This is an excellent home to vacation in.

The house is open and well equipped. My family loved the pool and having the canal patio to see the turtles and enjoyed laying on the chaise lounges in the warm FL sun.
It was further from the beach than I realized. In order to have reasonable travel time we found it necessary to head out to the beaches quite early. Parking places were a challenge after 9am. Traffic was so heavy and there were long delays after 10am.

That the heat of the pool shut off in the afternoon. We would have liked to swim more in the evening.

We loved the layout, location, size of the home and beautiful outdoor area. We also appreciated the access to the bikes in the garage.

We liked the pool in the yard with the red, white and blue night lights.
The man that came for orientation was rather aloof. He did give instruction on how to operate the TV. The king bed was broken, however it was fixed by the time we returned from dinner. A lamp in the twin bedroom was nonfunctional, but we used another.
Some of the kitchen pans were old and scratched.

Loved the location and that it was on a canal. Also a private pool, fire pit , grill . A wonderful area to hang out and relax! We wanted to go somewhere where there were not a lot of people, since our cruise had been canceled. Kayaks and a paddle boat and bicycles were provided which was nice. Garage door opener was provided for our rental car. WiFi provided. Our king size bed was SUPER comfortable! Eric and Michelle were great to work with.
Had issues with the pool heater, which didn’t allow us to use the pool for three days. And it was unusually cold that week. The hot water was not connected to the washing machine, odd! Had to wash everything in Cold water. Four ceiling lights were burnt out. Kids in twin bed room thought their mattress’s were too hard, but I told them that was good for their back‘s! Also, no cable tv was provided. Had to stream whatever you wanted. For almost 2K for the week, I would think they could afford that.
