Middlebury Gem open concept and 5 minutes from town
Cette maison est au cœur de la ville de Middlebury et à distance de marche des collèges, du centre-ville et des épiceries. C'est parfait pour deux personnes ou un grand groupe ou une famille. Entièrement rénové en août 2017, il dispose d'une incroyable cuisine commerciale entièrement équipée, de la climatisation installée à tous les étages, de 3 grandes chambres à coucher, de 2, 5 salles de bains et d'un superbe espace de réunion et de vie, ainsi que d'un grand porche et de la terrasse arrière.
Le salon, la cuisine et la salle à manger sont en bas et les trois chambres à l'étage. Le premier étage comprend un café-cuisine ouvert entièrement équipé et une grande île avec des sièges. Les armoires sont bien approvisionnées avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour servir un repas gastronomique. Un demi-bain est pratique à l'extérieur de la cuisine. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes. Une salle familiale confortable vous accueille avec un grand canapé en coupe et des chaises confortables, une télévision haute définition à écran plat, des jeux et des casse-tête. Le deuxième étage abrite 2 chambres récemment rénovées et 1 salle de bain complète. La salle de bain récemment rénovée accueille les deux chambres, l'une avec un lit queen et une autre avec deux lits jumeaux.
Le maître est un grand espace avec un lit king-size, un coin salon, un petit bureau et une télévision et une nouvelle salle de bains principale avec une douche carrelée et une vasque en marbre. Tout ceci est situé au troisième étage.
Une buanderie fantastique est située au sous-sol pour votre usage.

We were lucky enough to book Ashley's beautiful home for a recent family stay. Excellent location and comfortable, tasteful furnishings. Ashley is very responsive, and everything is well explained. Have already shared the listing with many others - would absolutely stay again!

We had a very comfortable stay here while we enjoyed Middleberry with our teenagers and grandparents. The house was incredibly clean, and the owner very helpful and responsive. There are great hiking trails just at the end of the street that we used to daily. Beautiful. Quick drive to downtown, and also about a 12 minute walk which was enjoyable. Two bikes too.

What a weekend we had in Middlebury! We were able to all stay together in such a warm and spacious house. Everything was easy about our experience - from check in to check out. Honestly, we felt the responsibility of taking care of the property (and owners) as they had taken care of us. Best stocked kitchen than you'll ever find. Thank you!!

Our family stayed at this house for several nights to attend and celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Middlebury. It was the perfect place for this!
Everything looked just like the pictures and this house has everything that you might need for a comfortable stay. Including a lovely back deck and yard. If we come back to Midd we will stay here!

This is a beautiful home with every amenity you could desire. The house is clean and stylishly decorated. The kitchen is gorgeous and well-appointed. The family room is comfortable with lots of seating and a great selection of games and books. The bedrooms and baths were clean, spacious, and comfortable. This is a fabulous property in a location that's very convenient to the town of Middlebury and other Vermont attractions.

Great family weekend at this fantastic home close to Middlebury college. Pictures and property descriptions don’t do it justice. Beautiful large kitchen and open main floor plan ideal for family meals and gathering. Kitchen is well stocked. Nice back deck and grill for outdoor enjoyment.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this very comfortable, beautifully decorated home. The beds were terrific, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd need, the kitchen and bathrooms were clean and modern, the furnishings and design elements in the house were great and the open flow of the first floor was perfect. They got the details right and made the house attractive and inviting. Ashley is super responsive and got back to us right away. Check in and check out were easy and we had all the info we needed when we needed it. Overall a great stay and we'd highly recommend.

Everything about this house was even better in person than it looked in the photos! We were 7 adults, together for the wedding for daughter/sister/niece. Our family's contribution to the feast was to prep all of the appetizers. Having an incredibly well stocked commericial kitchen was grand!

This was a great house in a great location. Really nice, well stocked kitchen and cozy first floor. It could have been a bit cleaner (hairs in the bathroom, hair balls on the bedside tables etc) but we had a great time!

Charming Middlebury home
We had a wonderful weekend in this charming Middlebury home. Walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants and Middlebury College. The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked. Best of all, the beds were incredibly comfortable!

Brief respite
The property was perfect for our needs. I traveled to provide my daughter and her friend from Ukraine a place to stay. The house was an absolute respite for our Ukrainian friend, whose parents at the time remained in Kyiv. The kitchen was very user friendly. Instructions for various features in the house were clear. The living room was a great place to gather and relax. The extra space heaters were welcome. I wished we could have been there in warmer weather, as the deck and yard looked like a great place to gather. One thing to note is that the walls are thin, but this was not a problem for us.

Updated and comfortable
Our two family group enjoyed the spacious open kitchen, dining, and living area. The descriptions and photos are representative of the accommodations. We took advantage of walking trail access at the end of the cul de sac. Accessing the property went off without a hitch. Instructions and information was provided in a thorough folder. Access is from a wooden deck—weather conditions made it very slippery and we were glad we had brought our own ice melt. Glad we chose this place and would do again!

Great for a group!
Homeplate was perfect for our group of friends. The open downstairs space was great for hanging out, and then everyone had decent privacy in their separate rooms upstairs. So close to downtown Middlebury! Clean, easy check-in/check-out, and very communicative host. Would come again!

My family and i stayed for a week. It is beautifully renovated and had just about everything we needed. Its location can't be beat- it's so nice to walk into town or the trails in the nearby Battell woods. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place for a relaxing getaway
The house was great for the 5 of us - plenty of room and amenities. Good location - walked into town one night and drove to a few other areas. Kitchen was well stocked and we had a few friends for dinner one night - the open layout was perfect for entertaining. Ashley was great and the instructions were very easy to follow. We'd highly recommend this property.
