Beautiful Luxury Waterfront Property Directly on Lake Huron Beach
Cette belle maison en bord de mer Oscoda est située sur la plage de sable au sable du lac Huron avec 60 pieds de façade. La magnifique plage du lac Huron et les magnifiques levers de soleil offrent aux familles une escapade tranquille. Détendez-vous à l'ombre sous notre terrasse couverte ou profitez du soleil sur la plage!
La maison de plage comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, un coin repas, une salle familiale avec foyer au gaz, un vestiaire avec laveuse et sécheuse, 2 salles de bain et 3 chambres (n ° 1 avec reine; n ° 2 avec 2 lits jumeaux; n ° 3 avec chambre complète / couchette double, plus un canapé-lit).
Sortez l’une des trois grandes portes coulissantes en verre sur un beau et vaste pont composite partiellement couvert. De là, vous entrez sur la plage de sable de sucre, puis vous vous promenez dans les eaux claires et peu profondes du lac Huron. Le pont est également équipé d'une douche extérieure.
Le côté de la rue de la maison a une grande surface herbeuse, il y a donc beaucoup d’espace pour les jeux de jardin et il y a un panier de basketball adjacent à l’allée.
L'emplacement se trouve à 3 km au sud d'Oscoda, qui possède son propre parc public (y compris une aire de jeux et une plage), des restaurants, des glaciers, un bowling, un putt-putt, des magasins et un cinéma. We LOVED this house and the beautiful beachfront property. Our kids had the best time - meals and games on the beautiful back deck, swimming and playing in the sand, fun trips to putt putt and downtown Tawas, s’mores at night. I could go on and on. I’d be remiss not to mention the AMAZING neighbors next door who were so kind in offering suggestions on where to go and what to do and my kids adored their kids/grandkids. We really hope to be back next year!

Property is beautiful. Lake Huron is clear as glass. Home was clean, secure and had a new kitchen which was really nice. Living room and common areas were spacious and comfortable.
Unfortunately when we arrived there was no wifi, and Verizon service was very spotty, so we had to drive north into town to call the Property manager who responded right away. I had to spend the next afternoon waiting for the internet service provider to arrive then fix the problem. This was a major inconvenience and cut into our vacation time significantly.
All 5 beds are uncomfortable. They are clearly old, loud and very firm from overuse. There was a thin mattress pad on the master it made no difference. None of us were able to sleep. We ended our trip 2 days early because of this. A listing that states luxury should have sufficient beds.

Six of our family enjoyed our second stay at this wonderful home right on Lake Huron. The first time in 2022. The deck is wonderful ! We had all our dinners there! The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared all meals . It was hard to leave such a beautiful setting. We enjoyed lots of beach time, kayaking, swimming. Weather was mostly sunny which allowed us to be outside most of the time.
The only con was lack of drawer space in the bedrooms! That won’t keep us from booking
though. A great enjoyable and restful week!

Beautiful home amd fantastic location. Clean as a whistle! We enjoyed walking on the beach and easy access to town. Kitchen and home are fully stocked. Lake Huron is beautiful and sparkling clear, we had our own polar plunge!! Great stay and we would rent again.

The house was so clean and decorated so beautifully, but then you saw the gorgeous deck and view of Lake Huron. It was so relaxing. We struggled with operation of the TV/remote, but managed to have an absolutely wonderful time. The kitchen was spectacular. Did I mention the beautiful lake? We felt like we had the entire lake to ourselves. Make sure to go out after midnight and look at the stars. AMAZING! Would go back in a heartbeat!

It's a very nicely located property that has been arranged in a well thought out plan to make maximum use of the available room. We had five adults for three nights and three adults for two. We enjoyed both the kitchen and living areas but the best part is the outside area and the access to the water.
One thing we found in the master bedroom was a large window over the bed itself that was either letting in the neighbor's outdoor light at night or the sunlight during the day. A way to cover this window and a thicker mattress would have made the stay a definite 5 stars as it is maybe 4.75:)

Four old friends got together here for a long weekend. I love to cook so we spent most of the time in the house cooking, eating, and laughing. :). We did try to go out for dinner one night and the selection of restaurants here is quite limited. The home is beautiful and the waterfront view and outdoor space is spectacular! We had a wonderful time.

We had a very relaxing week at this beautiful home on Lake Huron. Views are as advertised. It is very well kept and check in was smooth. It’s a quiet little town, at least in September. We hiked in the state forest and went to Tawas which had several cute stores and the best pizza and fudge ever. This was immensely relaxing. New kitchen is beautiful. Neighbors very quiet. Highly recommend.

