It had everything we needed, including sugar, tea and coffee. All the rooms were spotless and the bathroom is very spacious.

The house was a great home from home for us whilst we did a convention at the NEC. It has all the amenities you need, including a full kitchen and a cosy lounge with television and WiFi. There is also an ASDA supermarket a couple of minutes' drive away. The property also has a private parking space which was ideal for us and even worked for our large van. The owner was very communicative and we had no problems checking in or out.
The NEC itself is about 10 mins drive away and the roads were clear every day. We will be making this our go-to property for future conventions at the NEC.
All of the beds are single, but we managed to push two together, so not a huge issue :)

clean and tidy, larger than expected, close enough to resort world arena/NEC free parking on a quiet estate. Communication was good
sofas were a bit hard in living room, but we weren’t in the apartment for long

The property was really cosy and home like, felt like it was my own home. The apartment had lovely décor, nice size TV, decent size bathroom that had both a shower and a bath tub. It was spacious, very modern and overall a lovely apartment. It was easy to get in contact with the host and made it easy to check in and out.
The only thing I can complain about is the power of the shower. it was very weak and a struggle for me to wash my hair. If that was good this property would get 10/10

The Host David was amazing and very good with communication. We didn’t however stay at the property. The property did look very nice ( a new built coach house) but the area wasn’t great.

Extremely well organised and contact was spot on. The accommodation was clean and ideal for our overnight stay to attend a trade show at the NEC (about 5 minutes away). I don't normally leave reviews but because of the pleasant experience I decided to. Thank you again
