and checking in and out was a breeze. Would definitely highly recommend!

The best thing about this place was how close we were to the beach. Clean and extremely well stocked. The price was very fair and the owner was the most responsive we’ve had and we’ve had a lot! We didn’t have issues but couldn’t figure out how to work the tv and we needed to communicate about storm.