North of the house is perfect for beach walking, but you need to maneuver around 2 erosion control barriers at the start. Easier to do if the waves are low.

Just what we were looking for
First off, the house was perfect, exactly what we were looking for. Elizabeth was very accommodating when we had to add some last minute guests and quick with her responses to my what felt like an obnoxious amount of questions. We looked at a lot of places to stay in the area and this was definitely the diamond in the rough. Book it and enjoy it, you'll be glad you did.

This property was beautiful. We would definitely stay there again! Great location different activities. The house was clean. The dishwasher did not work very well. The shower curtain in bathroom needed to be washed or changed.

Perfect place!
This home is bright and roomy with the lake being literally steps away. The deck and area on the lake is awesome. We loved the cleanliness of the house and furnishings, and would certainly stay here again.
The Au Sable river is within minutes, and has many walking trails near it. We were too late in the season to go kayaking but the location of the house is very convenient to that activity.

House is fantastic, right on the lake / beach. Sunrise over Lake Huron is incredible. This is a great spot from which to explore the Oscoda and Tawas area and Au Sable River. Host was very responsive as well.

Great Family Getaway
We had a great time at this beautiful location. We had two families of four who stayed and the kids had such a great time splashing in the water and loved being able to clean up in the outside shower. Hope to return next year!

Amazing house!!
We had the best weekend at this property! The house is beautiful and was very clean! One surprise was that there is access to the water, so you can swim. I thought it was directly on the water with a rock wall, but you have an amazing beach, just adds more to the experience! Also, the deck is beautiful (and huge), our whole family basically lived on it the whole weekend. The house is stocked with essentials so it makes for an easy stay.
Communication with the host was excellent, and she was very responsive to questions and helpful information.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable with an excellent view of Lake Huron. We also found the Oscoda area provided many fun outdoor activities (in-land lakes, Lumberman's Monument, sand dunes, etc.). A small opportunity for improving the renter's convenience would be to provide detergent to do more than one load of dishes and laundry.

Super View
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lovely property with our family. The grandchildren loved playing in the sand right next to the deck. A plus for families with young children are the rocks separating the home from the water, it worked well telling the children that they could not go beyond the rocks to the water without an adult. The view is just as pictured in the listing, the expansive deck is fabulous! The property has been updated with hardwoods and tile, a must for a house on the lake. The owner, Beth was very helpful in all respects with quick communication. The only negative was that there is absolutely no way to hang up clothing in the master; no closet, no hooks, nothing. Beth was advised of this inconvenience which is highly unusual for a vacation rental in this price range.

Perfect Family Vacation
We absolutely loved our time at this house. The location was perfect. My kids spent hours running up and down the beach and building sand castles. We made so many amazing memories here including our baby crawling for the first time. Communication with the property owner was outstanding. Beth was quick to answer any questions we had and genuinely cared that we had an amazing experience. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

A picture perfect haven
First and foremost, Beth’s home is absolutely beautiful and offers unparalleled views of Lake Huron with a deck you could live on. The home was perfect for a mother daughter trip away and we enjoyed the morning sunrises and evenings watching the water.
The house was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook at home, and the living room tv with streaming services was great for movie nights.
I never had the pleasure of meeting Beth, but we communicated frequently leading up to our stay and she was available via messaging for any questions we had. She was so kind and accommodating that by the end of the trip it felt like we’d stayed at an old friends’ home. I can’t recommend this place enough! The nearby town of Oscoda is great fun with parks and beaches and lots of hiking trails and spots to pick up food. I hope to return next year!

Million dollar view
Just what the Dr ordered. The view alone was outstanding. The location between East Tawas and Oscoda was perfect.
After reading reviews about the master bed being a little hard, we brought our own foam mattress toppers and slept like rocks. Looking out from the house makes you feel like your floating on the water and it looks like a beautiful painting. Listening to the waves never got old.

My wife and I stayed here for an anniversary trip and it was wonderful! The view is amazing along with the deck. The home had all kitchen items we needed to make meals. The communication and responsiveness of Beth was top notch. When going to rent any sort of property the type of communication received is what I hope for every time! Thank you for being so thoughtful and welcoming. A few cons- the floors looked like they could use a good steam mopping/mopping and the master bedroom mattress was uncomfortably firm although we do understand the comfort level of a mattress is different for everyone. With that being said, these few minor cons would not stop my wife and I from coming back again. In fact we would love to come back sometime!

Right on the lake - spacious comfortable house.
We had a very nice stay at Beth and Matt's house. The spot is wonderful - so close to the lake that it's sounds and smells and colors were a big part of our stay. Beth and Matt were easy to communicate with, organized and responsive. It's a great spot.
