Want give a shoutout to Gary who was very accommodating for a short notice change in our reservation. We originally had 2 weeks reserved but 2 weeks before my wife broke her wrists. Gary
allowed us to change to 1 week. Highly recommend.

My sister and I stayed at Gary's studio while visiting our dad in Boscawen. The unit is just as pictured. Gary was very responsive when we needed to contact him to get the wifi password etc.

We were in town for a Shriners convention and found this rental and loved it. Gary was very accommodating and helped us check in and showed us around. The pool was a very nice bonus on the hot days! Was the perfect little place for a weekend getaway!

Furnished basement easy access to basement. great neighborhood. Owner friendly and helpful. Easy access to highways, restaurants, and shopping.

Place was very clean. Looks just like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get around the area. The only issue we had was the bed was not very comfortable for us and very squeaky. It might be fine for someone else just not what we’re used to. Overall the place was great.

Gary was polite, humorous and a pleasure to deal with. The room is spacious, very clean, and has all that you should need for a short or long stay. If you're staying in the summer there's a large deck and a pool as well. I had limited cell / internet service directly in the room but it was available. I really liked this location, I was driving to different communities across NH each day but I felt I was close to everything I wanted to see/do and I looked forward to coming back here each night. Quiet, clean, comfortable, good amenities, A/C as well. Great choice if you're looking to stay in the area.

Suite is located in a small and quiet neighborhood! Suite was very intimate and we very much enjoyed our stay. We were traveling for the NASCAR weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor amenities (bar and pool) but would definitely stay here again for any of our needs in the area! We had a household emergency and the hosts were very accommodating to our check in time. Definitely recommend!!

Room was great.... size was great, amenities wonderful. Bed much too soft and very small ... AC was lacking, but cooler at night! For some reason mypartner developed severe cough at night, something present in the air, mold?? I was fine! Great stay otherwise, would recommended!!

The pictures don’t quite capture how large the room is. Very spacious and well thought out. Cozy. All necessary amenities, including refrigerator, tv with cable, Wi-Fi, nice bathroom. Seemed newly finished with great carpet and flooring. Quiet neighborhood and gracious host! Recommend and would stay there again.

A Quiet Home Away from Home
Gary (the host) was accommodating and helpful with showing me the room, heat, lighting, etc. I won't ding the review because of this, because in the grand scheme of things, everything else outweighed this. but a newer TV with streaming capabilities would be a plus. All-in-all, very nice people, and an excellent spot. I'd love to go back again when the pool is open!

Cozy room with gas fireplace, kitchen well stocked with plastic utensils, microwave, keurig coffee maker, & toaster. Ice cube trays were filled in the freezer. Refrigerator was clean and tide. Bathroom was well stocked with towels and wash cloths, shower was very clean. All furniture was very comfortable

Nice studio, very quiet.
The fireplace is a nice touch. The room is very spacious with plenty of options for relaxation and seating. It was nice to have a fridge, Keurig, and microwave. Would recommend this studio.

Gary's done a marvelous job of preparing his property for guests including wonderful automatic lighting for late entry, separate entry, well-equipped kitchen/bar area, large bath, queen bed, new multifunction humidifier and oscillating fan. (Fireplace for fall/winter stays). Kudos for his efforts.

No ventilation, smelled like a basement. You can’t open any windows to let air in. Very stuffy.
If you don’t mind not being able to breath, stay. We rented for 3 nights stayed only 1. Wasn’t able to sleep, with the stuffiness and basement smell and loud humidifier.
