They have a fantastic view of the city lights and mountain view; the place is so quiet perfect for those who wants to have some peace of mind and peaceful surroundings away from the city

Honestly, everything was almost perfect though the location is too far from the town but it has superb views but it is really the room that I didn't like, the bed sheets are not that clean; bed frame has sounds every time I move. The comfort room is not clean. I'm really really disappointed with their room, it's looks so old and dirty, not what I have expected. The price of the accommodation does not give justice when it comes to their room. It is really the room that they need to improve, otherwise people will have 2nd thought of coming back to their hotel. Since there are other accommodations with great views too and still affordable and offers pleasant room

Best view of Mountains and very quiet place.

We arrived at around 4 PM and yet the room is very untidy and has this gloomy vibe. Bedsheets were dirty (stains, hairs and dust), windows full of dust and comfort room is dirty too. We asked them to clean it but after cleaning the first time they were not able to removed the dirt. We asked for another room however it is the same. They cleaned it 3x but still the same, it was very unpleasant stay for us. The stay is not cheap and yet the quality of their rooms and service is poor. They need to trained their staffs with standard cleaning principles and maybe how to attend guest. They are not friendly, you cant hear them say “good morning sir/mam”, I dunno the whole customer service vibe is nonexistent to this place. Kudos to Kuya Bong though, he is very friendly and accomodates are car transfer request.

The beddings were sprayed with Lysol and wet when we arrived that triggered my asthma. No one cleans the rooms daily since we stayed there for 3 days. The carpet really stinks and damaged. The trash cans were not clean and throw out on our 3 days stay. The rugs were soaking wet and were not replaced.

The View

The location is not easily accessible and the only way to go to the city proper is to have them book you a taxi (if you're like us who doesn't have a car). I hoped the coffee was at least free but it wasn't which was a bummer. Maybe just add a thermos in the room at least?
