Fully Licensed Bungalow with Air-Conditioning Communal Pool and Sea Views
Bungalow 2 chambres moderne partout. 1 chambre a lits jumeaux et placards, la 2ème chambre a un lit double et placards. La propriété a un coffre-fort pour le stockage des objets de valeur. Salle de bains avec wc, lavabo, douche à l'italienne. WC et lavabo supplémentaire. Cuisine équipée avec appareils électriques. Télévision britannique, Monnayeur Air conditionné, DVD, radio, planche à repasser et fer à repasser. Livres, DVD sont également disponibles pour les clients à utiliser. Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis, vous devrez fournir vos propres serviettes de plage. Le bungalow dispose de vastes patios. Il y a des zones de patio fermées avec transats, et des meubles de jardin pour une journée / soirée relaxante privée jouissant de la vue sur la mer. Il y a un parking privé. Un favori avec les visiteurs réguliers de l'île de Lanzarote. Le logement a un contact anglophone qui réside à Puerto del Carmen donc des questions ou requêtes peuvent être facilement et rapidement résolus.

Property has everything you need and more, was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. Location is the very best you can get fot the area, fantastic suntraps all day. Will be keeping an eye on avaliability dates.

2nd time we've stayed at the property and still excels. Perfect location, top quality bungalow with all the amenities you could need, including full internet tv package for all tastes, and a really comfortable bed. Bathroom is spacious and modern with a superb rain shower. Modernised kitchen also adds to the quality. The outside areas, at front and back, are spacious and well equipped, and there is use of a communal pool, limited to residents only. Already booked 2 other stays as it is home from home. Always had top comunication links with Eddie, the owner, and his local agent, Trish, is welcoming and there for your every need. Can't wait to be back.

Been trying to get availability at the bungalow for several years as obviously very popular. Just had 10 days here and we were not disappointed. The quality of the property, its location, and the communication with the owner, prior to arrival, and the excellent support, if needed, from the agents Trish and Arlene (lovely ladies), was 10/10 on all fronts. So impressed we've already snapped up another booking for next year. Several parts of the property have been modernised to a high standard. A little gem. Thanks Eddie, Trish, and Arlene - see you next year.

Had a fabulous stay in this beautiful bungalow I have stayed here in the past and will definitely book again.The complex is so peaceful and quite the only thing which let it down was the pool in the past was heated this time it wasnt.Would it put me off rebooking ...No

Excellent communication from Trish and Eddie which puts you at ease before travelling. The accommodation was as described which was pure luxury. View was a bonus looking out to the sea from front patio area. We sat out at the front patio area every day people watching and Forgot the many times that we were asked about how we booked etc. Pool area at the back was always relaxed with your own sun beds. Just returned from staying at the bungalow. Lovely bungalow on a lovely complex. Clean and well maintained brilliant position close to amenities but really quiet. This is our second stay at this property and hopefully will not be our last. Eddie and Tricia very contactable always get back to you with any enquiries really helpful. Met Tticia while at the bungalow really nice lady. All in all 10/10

The property was very clean with everything needed for a holiday comfortable beds and relaxing sofas. It was in a great location with shps, restaurants etc within easy walking distance. However there was only air con in the sitting room, no mention of lack of air con in bedrooms in the property description.
The outside areas were large but one average sun umbrella is not sufficient shade for 2 people, never mind 4. All of the outside furniture was very tired and in need of a wash.

After waiting nearly two years due to Covid we finally made it to the Bungalow and it was even better than we hoped for.It has recently been renovated to a high standard and the bathroom is lovely.Many a G & T consumed on the spacious patios and the pool area is great too.Fab location on the beach and it was a pleasure to wash the pots looking at the sea!Eddie and Trish have been really helpful,especially allowing us to rearrange from last year and we really enjoyed our holiday thank you

What can I say? Everything about this place is amazing. Location on the strip but out of the ‘biz’ (few minutes walk to bars and restaurants) the bungalow has lots of outside space which we made full use of. Sun loungers and lovely patio furniture (upgraded since pics taken I think) beautiful decor inside with 2 spacious bedrooms and a modern fitted kitchen. Check in process easy and Edward very helpful providing all relevant info before our trip, as well as letting us have a later check out. This is now top of my list of accommodation in PDC - would come back in a heartbeat.
